Jane est une solution de gestion de cabinet qui aide les cliniques de santé et de bien-être à rationaliser les opérations liées à la prise de rendez-vous, à la facturation, aux organigrammes, etc. Elle permet aux patients de visualiser et de choisir des services, des traitements et des médecins selon des exigences spécifiques. Avec Jane, clients et professionnels de la santé reçoivent automatiquement des notifications pour les réservations, les confirmations et les rappels de rendez-vous. Support team are top notch professionals

Consistently helpful support team, but I have only needed them 3 times in 2 years! On boarding / set up documents and system were well organized and easy to follow. I love being able to use templates and / or tweak notes on the fly. As a solo practitioner, it is helpful to have access to the template library to save time (borrow others' templates or standardized testing tools) rather than needing to build it all out myself.

Avantages

When I need help, I have options to use chat, voice call, email, use the bot, or search the guide. Today I choose the chat option so I could continue to work in the background while getting timely assistance. Through the chat, screen shots and a loom video, I was able to correct my issue at my convenience. As happens most of the time, it wasn't a Jane issue, it was a user issue but I was given professional, nonjudgemental support from
[sensitive content hidden]. He was able to ask clarifying questions, look into the various aspects that impacted my scheduling issue and show me how to fix it.
I also appreciate the new Ted Test option to see what clients see/ experience without creating false data in the system.

Inconvénients

I sometimes get confused or forget some details about different appointment types and schedule settings; the details need to line up for the whole system to work properly. But this is true for any EMR, and it isn't really a Jane issue, it's a human issue of keeping up with the details.

The most used app in my practice.

Jane is a great service and provides exceptional customer service.

Avantages

Jane helps me with many aspects of my business. It takes care of intake forms, invoices, receiving payments, and chart storage which gives me more time in my practice.

Inconvénients

I wish I could message (email for example) my clients back and forth through the chart somehow.

Decent for low volume clinics

We liked using it until we broke 100 office visits per week. Then the SOAP notes were too slow and the billing was annoying

Ease of use, easy set up, intake forms directly to EHR

Can’t set up family plans and easily keep track of care plan numbers

Great for a large Clinic

A great intuitive program that is constantly improving and has excellent support. Better suited for more public-facing operations, as opposed to smaller practices that need more control over their bookings.

Avantages

It's beautiful, Canadian, and many businesses use Jane, making it easy for customers to use.

Inconvénients

It makes it very difficult to limit your day. I had to remove my online availability completely and book all of my appointments manually due to the lack of control online in this regard.

Comprehensive with Incredible Support

I've tried a few systems, but Jane is the one app I trust to make sure all my needs are taken care of.

Avantages

I enjoy the comprehensive nature of the product. That I can maintain my schedule, my client roster, my notes, and financial transactions all in one place makes it very convenient. The customer support is incredible and helped me through some reasonably complex questions. Jane also anticipates my needs, for example sending a comprehensive email about setting up the POS system, the moment I ordered it, so all I had to do was open the box and follow the instructions (that were both written and included visual screen shots. Bravo!)

Inconvénients

There is a bit of a learning curve to the product. It isn't as intuitive as some booking programs. And the online video sessions still need a bit of work, but it is improving!

How does Jane support our Business?

Moved from a previous Patient Management and the difference is night and day. The Support Team in particular are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and I love that they sometimes send videos of what actions you need to take when dealing with an issue

Avantages

First of all it is really easy to use and so impressed with the range of services it offers. Secondly the cost is superb and all our staff can access the system whenever they need to do, Fantastic product

Inconvénients

The only thing I can suggest is that there is so many different options to do things with Jane that i don't think Ill ever get the time to go though them all

Jane App Review

The Jane experience has been fantastic. Great service combined with a flexible platform and low price checks most of needs.

Avantages

Jane has the best customer service I have ever experienced. The phone wait is usually less than 3 minutes. The agents are knowledgeable and they will spend as much time as necessary to solve your issues. While not perfect, Jane is very flexible and can accommodate most user requirements.

Inconvénients

The memberships expire after a maximum of 52 billing periods and memberships can only include 1 type of service. If you want to sell clients multiple services to a client, you must sign them up for multiple memberships.

Exciting New Platform

Fantastic so far! The support team is very helpful and knowledgable.

Staff is very helpful and I like the platform! The user interface is very enjoyable and my clients like this portal better than others we've used in the past.

Great product for booking clients

I used Jane for about a year and really liked the software. I just switched to another office that was using ClinicSense and liked some of the features better that ClinicSense had to offer.

Avantages

The ease of use. The aesthetic of the interface. The wait list option for clients.

Inconvénients

The price. There was no weekly mass email option to help fill available appointments.

Ease of practice

Excellent! I recommend to other colleagues frequently. Jane makes running a clinic easier, customer service is top notch. They always have the answers and are so kind holding your hand if need be through any processes or inquiries.

Avantages

The easy switch! Jane helped me every step with moving all my data over and starting with Jane at a new space. Also how compliant they are with our provincial regulations for heslthcare providers.

Inconvénients

Sometimes i feel overwhelmed with features! It seems that Jane has so many features, I in fact dont take the time to learn how to fully make use of the program because I feel overwhelmed with all the options.

Happy I switched to Jane

My experience has been excellent. I am glad I switched.

Avantages

I like that I can log in from anywhere, on all types of devices. I don't have to pay for backup storage because it is cloud based. It is easy to use. They have a ton of help videos and articles online. Patients like the online scheduling.

Inconvénients

Some of the reports could be better. I would like to know how many of each CPT code I have done.

Grateful for Jane

The best office software I've used. Really pleased with Jane!

Avantages

The customer service is amazing, so many smart and competent people work there! The software is so intuitive and so easy to use.

Inconvénients

After I enter dollar amounts in the EOB and save it, I then have to refresh the billing screen to reflect the new dollar amount and pay off the amount. It's not a problem, but it's just an extra step in receiving a payment.

Easy to Use and Chart

It's the best EHR I have ever used! I recommend to all my colleagues.

Avantages

The charting is so quick and easy. We love the online booking and patient portal.

Inconvénients

I wish we could respond back to their texts when confirming the appointment.

Great for any organization

Absolutely great. I think it is one of the best programmed app.

Avantages

Aside from having so many features which was a bit challenging to figure out, jane has everything a practice needs.

Inconvénients

The fees are on the higher end compare to other apps.

Thus far, the demos, staff, and design of product is exceptional

love JANE. work in a hospital as well with the platform Medi-tech and others and jane is better than them all

Amazing EHR System

Avantages

I love how easy Jane is to use. The office has used this program for a few years, and when I came onboard 2 years ago, was surprised at how user friendly Jane is.

Inconvénients

No "actual" APP is available yet, and no communication via text with patients available yet.

Cost effective, easy to use

The customer service team is beyond excellent. Everyone has been helpful, informative, and understanding. I have utilized, email, chat, and phone calls for assistance and this, to me, is one of their biggest selling points. As a clinician, my focus needs to be on patient care and if someone can help me with the other stuff, then I am at my most efficient.

Avantages

The process and documentation is very fluid and eliminates unnecessary reproduction of information.

Inconvénients

Nothing. I am in the first couple of week of use with Jane and haven't yet run into anything I have had trouble using.

I kinda want this survey to end

it's very user friendly and it feels fairly responsive to change

Inconvénients

I would love to be able to cancel multiple appointments with the ears of being able to make them. I would love to be able to title different intake forms more clearly. I think the retail product management part of the system could really use some time and attention. for example there should be a purchase order section that tracks order inventory more smoothly, I also would love a way to track product expiration dates.

If you're not using Jane, what are you doing?

Streamlined, modern, great UX. Organizes chart and file, allows patients to book seamlessly online and access their portal

Would be nice to see some features come into play a lot faster than Jane typically integrates them

When it comes to Jane’s modern look, that’s definitely something we love to do - not only making the work Jane does for you high quality, innovative, and efficient, but sleek and great to look at, as well. :)

I hear you about features when it comes to timelines, it can be tough to wait. We would love to get all of the cool things we’re working on into the hands of our customers as quickly as possible, but as you may have heard us say before, building a new feature is like a renovation where you truly don’t know what you’ll run into until you’re far into it. Quality is also extremely important and plays a big part as we will often go through phases for a new feature (testing, beta phases, feedback, more testing, etc.)

Jane's Practice Management Software Review

Avantages

Jane continues to improve its platform by adding features that can be beneficial for its users. This creates a very intuitive experience given the evolving workspace we reside in.

Inconvénients

Jane's continuous drive for enhancement can be difficult for some users to get accustomed to. It creates a path for new challenges and may require frequent customer support. This can be viewed as a negative for some users.
