Best office scheduling solution
Avantages
Our team works on Hybrid mode, so it became challenging for me to keep a check of all my team members when they work from office like their office desk allocations, parking slot booking etc. Yoffix has made it very easy and supports all my requirements..
Inconvénients
The application lags sometimes, might be the case with my internet connection too. Rest its all good

Avantages
Managing hybrid work has been seamless with yoffix which help manage office spaces and schedule meetings in real-time.
Inconvénients
Lack of built-in calendar is the only flaw which force me to integrate with external applications.

Desk and room booking are streamlined by yoffix to boost collaboration.
Avantages
Availability of a wide range of varied features in one place is what I like most about yoffix. Desktop booking, team management and workflow management are the main capabilities that I access on yoffix.
Inconvénients
This program is perfect - I have never had any issue for nearly two years now.

Avantages

Super easy intrduction and adoption
it was a very quick and successful introduction of yoffix to hundreds of colleagues with no need of training, only sharing some good sense behavioural rules was necessary

I have had a very nice and great experience with Yoffix and it delivers what it was built to do. It has really helped us to bring together our employees. It has a very friendly and intuitive interface that makes it super easy to use. I find it extremely easy to reserve meeting spaces for our organization.

I'm using this software from the past 6-7 months. My experience is incredible with this. It is very customisable tool for workspace and easy for me to reserve the workspace, rooms and parking lots. It offers lots of features like attendance tracking, track and manage office assets without any problem. Easy to integrate with 3rd party tools like Teams & Microsoft 365. Customer support is also very supportive and resolve the issues on priority. It increases productivity and gives great experience. Best solution for every company. It is recommendable.
Inconvénients
I don't have any issue with yoffix. My experience is good and I'm fully satisfied.

It also has an easy interface that does not require us to have any prior experience with the software.

Exceptional software and a perfect solution for management with smooth and user friendly interface.
Avantages
By using the app it has become easy for us to track our employee count for the day, since our organization has shifted to hybrid mode for work. Allocating office assets, tracking attendance, are some major concerns that are brought to ease using the software. Its also easy to integrate with Microsoft Teams and that becomes a huge plus.
Inconvénients
Initially things were hard to navigate but now we have all settled and are able to use the interface quiet well.

The feature of Yoffix that I liked it the best was the option to design and customise meeting rooms. Additionally, I thought Yoffix's attendance tracking features were quite helpful. This tool made it simple and quick for me to keep track of who was present at each meeting and how long they lasted.
Inconvénients
I did not find anything which act as a cons for this software as its a great platform. one thing i have in my mind that they have to create more easy user friendly interface as sometimes its hard to find all the icons.
