JustCall : Le meilleur en communication à distance

Avantages

JustCall est un logiciel qui facilite la communication à distance entre les entreprises et les tiers personnes. Il permet de gérer, de suivre, d'enregistrer et de surveiller les appels téléphoniques et également facilite une collaboration sécurisé avec la clientèle.

Inconvénients

JustCall nécessite une bonne connexion pour son bon fonctionnement. Outre cela, je crois que c'est le meilleur logiciel en gestion de centre d'appel.

Avantages

L'outil est convivial, offre une interaction efficace avec des plateformes telles que Slack, et l'équipe d'assistance est constamment disponible pour nous aider.

Inconvénients

Ce que j'ai trouvé moins appréciable dans ce logiciel, c'est la perte d'appels. Si cela était résolu par un enregistrement fiable, ce serait un travail sublime. Le logiciel est très facile à utiliser et son intégration est pratique.

Une application qui simplifie la communication à distance

Inconvénients

Parfois, la voix se coupait à cause de quelques soucis de réseau. Mais sinon, c'est un outil assez facile à utiliser.

Meilleurs

J'ai une grande et très bonne expérience avec JustCall, je fais un travail de réglementation et après chaque service on me paye.

Avantages

La distribution d'appel a le plus d'impact tout ce transmet d'une façon très rapide. C'est un logiciel facile à manipuler et l'intégration avec le métier est très bonne.

Inconvénients

Ce que j'ai moins aimé dans ce logiciel c'est la fuite des appels si celui -ci est bien enregistré le travail serait sublime. C'est un logiciel très maniable et l'intégration confortable.

THOUGHTS ON JUSTCALL

I worked as the front desk receptionist for an oncologist. I spent a lot of time scheduling and rescheduling our patients, which was crucial for treatment appointments and tests. The appointment management aspect of the program was highly successful!

Avantages

Simple setup and an easy-to-use UI are two things that users like about JustCall. It's a pretty basic program.

Occasionally dropped calls or poor quality. It's not frequent, but sometimes happens

Loving the SMS Experience

Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The SMS automation through Justcall has enhanced our ability to stay connected with our clients while saving us time and resources. At HIE, we’ve recently integrated Justcall to automate our SMS flows, and the experience has been nothing short of transformative. Managing client communications can be time-consuming, but with Justcall, we've streamlined the entire process. The automation features have not only increased our efficiency but also allowed us to maintain a personal touch in every message.

From scheduling follow-ups to handling bulk messages, Justcall has given us the flexibility to customize and optimize our communication strategy. The platform is intuitive and offers a range of features that cater to our specific needs. Plus, the analytics have been invaluable in helping us fine-tune our approach and maximize engagement.

Inconvénients

One thing that’s a bit of a pain for us at HIE is trying to locate specific SMS messages. 😅 With so many people writing in, it can feel like finding a needle in a haystack! We love the automation Justcall provides, but when it comes to searching for a message, it’s a bit of a hassle—especially when you're juggling a ton of conversations. It’s like scrolling through an endless sea of texts! A more streamlined search feature would make a world of difference for us.

Not for a fit for new, small, or start up businesses

They gave the impression that they worked with all size of businesses, but after our experience, they don't support small startup businesses. I think the cost of the service is too high for a company that isn't already bringing in at least 7 figures a year. I just wish they would have told us first that they only really desired to work with medium to small size businesses.

Avantages

The ability to do CRM like actions within the system and do SMS messaging. Itlooked like it an application that would provide what needed currently, as well as the type of features that we wanted to grow into.

Inconvénients

My business partner and did three video calls with Just call to discuss and review the application, see if it would work our needs and learn how to use it. We must have spent in total a bit more than a half of a day's work so that we could review that the application would solve our problems and learn how to use it to do so. Well, not long into our trial, they sent us this message: We are writing to inform you that your JustCall account has been permanently closed. Our systems has detected usage linked to your JustCall account that violates our Terms and Conditions. As a result, your JustCall account has been closed, and you will not have any access to our services. Please note that this decision is final.
If you believe this action was taken in error, you may contact us at [email protected] to reconsider our action.
Well,it was a pretty nasty message of itself, but we figured we would give justcall a chance to explain themselves and fix it. I explained to them that I was in the process of transitioning from one business service to a similar one, had reserved my domain name but the new web site is currently in development. We need a phone number to put on our new website for our new business before we can plop the web site down on the domain. I explained that to them, but apparently that wasn't good enough, and they told us to move on.

JustCall is not very functional

Slow to respond when asking questions around changing the size of the dialpad box.

Avantages

Only positive feature is brings up the name of the contact calling, from the PipeDrive CRM.

Inconvénients

Dial Box size cannot be changed. Obstructs part of my CRM window.

Convenience and Ease-of-Use

It's so much better than the previous competitor product that I used in my past 2 roles. JustCall is better in user interface, ease of use, and accessibility.

Very convenient, easy to use, and has applications for mobile and desktop as well as web

Inconvénients

The dialer keeps refreshing once in a while. While at work, it's a bit annoying

Efficient text messages company!

My overall experience for over a year has been good! I like JustCall a lot and I plant to continue to use it!! my business has been affected in a positive way thanks to JustCall! We have seen good results and financially has been affordable for us!

Avantages

I like how convinient it is for me to reach out to candidates! I dont need to have a yearly plan just a monthly cost and I get charged for the text messages I use. Most of the texting companies offer yearly plans but according to my business I wouldnt need to text candidates all year around.

Inconvénients

I would say, customer service should improve.

A variety of features

It's not perfect but good enough to handle our daily operation.

Avantages

I don't know how hard to customize features but the management has been working on update/customize features over the course and I think JustCall has provided suitable features that our organization needs.

I think the integration with our existing program has been smooth, too. We use Hubspot and Google.

Inconvénients

Personally, I found the call back feature is really annoying. Even if a client receive assistance from us, because of the call-back, we keep getting calls which increase the overall volume we have to deal with.

GREAT VOIP

Overall great product for the cost. For the most part wouldn't change anything.

Avantages

Love the fact that the transfering and inside calling works great. However we have had a few issues with transferring calls.

Inconvénients

transferring calls feature sometimes does not work. The time it takes to assign a call is too consuming be easier if could block assign.

Easy To Use For High Volumes

Avantages

Quick customer support, easy to use and the integrations works well that we use it with.

Inconvénients

When creating a new message to a client it is not as easy as other platforms to see the message history. It is less efficient for us in this regard.

A solution that works!

Avantages

After searching for a phone system that would provide ease of use while on the go, connect with our CRM, and reliably work, we finally found JustCall. JustCall has a fair pricing structure and a responsive help team.

Inconvénients

There have been a few issues with the sync between JustCall and our CRM that have required the accounts to be de-synced and re-synced a few times. The information that pulls through is not as customizable as we would like.

Gotta love them but at a distance

Average experience and have wanted to leave but can't find a platform that offers what it has. It's have the best but 3 different platforms or settle with Justcall which has it all but is an average product with bugs I have to deal with on a DAILY basis.

Avantages

I love the fact they have everything I am looking for in a call and SMS platform.

Inconvénients

There are so many bugs and spam issues. They have quick support but it's challenging to work with their support team because you'll be talking to one person and then hours later they get off their shift and you're explaining the issue to someone else. I currently have a support ticket 4 days old with 5 different support reps who still don't understand my initial issue (even though it's in the chat thread).

Nickles and Dimes

Meh. Switched to SMRTPhone which, for my purposes, is much more integrated and user friendly. It is far more cost effective that Just Call. Sadly, the product was OK, but they really need to come up with other options for Solopreneurs. Say, a charge for ala cart integrations.

Avantages

The system and phone app work well. Call quality was good.

Inconvénients

Advertises that it integrates with various CRMs. That is only true at the second level of service which requires two users. As an individual user that was a waste of money, but I tried it until I found that to get FULL integration with my CRM (Podio), I had to upgrade once more to the third level and pay for multiple users. I cancelled. Service was OK, though not sure they really kept close track or understood all my questions. The las person I spoke to before cancelling, tried to argue with me about what I experienced. That was pretty pathetic.

Exhausting and Tedious

The Just Call support team are very responsive but can never do anything to help. The service is totally not suited to compliance checking and makes my job almost impossible.

Avantages

The quality of the call recording seems good.

Inconvénients

Finding the calls needed for compliance is ridiculously hard - you can't remove 5 second calls from the list, only the client name appears on the call window but only the number appears in the dashboard. There is no option for configuration for the company's needs in an overview and reporting is only one simple report.

Justcall: A good way to reach your customers

Avantages

1. Ease of use
2. Loved the auto-dialling and predictive dialling feature
3. Dashboard system makes it simple to track

Inconvénients

1. Sometimes the dashboard numbers malfunction.
2. Calls get dropped
3. Choppy call quality even with a decent internet connection

Feature Rich - Questionable Support & Interface

Decent platform, feature rich. Again, they need to work on offer better support and refine their interface.

Avantages

The platform is incredibly feature rich. It has all of the functionality we need to run successful lead management.

Inconvénients

The time it takes for their support structure to get back regarding open issues is unacceptable. Often I find myself having to repeat details previously provided. Also the interface is not very intuitive.

Oveall I am getting good results from the Text blast. Everything else I really dont use much due to the expense but The bulk sms is the best option on this platform for me.

Avantages

The Mass texting and the auto dialer. IT gets expensive but you just have to limit yourself to afford the fetures.

Inconvénients

The cost is alot. I try my best to stay away from intergrating too muchand for using too man of the options that are available. The one thing I dont like is the cost per seat., I can only affrod one extra seat because it's 460 per seat. that is really way too expensive. I can't even hire a full 5 man staff.
