Aucun, je me suis abonnée pour avoir de la visibilité que je n'ai pas eu et j'ai testé les logiciels qui étaient inclus dans mon abonnement : je les ai trouvé basiques et peu pratiques en comparaison avec ceux que j'utilise dans mon activité, sauf le clipper quand il marche. (bcp de bugs)

J'ai souhaité adhérer à Houzz car c'est un annuaire bien référencé sur Google. Pour débuter mon activité, je me suis laissée convaincre par les belles promesses du commercial. Résultat au bout d'une année je n'ai décroché qu'1 seul petit projet à 245€ (et d'ailleurs à la fin de mon abonnement). Je suis persuadée que la plupart des projets que j'ai reçus sont des faux, disons à 80% (spams ou impossible de contacter les demandeurs que ce soit par téléphone, mail et sms). Les autres sont des projets irréalisables soit pas du tout dans mon secteur, soit fantaisistes avec des délais impossibles et/ou des budgets ridicules. Bref je veux bien croire que cela arrive de temps en temps mais pas systématiquement 2 x fois par mois sur tous les projets. Je vous laisse juge.

Ne m'apporte pas de nouveaux clients pour l'abonnement que j'ai et l'abonnement prenait pour moi est trop chère

Avantages

Le scan 3D est utile quand il ne bug pas.

Inconvénients

Ils vous vendent leur capacité à vous ramener du boulot et quand vous demandez pourquoi rien ne se passe, ils vous expliquent que le problème vient de vous-même même si vous avez respecté à la lettre leur préconisation.

? je ne sais pas, la suppression d'avis négatif peut-être pour un professionnel ?!
En revanche pour les clients, c'est pas très bien, ils ont une information erronée sur l'entreprise avec qui ils travaillent.

Site à fuir de toute urgence !!!
Résiliation d'un abonnement impossible ni sur le site, ni en contactant le support.

Seule solution, faire opposition à la carte bancaire sur laquelle ils prélèvent...

De plus, le site n'est pas utile pour un professionnel, les fonctionnalités proposées sont très limitées et non adaptées à un professionnel.

Et je peux soutenir les mauvais avis précédent sur la suppression des avis négatifs.

Ne vous inscrivez pas, fuyez à grand pas !!!

Le seul point positif que je puisse souligner est qu'avant la signature du contrat, ils ont répondu rapidement aux e-mails et ont essayé de rester en contact. Apparemment, ils voulaient signer un contrat dès que possible.

Inconvénients

Je ne vous conseille pas du tout d'utiliser un abonnement à Houzz Pro, puisque ces personnes n'écrivent nulle part que le contrat ne peut pas être annulé. Bien que je vois qu'il peut être résilié et que je leur dis, pour des raisons de santé, à cause de ma grossesse, je demande de commencer le contrat plus tard, ils n'essaient même pas d'entrer dans ma position. C'est arrivé au point où je veux juste annuler mon contrat avec eux et ne jamais les déranger !!! C'est une entreprise terrible qui n'a aucune humanité !!! J'espère qu'eux aussi se retrouveront dans cette situation. Je vais décrire ces noms :[caché sensible contenu]. Le pays doit connaître ses héros.

La plateforme promet une conciergerie lors de la souscription qui est finalement INEXISTANTE ! Le logiciel de création de planche tendance est très bien mais le reste non. je regrette fortement le contrat avec cette société

LOVE the 3-D layout ability to give my client an impressive walk through and a great way to show changes they request before literally hacking into a wall and them not liking it.

Customer service is in the gutter, they are not transparent when it comes to locking you into a 12 month contract, the program has features that they state work but when they don't work for you, rather than opening a case they just tell you that it isn't happening.

Avantages

The ability to interact with my colleagues, shareholders and clients on Houzz has been an invaluable experience which has helped us deliver to our clients a more transparent view of the design and build process. Being able to illustrate my design concepts and calculate take offs in one platform has given me a substantial improvement on efficiency, allowing myself and my team to complete a greater number of projects to the same and even higher standard of care. Not only this, but the ability to amalgamate our scheduling and budget into the same platforms allows all of our team access to the information they need without having to search multiple platform or documents for the information they need.

Inconvénients

Like every software, there is a learning curve. Thankfully, due to its simple and accessible interface, becoming familiar with Houzz Pro doesn't take nearly as long to become well versed in compared to other similar software. There are some softwares that are highly customizable which is nice but can take a long time to set up. While Houzz Pro doesn't have that level of highly customizable options, it does allow you to get started faster and re-orient your use of the platform in the future.

Avantages

Lots of great features including help with Website design, email marketing, online payments and online shopping/specs. The interface is attractive and I especially appreciate the Pro support services.

Inconvénients

Houzz doesn't fully acknowledge the complexity of an Architect's role in the design process--we need to cobble together tools from Builders and (Interior) Designer sections.

They set me up on a free trial. My sales rep, [sensitive content hidden] intentionally misled me by explaining all costs in terms of monthly cost. Then at the very end, sends a contract that has me paying for the entire year up front. I had multiple conversations with them about how the service was not working out for me during the trial period and how I was going to be using a competitor instead. Rather than cancelling my account, they send me a link to cancel it myself. I fill out the form and forget about it. Months later when doing annual reconciliation of my business, I see I was charged $5,750!! They said they have no record of a cancellation form from me. I have not touched this app or utilized any service since the trial period. When I attempted to work with customer service to get my money back for a service I do not use, they flat out denied me. Shame on me for being in a hurry and not paying attention to that contract I signed. But for the company to show zero flexibility and common sense is unacceptable. Charging someone nearly six thousand dollars for a service they do not use is absolutely insane. Collecting my money on a technicality and not by actually conducting mutual business of money in exchange for services. They displayed to me that they are not a trustworthy company and do not have the ability to look at a situation fairly for their customers, I will absolutely never recommend this company, and in fact will be very actively steering my friends away from this service in the construction company. DO NOT USE THEM. Their competitors are much better, look up other options for construction software.

They would not allow me to cancel my account mid term and kept charging me monthly. The subscription cost more than the amount of business gained in the 2 years i had the service.

Did not integrate with Quickbooks, Employee Clock in/clock out feature did not work properly, 3D rendering software was glitchy and not user friendly, no way to capture allowances for finishing selections, pricing increase was over 400% after first year.

I found it easy to use Houzz Pro for estimating small jobs.

I found Houzz Pro was not ideal for estimating larger complex construction jobs.

It is easy to use and keeps me organized. I have used the 3D floor plans software with excellent results.

It is expensive. I have difficulty referring other designers to it because of the monthly price. I have requested that various materials be added, but they have not been. It would be great to add the materials myself, as needed.

The best Houzz advantage is a great platform for presenting projects, which everyone can do on their platform for free without spending any money.

Inconvénients

Support is also disappointing.
For example, our account manager has not responded to support emails for over two months now, and escalations through Houzz Support have done nothing to fix the problem.

System Speed:
The interface is painfully slow. Even simple tasks, such as responding to clients, can take over a minute due to too-long loading times in multiple fields.

Ease of use:
The platform, in trying to handle the needs of the designers, architects, and builders, has turned out very complicated and difficult to navigate.
This, of course, would result in slow performance.

However, we find ourselves constrained by a 12-month contract that renews automatically without notice or shout-out, if you won't cancel it 1 month before the contract ends - Which you of course miss because you find yourself busy working outside of the Houzz management system.

Inconvénients

It is slow, it does not have a lot of integrations, or access to use APIs, webhooks and other type of data for sales as well as it needs better time management and cost management features like geotagging for time slip.

I was an original Ivy user years ago, and recently came back to Houzz Pro after trying many other interior design software programs that were good, but not great. The 3D room scanner and floor plan generator was what drew me back - it's been such a useful tool! While I don't use Houzz for lead generation or client communication, I do send my clients their portal links to view their project details (selections, moodboards, etc.) live, which has been a great feature.

Inconvénients

The 3D room scanner has glitches; I've noticed that in very large spaces (ie. an open living/dining room in a large A-frame house with 25' h ceilings) the scan was so inaccurate that it was useless. It's also not able to scan new construction (ie. framed-in walls with no drywall).

Avantages

the ability to find anything your looking for as far as design and to know Houz Pro certified contractors are some of the best in the business.

Inconvénients

as it keeps getting simpler and more features are added it's really a 8/10 rn but could be a 10/10 with a few upgrades in the next couple years
