The software has a huge set of features for manufacturing and inventory control. Sales orders and purchase orders are also all under the same roof. Sales orders support invoicing and reporting. Manufacturing has BOM's, Work Orders, Manufacture Orders, and has options for custom MO's as well as reverse MO's. Software has a great layout, its not old and dated, but neither is it a flashy smooth interface that changes with every new update. Styling is consistent. Customer support is easy to reach, they recently on-boarded a number of new employees, so no issues. Accounting export is automatically synced from Fishbowl to Quickbooks. It supports desktop and cloud versions of quickbooks. Seamless integration. > > **Inconvénients**: New features are slow in coming. They could use an upgraded custom reporting tool, current stock report set is great, but ability to customize is somewhat lacking. > > Overall I have a good impression from Fishbowl, pricing is affordable for small teams, but its got the feature set for big customers.
