Excellent produit

Dans l'ensemble , Jobber est l'un des meilleurs logiciels qu'il faut utiliser pour les entreprises de services à domicile et qui offre de belles choses de fonctionnalités, permettant également de synchroniser automatiquement les tâches , générez des devis , envoyez des notifications et plannifiez également les services de l'entreprise et rend les choses faciles et avec une meilleure solution d'assistance

Avantages

Jobber , un logiciel très intéressant et utile pour répondre aux besoins des entreprises en offrant de l'assistance gratuit grâce à ses services. Plannifier et envoyez des notifications et en communiquant avec les clients , qui synchronise automatiquement les données de comptabilité de votre entreprise

Inconvénients

Jobber est un logiciel très pratique et utiliser pour aider les entreprises mais n'est pas disponible pour tout les pays et un peu coûteux également

Great Software

Very good software, i have spoken to them several times regarding learning the new features and explaining how we use the software. They are very approachable and willing to listen to ideas for improvement and feature requests to make running a buisness easier.

Avantages

It’s flexibility to our multi trade business it allows us to customise to sure each and every type of servcies, from regular window cleaning to one-off big construction projects.

Inconvénients

I feel the limit on the number of users should be higher considering the amount you pay on the top tier plans. You can add additional users at additional cost which i don’t feel is priced low enough. I also feel that some of the new features they are implementing should not be additional cost and should be included as part of the grow plan.

I put all my jobs through it.

Overall, I do love Jobber. It has really helped streamline my business. Its expensive, and it really burns me that a Canadian company is charging me in USD and can't or won't provide an invoice in CAD so that my acconting matches. But the team at Jobber has been very helpful and I appreciate the opportunities to participate in the Beta testing of services like the Ai Receptionist which has been very cool.

Avantages

Jobber is simple to use. I like the layout and how convenient it is to build a solid qoute or a template for a quote to be used over and over. My client's appreciate the cleat communication. It set my business apart as professional when the client has the portal to view all their jobs.

Inconvénients

Two main things: tracking hours and/or payroll is not easy. I can almost use Jobber to run my whole business but it always seem like a hassle to figure out payroll. I can't easily get my employees or subcontractors hours from the app on a Friday afternoon, I need to get in front on my computer. It would be nice if there was a foreman/owner portal with some timesheet feetures. Next, the PDF printout of a quote is no bueno, I invest time in building a nice quote, adding pictures, long description about what is included in a project, and if the client opens is at their computer, they get all that information. BUT, if they try and view it on thier phone it comes up lacking, or even worse if they choose to print it so a family can go over it at say the kitchen table, the print version is missing so much information and it print all weird. I have tried a few different ways of printinf to try and make it work but it doesn't. This is a bummer for my clients on a regular basis.

- When am lookin for spanish help, the training never come
- add Change Orders section is super important
-add contracts for any company, so we can buy from jobber and check or touch-up with a member from jobber to make a little more better for each company
- I need help to create my side to work more better for my company, like temples, maybe find local prices to by better quotes,
-If I can have more training for Estimates
- add maybe like 2d and 3d plans for construction side, something to show the way we looking to remodeling or create the service ideas or to surprise the Clients with the vision,
- add a section for save fotos before and after each project, because is time check the old project to have those pictures
-contact suppliers from the app
-have connections with subcontractors and GC in the area from jobber to make more jobs or referents
-add a section for subcontractors, so we can attach the companies or subs to the projects and have records for my clients and my company, and makes more easy than way to control multiple projects

Excellent CRM for sole traders and smaller businesses!

Really great, while it fits you! Good value for money.

Avantages

When we started with Jobber, we replaced Google Sheets as our "CRM". Jobber was a HUGE improvement and we have expanded our business several times over thanks to Jobber. It suited our needs quite well and I am very grateful.

Inconvénients

As we expanded more, there were new things we needed that Jobber could not do. Jobber is great at what it does and for a small operation up to maybe 20 or so people, it is amazing - and a great value, too! However, we eventually reached a level, where we needed to implement more and more Google Sheets again to track things Jobber could not be made to report on and to record other things.

YOU HAVE TO GET JOBBER BEFORE YOUR COMPETITION! GAME CHANGER!

For nine years now they have been fantstic. The "UP" time is excellent. I can't think of a single instance over thousands and thousands of jobs where we were hung up because something jobber did. The team is excellent, the support is excellent and they improve so often that it is hard to keep up. Best value for the money in our entire tech stack!

Avantages

I've used Jobber since 2016 for a catering company believe it or not! They are super responsive and constantly improving the product. Absolutely excellent.

Inconvénients

Really...I could sit here all day and talk about the good but I just don't think I have anything bad to say or even that I like the least. I suppose I'd like to see a setting where jobs and visits were the same but once you get used to it, that doesn't matter.

Best Decision we made as a Roofing Company

It was a tough transition, but we did it in only a few months. From being an entirely paper company, to nearly 100% online. Jobber support has been a blessing throughout this time too, they're great. I haven't had to contact them now for some time.

Setup was extremely simple, and the amount of time you'll save as a team is the most valuable thing. It's eliminated extra leg work, and makes it easy for everyone (for us a team of 50+ - in field and office) to communicate and keep notes updated. Everyone is on the same page.

Avantages

It's simple. For those companies that use a "pipeline method" to move jobs along from step A-Z like we do (construction). Makes it seamless, you know who's going and when, everyone can add notes in or any important detail. You can connect external apps to automate certain processes to eliminate the leg work.

Another feature we really love is the follow up - you send an estimate to the customer and it will follow up with them how ever many times over X number of days. Beats making all those phone calls!

We also like how the customers have their own individual hubs and can view open invoices or work orders and estimates.

Inconvénients

Initially there were some lowish ACH daily limits, they've since increased that which is great for a company our size. We can get those funds faster!

Unless you use the software this wont make sense. But if you collect a payment in a customer account, if you categorize it as a "Deposit" you cant freely move this payment to whatever invoice from the outside. You need to go into an invoice, edit it, and collect it from there. It's more of an inconvenience. So what I do is just collect all checks as a "payment" instead of a "deposit" to make it faster.

When you collect a payment as a "deposit" DURING the process of signing and approving a quote, you don't have the issue I am speaking about above. The PRO's heavily outweigh any cons though with jobber.

Jobber is the best

my overall experience with jobber has been amazing, i have been useing joober for 3 yeays now and it has made my life easy. i sold my company last year and hannded off my jobber account to the new company that took over. once i showed them the platform they fell in love

Avantages

Jobber is very user frindly, it helps me keep track of all my jobs and quote so i no longer hundres of lose paper with my qutes on them

I dont really have any cons that i can think of about jobber

Jobber Improves Efficiency & Makes Us Look Good :)

Overall we love Jobber! It has made things much easier with invoicing our builders which we do daily. It has made communications with our crews easier. It has saved our crews time, before we got Jobber each foreman would meet with his crew at whatever Home Depot or Lowe's they were working closest to that day, this was done so that they could hand out materials and assign jobs. Now our foreman assigns jobs to each crew member the afternoon before and delivers the materials to the jobs they are at. It has made our operations so much smoother.

Avantages

I love the ease of use and the ability to have customers sign off on jobs as well as the customer facing portal where they can see appointments, make appointments, make payments, etc.

Inconvénients

The only thing I wish they would do in the customer facing portal is allow the client to see the title of the Job that a visit is scheduled on. The reason is that when we have customers that have multiple homes (frequently), property managers & builders (our biggest market) and multiple projects they do constantly ask us which appointments are for which properties or work. I also wish the reports were a bit better, meaning I would like to be able to pull a time keeping report by job, this would be helpful for many reasons but primarily on Time and Materials. We have a lot of jobs going on at any given moment so this would be helpful.

Clunky, frequently troubles with it out in the field, no functioning app that is supported by QBO (at the time) so the guys had to fully log in on their phones, time keeping didn't translate into the invoices or really do anything other than spit out their time sheet.

Cost we did like that feature that we could do the layouts, my recommendation to jobber would be to reach out to myDoma and see if you could provide an integration because they are cost effective and amazing at layouts. People could have the top tier of Jobber and myDoma connected and still save money and have a KILLER system. Also Houzz locks people into a 12 month contract and their customer service is AWFUL. MyDoma rocks!

There & Back Again

Our business used Jobber in 2021. We found over the course of that year that there were several features that we needed which were not part of Jobber. We loved the support and general model of the software, but the particular features were critical for us. So we were forced to leave for 2022 & 2023. We stayed in contact though, and eventually found our way back in 2024 once the features we needed were added! Now, we are here to stay!

Jobber is ALWAYS improving! They are continuously working to find ways to improve the software to add value to our business.

Inconvénients

Sometimes features can take a long time to develop.

Jobber is on the right track

Overall, I really enjoy the product. I found it easy to get it up and running. It also pairs well with Quickbooks.

Avantages

Reasonable pricing for the features. Automation and easy to use. Overall the intuitive and easy to use modern interface is great. They seem to be adding things all the time that brings extra value.

Inconvénients

The depth of quoting, and more so the products and pricing. It's also a bit difficult to search the right item you are looking for 1/2" 90 vs 1/2" Copper 90 you have to know the way you entered it.

It be nice if you could group things like service items, material, and then make assemblies ( Toilet rough-in -) Has 10 feet of pipe, 2 90s, 2 45s, 1 wye, 10 feet of waterlines. 4 hours of labour. Some way to update your labour or material and it helps update all of your assemblies pricing.

Be nice to have schedule of value invoicing for commercial projects.

Be nice to have some type of service agreements built in.

Needs to have better photo management with out having to need an addin.

I currently use contractor forman to help me with RFIs, Submittals, Project based invoicing, schedule of values, change orders and lots more for larger projects. I only use Jobber for day to day service scheduling and invoicing. I also am considering going to service titan for a more robust CRM but its to expensive.

There are certain parts that still frustratingly need developed further for it to become the full package - development is an ingoing thing within Jobber and it's mostly there so this definitely shouldn't put people off trying it

Perfect for small to medium businesses

Very good customer support, very good service level. It's rare there are any issues to be honest; and when there are it's normally a feature request not a bug.

Avantages

Jobber has streamlined a lot of our workload and enabled us to bring on less skilled staff to take on some of the administrative rolls by providing easy to use tools. Our customers love the interface they get and we've had many customers commenting on how smoothly the entire interaction was because of what Jobber brings to the table and how we've implemented it in our business.

Inconvénients

I don't like the AI features at all. They are poorly functioning clutter and I'm disappointed they don't provide an OFF button for them.

It looks good, it's easy to use and it does what it's supposed to do.

Although Jobber wasn’t specifically tailored for the moving industry, its consistent feature updates, extensive knowledge library, and reliable chat support have allowed us to make it work out pretty seamlessly.

Last year, we upgraded our package to enjoy features like direct messaging and automated communications. Today, we’ve added the marketing package, and we’re excited to optimize things and crush it in 2025 with Jobber on our side!

Avantages

We chose Jobber back in 2015 for its simple, sleek, and intuitive design. The user experience on both sides is top shelf. It offered the flexibility to customize the system to fit our needs without requiring a programmer or incurring extra charges like many other options. We have grown with them over the years making many changes along the way as they developed and released new features.

Inconvénients

Fortunately, Jobber's attention to development has eliminated a lot of the issues that we had in the past, and whenever something new pops up they are never far away via chat to address the issue. I'm not a big fan of the USD pricing since it's a Canadian company and I'm a Canadian doing business in Canada, but that's how they have it set up. Sometimes, when I bring something up with support I feel like I'm speaking a different language than they are and they aren't able to help, so I give up before getting mad. It's still not geared toward movers, so we miss out on some cool features that are only available on mover CRMs, but we have a lot of time and experience invested in Jobber, and we have more ways in store capitalize on the functionality. So we're staying put for now.

Look, feel, ease of use. It was simple and not overstuffed with things I didn't need where I was at the time. It was really cheap at the time $89/month in 2015...since I upgraded though, it's 3-4x that amount now.

Jobber- Great! ...and getting better.

Jobber has revolutionized by entire business, freeing up time for me to concentrate on working on my business, not in my business.

Avantages

Jobber is constantly adding new integrations, so my expanding business can add other apps and services that pair well with Jobber. I love how fast my quote process has become with Jobber. As soon as I am done speaking with a prospect, I can upload pictures to jobber, and send out the quote in just a few minutes.

Inconvénients

Down times have been few and far between with Jobber, but any day time issues with the app are a huge inconvenience when they do happen.

Love & Hate Relationship with Jobber

The Software works for us. Does 80% of the tasks we want to accomplish for running the business. But at the same time, we wish there was some way to provide some feedback and get some improvements to the software.

Avantages

Simple to use, good workflow, good mobile phone app, good technical support.

Inconvénients

- Poorly designed 'user interface'. Not very intuitive.
- Lots of 'Bugs' and 'Bites" in the software. Many limitations too.
- Poor integration with QuickBooks online and Company Cam.
- No easy way to give feedback & recommend improvements

First Year in Jobber

This is our first year with Jobber and we have really been able to move faster and get things done easier than our old program. We do not regret moving to Jobber and plan to stay with them for a long time. So far major improvements for us over our last CRM.

Avantages

It brought all of the programs into one program. From invoice to Quotes and even inter staff communication.

Inconvénients

The GPS integration is lacking and does not really help us track the fleet.

Jobber/ Small business owners

Jobber has been great! They make you aware of changes and maintenance scheduled coming ahead of time. I'd like to actually help jobber with a few items I would like to see and program for future use as a small business owner.

Avantages

I went from using a large paper calendar on my desk top to jobber with weekly, bi weekly, monthly and commercial clients! It truly was a hassle to cancel white out and reschedule clients! I highly recommend jobber to everyone for small business!

Inconvénients

Nothing really. They have updated and kept up with the most recent trends of what a business shall need.

Jobber CRM is what I was looking for.

The staff I have interacted with have been pleasant and quite flexible with their scheduling. The training session was quite good and I look forward to being able to hire staff and have them effectively trained by the Jobber team.

Avantages

I like the flow that starts with the customer request, converted to a quote, then to a job to schedule, then to an invoice at the completion of the job. It helps me alot being able to see what I am actively working on.

Inconvénients

There are some quirks with QBO sync, but i have not experienced any major issues. Expense tracking is a little lackluster, you have to manually enter the data. Progress payments for larger jobs is cumbersome at first, there are methods, but I don't think they are well documented.

Jobber has the tools your small business needs to get the Job done!

I've been with Jobber for quite sometime. Jobber was one of the first platforms to put together a system for a small business with just one or two vans on the road. I've looked at other companies that cater to just the HVAC industry over the years, but I've always been met with extremely high prices, terrible on-boarding and/or pushy salespeople. In my opinion Jobber is the best platform in the market with regards to price, support and ability. Jobber has the tools your small business needs to get the Job done!

Avantages

Outstanding technical support and they are very FAST to respond to you.

Inconvénients

Maintenance reminders for my hvac clients has been a chore.

GREAT PROGRAM. NEEDS A COUPLE KINKS WORKED OUT HOWEVER ITS A BANG FOR THE BUCK

Overall experience, I’d say about a 7 1/2 or eight from the very beginning till now, you guys have fixed a lot of bugs throughout the years so it’s getting better but the two things I mentioned up top would be beneficial to everybody

Avantages

I like the price point of Jobber and the easiness of it.

Inconvénients

The main two things I do not like about this program first is if you have a invoice or a quote wrote out in someone’s name you can’t just go in there and change the name and address. You have to start a whole entire new quote and copy and paste it would be a lot more use a friendly if you could just add the adding of it so the same invoice or QUOTE can be sent.

The second thing I don’t like about it is I have to do monthly bonuses for our employees every month and I have to calculate their sales. I wish there was a way to be able to click on the area where the names are so they can get all jumbled up into one group each so it’s easier to calculate, or be able to just look up the technicians name and see how much they sold that month in sales. Right now I have to go through each individual invoice from the legacy invoice section and calculate each person’s invoices throughout the entire month and it takes forever.

Honest Review

Jobber works, and effectively is great for any business that wants to grow from an individual or a few people into a 1-3 million dollar company.

Avantages

Jobber is absolutely great at the things it has included. Great at setting up appointments with customers, sending quotes, and automating follow up messages as well as invoicing.

Inconvénients

Jobber started to turn more towards the marketing side, websites etc when most companies that use Jobber already have these things in place. We need the ability to move projects around on the schedule temporarily to figure things out without it sending automated emails or being lost as there is no log or history.
I dislike heavily that there is no ability to customize how the quotes look to customers. Cant use BOLD font ... cant use different colors or anything inside any of the text boxes for line items.
I dislike that there is no internal communication with Jobber... I should have the ability to @teammember on any request, quote, picture, job, note etc and it TAG my team member.

More time in the field, less time in the office.

For years I struggled with managing the operations of my business. Jobber has helped to streamline operations for me. I used to spend at least 1 day a week working on administration and operations. Jobber has streamlined administrative tasks which means I spend more time in the field helping my clients and less time in the office.

Avantages

Jobber has helped me to streamline operations and cashflow within my business including new client acquisition, reviews, invoicing, and scheduling. I'm able to take a look at the dashboard each day and see how my business is doing before I head out the door on service calls. Throughout the day I get reminders for clients who schedule directly with me as soon as they fill out jobbers scheduling form which allows me to reach out to them immediately while in the field for a quick conversation, this has increased customer retention and our relationships with our clients.

Inconvénients

Jobber is a comprehensive platform with a lot of features and services, we use jobber for our whole business and this can make certain parts of the platform hard to understand in the beginning. Overtime, I've gotten a better handle on it and call jobber support more often than trying to figure something out for myself.
