Honestly, the one thing I found a bit frustrating with Deskbird is that it can feel a bit limited when trying to customize settings for larger, more complex teams or offices. It’s super smooth for smaller setups, but scaling up sometimes highlights those gaps. Also, while the interface is clean, there are moments where you wish for a bit more flexibility or advanced options for power users

Making Hybrid Work Easier
while there is space to improve advance booking and mobile experience the overall experience is really good for large, specially in Hybrid work envorionement where some people are working from home sometimes and sometimes from office
Avantages
It is a nice app with clean and intuitive interface and makes it easy to avoid the chaos and mixup if you large teams working on a floor and have limited number of meeting rooms and integration with teams and outlook is a big plus.
Inconvénients
There mobile app is not that good yet, features like to book a room in advance for recurring meetings is not there , you have to book it manually everytime.

Such a lovely companion
I find it very and actually enjoyable to schedule meetings with different teams and finding conference rooms for in-person meetings using deskbird. It is user friendly, very easy to work with and makes team management really smooth.

I think the logo could be better. It is funny and cute but I am sure, it could use some work to become even nicer.

Amazing software to organize workplace, I recommend it!
In the office I work there are many activities happening at the same time, we are divided by teams and the teams need to use the same space. There was a problematic of scheduling the workplace spaces before and now it is easier to organize the offices by schedule and booking with anticipation. I really like it!
Avantages
It is a software which really helps to organize the space-use in the office. After starting using our schedule of workplace management in the office became very efficient and organized.
Inconvénients
So far it does not present any problem, i appreciate how it is.

Cost a lot of money but effective in mangaing my work schedule and meetings
Quick and easy to use. It allowed my team and I to be well organized and stay focused on work.
Avantages
I liked that I could organize my schedule and see any available meetings for my team and me. it was simple to contact them without another software. Also like that, I could connect it to Slack.
Inconvénients
I think the price of this software is expensive, and while my company does pay for it, it makes it difficult to use it long-term, especially since we have a low budget for software. This software also has frequent updates and crashes.

I love deskbird!
I can not imagine my life without deskbird! It makes me feel confident that I can tackle everything that is thrown at me in an organized way.

There is a bit of a learning curve, so just getting used to it in the beginning was my only complaint

Organization of work desks
A fabulous work design that allows for more order and the certainty that the reserved work space is waiting for me and I will not be left out.
Avantages
Reserving desks and meeting rooms from the app is very simple and visually very modern and attractive. It is very well structured as I can choose the desk I want on the map and know if there is availability so I don't waste my time attending and then not have anywhere to work. It is a good way to keep an entire work team more organized by reserving the desk in advance before attending.
Inconvénients
The registration with the QR code does not always connect the first time. Sometimes I have had to try up to three times.

They only hybrid workplace management system you will ever need!
Great experience from demo to implementation. 10/10! With deskbird, we can finally plan our week (remotely or not), see where our colleagues sit and book a desk where we want it.
Avantages
It's easy to use and intuitive. You can book a meeting room, schedule remote days, or analyze office space usage with just a few clicks. Onboarding was quick and professional. If you run a hybrid/flexible office (and want to save money), deskbird is a must-have.
Inconvénients
Nothing comes to mind. Each feature is dedicated to solving specific hybrid work challenges. deskbird is an excellent tool for managing my hybrid office, and I enjoy using it.

Solid Product!
We were looking for a desk booking software as out company returned to office. We had a few key issues when considering what product to go with - a tight budget, employees on several (5+!) Google acccount instances as well as a part of the company on Microsoft. Getting employees onboarded via QR for the most part was very smooth, although manually uploading employees was a bit of a pain as it was through .csv file only. Employees adapted to the app pretty quickly and required very little reminding on how to use it.
Avantages
Intuitive interface, great customer support, easy install/onboarding, great price compared to competitors.
Inconvénients
Some tasks like deleting bookings takes a long time, only being able to upload users via .csv is a little bit of a pain, some data is difficult to access (specifically bookings that auto-cancel due to not checking in)

Vor allem die Möglichkeit, meine favorisierten Schreibtische zu hinterlegen und über die Schnellbuchung zu buchen, ist toll. Außerdem kann ich immer nachschauen, wer noch alles am Standort ist, und wo die Person gerade sitzt, sollte ich etwas mit ihr auf dem kurzen Dienstweg besprechen wollen.
Inconvénients
Ich bin an vielen verschiedenen Standorten unterwegs und die größte Challenge ist dabei nicht, die Tische und Räume zu buchen, sondern diese dann auch vor Ort zu finden. Sehr oft scheitert man schon daran, dass der Eingang zum Gebäude nicht auffindbar ist, und selbst wenn, die Eingänge bzw. Bürotüren nicht offen sind. Dies ist mit Sicherheit kein Software-Problem, aber durchaus ein Problem in der Realität, das nachträglich die Experience kaputt macht, weil man die gebuchten Räume und Tische nicht nutzen kann. Hier vielleicht die Verantwortlichen mehr schulen, wie sie Möglichkeiten schaffen und kommunizieren, dass wirklich alle MAs die Tische, die sie buchen, auch nutzen können.

Fantastic! Our account manager and the support team have been very positive throughout our interactions, helping us out with issues quickly and problem solving with ease.
Avantages
Ease of set up, ease of on boarding users. Low cost and low annual charge. Helps us plan days in the office more effectively, ordering supplies as and when needed helping us prevent waste and over ordering.
Inconvénients
Nothing noticed so far, our only con is reminding team members to sign in weekly and schedule their calendars.

the cost, which inexplicably doubled in the space of two years.
It should not work for active licences (one could forget to eliminate inactive staff). I think it should work per number of average monthly accesses
