Office scheduling, desk and room booking are all made easy by yoffix, which automates workflow for 24/7/12/365.
Employee engagement through yoffix boost productivity across our company departments.
Inconvénients
even though yoffix is highly expensive, I like it worth since it boost productivity which leads to high ROI.

Best office scheduling solution
Avantages
Our team works on Hybrid mode, so it became challenging for me to keep a check of all my team members when they work from office like their office desk allocations, parking slot booking etc. Yoffix has made it very easy and supports all my requirements..
Inconvénients
The application lags sometimes, might be the case with my internet connection too. Rest its all good

What I Know ‘bout yoffix (Experience Based on 3+ Years)
Avantages
Managing hybrid work has been seamless with yoffix which help manage office spaces and schedule meetings in real-time.
Inconvénients
Lack of built-in calendar is the only flaw which force me to integrate with external applications.

Hybrid Workplace Program: yoffix
Desk and room booking are streamlined by yoffix to boost collaboration.
Avantages
Availability of a wide range of varied features in one place is what I like most about yoffix. Desktop booking, team management and workflow management are the main capabilities that I access on yoffix.
Inconvénients
This program is perfect - I have never had any issue for nearly two years now.

Avantages
yoffix simplify meeting rooms and booking hot desks. Team collaboration is another great aspect about this tool.
Inconvénients
Limited offline access capability is what I slightly dislike.

Enhanced collaboration is what I like most about yoffix. In addition, this tool cut operational cost by managing desks and rooms in real-time.

Super easy intrduction and adoption
it was a very quick and successful introduction of yoffix to hundreds of colleagues with no need of training, only sharing some good sense behavioural rules was necessary

yoffix is very easy to use, smooth UI and smart notifications/reminders

Avantages
I have had a very nice and great experience with Yoffix and it delivers what it was built to do. It has really helped us to bring together our employees. It has a very friendly and intuitive interface that makes it super easy to use. I find it extremely easy to reserve meeting spaces for our organization.

So far so good. We have not yet experienced any challenges. Nothing to dislike about it.

It's a great and incredible work management tool that allows us to maintain our work rate. I love how it brings us all together thus allowing us to work in cohesion more effectively and efficiently on our daily basis. It has helped us to have a very smooth flow of shifts while maintaining optimum utilization of our office workspace.

Incredible solution
Avantages
I'm using this software from the past 6-7 months. My experience is incredible with this. It is very customisable tool for workspace and easy for me to reserve the workspace, rooms and parking lots. It offers lots of features like attendance tracking, track and manage office assets without any problem. Easy to integrate with 3rd party tools like Teams & Microsoft 365. Customer support is also very supportive and resolve the issues on priority. It increases productivity and gives great experience. Best solution for every company. It is recommendable.

The tool makes it easy for us to manage our office spaces.
It also has an easy interface that does not require us to have any prior experience with the software.

Best software to keep track of employees and workplace
Exceptional software and a perfect solution for management with smooth and user friendly interface.
Avantages
By using the app it has become easy for us to track our employee count for the day, since our organization has shifted to hybrid mode for work. Allocating office assets, tracking attendance, are some major concerns that are brought to ease using the software. Its also easy to integrate with Microsoft Teams and that becomes a huge plus.
Inconvénients
Initially things were hard to navigate but now we have all settled and are able to use the interface quiet well.

overall its a great tool and best for space reservation from my point of view i have never seen any other tool like this.

Our use of the Yoffix management platform, which offers outstanding customer service that aids in the success of hybrid projects, allows us to define policies, automate processes, and manage bookable workstations with flexible asset distribution. The feature of Yoffix that I liked it the best was the option to design and customise meeting rooms. Additionally, I thought Yoffix's attendance tracking features were quite helpful. This tool made it simple and quick for me to keep track of who was present at each meeting and how long they lasted.
Inconvénients
I did not find anything which act as a cons for this software as its a great platform. one thing i have in my mind that they have to create more easy user friendly interface as sometimes its hard to find all the icons.
