> **Avantages**: What I like most about Zoho CRM is how easy it is to track contacts and deals in one place. At work I use it to follow up with leads and keep notes, and it keeps everything organised without me needing extra tools. The interface is clean and I can move around pretty fast once I got used to it. Email integration is helpful too, I can see conversations right inside the contact page. &#10;The workflows and automation save time because I don’t have to manually update every small thing. For the price, it gives a lot of features.

> **Inconvénients**: Some parts of Zoho CRM feel a bit confusing at first. There are many menus and sometimes I forget where a setting is. Customization is good but can get overwhelming if you’re not used to CRMs. A few times the system felt slow when loading big lists. Email templates are okay but could be easier to design. &#10;Also the mobile app works but not as smooth as desktop, especially when updating records quickly. Customer support replies, but sometimes it takes longer than I expected.

For I-NNOVA CM, it's been our go-to for managing client relationships across multiple product lines. The pricing is reasonable compared to Western alternatives, which matters a lot when you're building from an emerging market like Cameroon. The interface has improved over the years and the integration with other Zoho apps is a genuine plus.

> **Inconvénients**: The platform can feel overwhelming for new team members - the learning curve is steeper than it looks at first. Also, support for African market-specific needs (local currencies like XAF/ FCFA, MTN MoMo, ORANGE MONEY payment contexts, and slow-connection performance) is still lacking. Some features feel built exclusively for Western business workflows and don't map well to how we operate on the ground in Cameroon.

> **Inconvénients**: We have used Zoho services operationally, but our experience with Zoho’s billing and account management has been unacceptable.&#10;&#10;For more than two months, Zoho was unable to correct billing issues on its own systems after transitioning our account from annual to monthly billing. During that time, Zoho repeatedly threatened service suspension despite being unable to provide a functioning invoice or payment method.&#10;&#10;When a usable invoice and payment link were finally provided late on a Friday afternoon, Zoho suspended our services less than 48 hours later for “non-payment,” without prior notice that immediate payment was required and without allowing any reasonable payment window (e.g., net 7). This occurred despite Zoho being fully aware that the delay was caused entirely by its own billing failures.&#10;&#10;Requests for accommodation, escalation, or direct communication were denied. Services were effectively held until payment was made the same day.&#10;&#10;The product may be viable, but Zoho’s billing controls, escalation process, and customer accountability are deeply flawed. Business customers should carefully consider the operational risk created by these practices.
