Sogolytics est un très bon outil, pas de point faible - nous nous en servons au quotidien lorsque nous avons besoin de publier des formulaires.

J'ai trouvé que SoGo Survey était simple à comprendre , à configurer et à utiliser .Un support professionnel est fourni par SoGo, et les membres du personnel semblent être disponibles à tout moment pour les appels et les demandes de chat .Les vidéos d' accompagnement sont bien faites et nous ont permis de comprendre rapidement le fonctionnement de l' outil et comment l' ajuster pour répondre à nos besoins.Généralement simple à comprendre et à utiliser, surtout pour ceux d' entre nous qui ne sont pas des spécialistes.

Inconvénients

Peut -être un bref résumé de l' analyse des données et du rapport pour persuader les gens de souscrire à ce produit. Et un mise ajout est recommandé.

What I liked most about Sogolytics was its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. From the first moment I was able to easily start exploring all the modules and tools that the platform has. I especially highlight its advanced metrics and customizable KPIs, which allowed me to easily configure panels with the most relevant information for monitoring my objectives. Visualizing data through clear and clean interactive graphs also made analysis a simple and enjoyable task

What I liked least was that since it is a platform with numerous functionalities, there is an initial learning curve to fully master all the analytical capabilities and segmentation options. While the customer success assistant was always available to resolve my queries, there were advanced features that leave scope for further in-depth knowledge

Of all the software I have tried, Sogolytics stands out in terms of functionality and customer service. What more would a student and researcher seek? It is very easy and friendly to build surveys on Sogolytics and the customer service is just EXCELLENT!!!

Inconvénients

Honestly, I have yet to figure out what I did not like in Sogolytics....it is a very thoughtfully designed software and has excellent features.

The SoGo Survey is free to use, especially the free version where you get 15 total surveys and 100 responses, with the company I work for being less that 60 employees using the free and basic version is better; I can create a short survey with questions regarding to my department's overall quality of work, ways to improve the strategy and process of our code deployment. SoGo Survey gives me the opportunity to get my participators involved in questioner, build the trust and getting to know each other. SoGo Survey UI is easy to understand how to use their web-based application, creating questions and getting responses faster.

Inconvénients

I have only used the free basic version, so I haven't yet found any issues or dislikes with SoGo Survey, but so far its great to use.

Avantages

Very user friendly and very nice features to build your survey. The features fit my goals perfectly. It also allows for multiple text within the survey, for example if you needed to explain a question of a concept of provide definitions. I check a lot of software options and Sogolytics stood out by far. And great responses from their support.

Inconvénients

Could be useful to have more analytical features than what is currently available.

Avantages

Compare to other online survey tools, Sogolytics provide more options even in its free version. They also provide free 1 year upgrade to premium for student and NGOs. The multilingual feature is also a huge plus.

Sometime the system can be too slow and unresponsive. However, it is not a huge deal once I get used to it.

I like the fact that it is more organized than other surveys. I also think it's nice that students have a one-year trial for surveys because it would help with my research.

I don't particularly appreciate that they don't show where and how to post a public post, blog, or forum to get a free student membership. I also had issues trying to log back into my survey after the 7-day trial was up and I didn't even know about the student membership.

Our school has used Sogolytics for 4 years. It has been an invaluable tool for our school to gain insight into how our students, parents and the community feel about a whole myriad of topics.

We have found Sogolytics to be very easy to use, has great templates, is very customizable, and has the question formats that we need. It also has an excellent tool set for sending out surveys and tracking responses. The reporting of the results is also very good. We use the capability of downloading data into and Excel spreadsheet. This way we can format the data in any way we want and generate graphs.

Inconvénients

It does everything we need. I can't think of a feature we would use that it does not have available.

Avantages

I like how I can preview my survey before it's published. I am not sure if every survey-making website has this feature. I can't see why they wouldn't since it's a beneficial feature.

Inconvénients

I had parts of my survey copied/pasted from Microsoft Word, and the format and font would be different no matter what I did. I had to delete and type them out to make sure it's in the same font and format. It took more time than I wanted it to.

I love how sogolytics is able to display my data and create different types of questions, the possibilites with sogolytics are endless! Conducting a survey for my thesis could not be better!

Currently 16 different types of survey questions are available (e.g. matrix grid, Intellimatrix, demographic text boxes and even file attachments). Those can be easily modified in up to 20 different ways.

<u>User Friendliness</u>
It's incredibly easy to build your survey. From the question types menu on the left side you just drag one of them into your dashboard and that's it. Each question type also has a little preview, so you can already see what they look like before using them. There is also a question bank where you can choose predefined survey questions or save your own ones.

You can also easily share one survey with other accounts. So it's easy to copy a survey or to work together on one. They also make it very easy for you to distribute your survey social media websites, regular websites, vial email and even via text messages.

<u>Language Support</u>
I think 37 languages are currently supported. So your survey can be displayed in many different languages. That was one of the main reasons why I chose this survey platform because I needed mine to be in Korean.

<u>24/7 Customer Support</u>
Whenever you have a question, SoGoSurvey tries to answer within an hour. On average it took them only 15 minutes to offer help and answer my questions.

<u>Data Export and Reports</u>
Your survey can be exported in eight different file formats (Excel, CSV, HTML, Word, XML, SPSS, Access, Sogo1). Many other survey platforms offer far less than these.

Although, video tutorials are provided, I think some of the instructions could be a little bit more precise. For example, if you use a trial version, only 100 responses are allowed or in order to have an introductory text that only appears on the first page you have to insert a comment box.

<u>Mobile Phone Layout</u>
If you have a survey with a matrix grid (e.g. Likert scales) it is difficult to answer because the question uses a lot of size of your screen, whereas the space for the answer buttons are really tiny. Hence, you always have scroll a lot.

<u>Korean Language not available on the Main Language Page</u>
On my main language page I wanted to add a comment in Korean. However, the language is not supported so that only question marks appeared.

Designs are simple and straightforward. Project-type categories are thorough and helpful. The options for multilingual translation and accessibility seem to be unique, necessary, and positive feature.

Inconvénients

The tiers of plans are quite exclusive, especially for individuals. I am a student and accessed the basic and free plan to navigate and draft surveys and polls. Features seem easy to navigate, but apparent was the flexiblity afforded for higher-tier plans, which is not budget friendly for scholars.

Surveys are easy to create and launch with a very intuitive interface. Even those on our staff who don't have a lot of knowledge of survey techniques find it very simple to figure out the type of questions they want to ask and how to create them.

There is also an incredible variety of questions types to choose from and ways to display your questions and answers. The ability to set up branching and logic conditions may sound confusing, but SoGo surveys make it pretty easy to understand – you'll be revealing or hiding questions based on previous answers with ease.

I also appreciate the ability to add images and multimedia options in order to engage survey takers.

SogoSurvey also makes it easy to brand your surveys as your own. Every one of our surveys has our logo embedded at the top. I can also customize colors and fonts to match our brand.

I'm impressed by the variety of ways you are able to see your results when the survey is complete. Reports can be customized to see as much or as little of the detail as you desire.

Inconvénients

Sogo has a great free version for nonprofits like our organization. But every year they lock us out without warning and you have to email to ask for a renewal. I wish they'd give you advanced notice that it is time to renew.

Avantages

What I really like about SoGo Survey is: 1) That you can create very professional-looking surveys and customize them as you like. 2) That it is quite intuitive and easy to use once you get used to the main functions and understand the terms they use to refer to each feature. 3) That it saves you tons of time on data analysis. 4) Last but not least, that they offer us students the possibility of using the software free of charge, thus saving us a lot of time and effort and ultimately boosting our research work For me, it's been a must during my PhD :)

Inconvénients

The thing I like the least is the branching restrictions. I would love it if I could branch several questions on the same page. Also, the restrictions to the number of question display conditions you can set are also a bit annoying when you're trying to target a very specific population.

The user friendly interface of the software, the instantaneous support and the ease of drawing reports. I used this SoGoSurvey as our PostGraduate Reporting system for both students and supervisors. I investigated several options and found SoGoSurvey the easiest to use. If students did not receive their invitation, I could send them the unique URL for their survey report. I was also able to send three reminders to both the students and supervisors to complete their reports. For the supervisor reports, I sent a survey invitation for every student they supervise and this enable me to track how many supervisors completed their reports. I found the report generation feature extremely useful and I was able to draw reports on the fly for presentation to management according to their specifications of what was required. Unfortunately, I was on the plus plan and had restricted functionality but this did not in any way hamper my use. Unfortunately, I could not populate the surveys with the details such as student number, etc for the supervisors because of the limited access. Also, supervisors and students could not save the survey as this option is not available on the plus plan. However, both students and supervisors could save their submissions as pdf files which is very useful. Generally, I was highly impressed with SoGoSurvey and wish to use it again for our reporting system.
