It encompasses both an office and technician experience that seamlessly blends the two together. Both customer and employee information is protected by allowing various permissions to be set per user as well as the option for Multi-Factor Authentication when sensitive permissions are involved which is a major plus to have trust in our platform. > > **Inconvénients**: A second separate platform is required which integrates with ServiceTitan for the Accounting portion of the business; I believe there are still two options available upon onboarding. While we do enjoy the other platform as it does have many additional features ServiceTitan does not currently possess, it would make for a simpler experience to have only one platform to work in some day. > > Being on ServiceTitan for about 7 years now, our team has experienced many changes in the platform, some easier to adapt to, some harder - all with the same end goal of enhancing the user experience. They also have something called Titan Advisor, which shows how much of their product you are using, and what you could use more of. Getting Certified it also great because you get faster and more detailed responses from their support. > > **Inconvénients**: Support can be slow to answer, but if you get certified you get faster responses, and more detailed responses on how to solve the issue. > > I would rate it a 9/10 I think they are a great company that is trying their best to make sure you are taken care of, and want to make your company better.
