It simplified our inventory tagging process and speeds up the supply chain operation between the demand for our product and the supply we have on hand.

Avantages

The real pro of this software is that it does in fact do what it says it will, it's just a pain to get to that point unfortunately. The other pro here is that their support team (both phone and email) are quite helpful and will try their hardest to find a solution for you.

Inconvénients

As I said before, the software just isn't that easy to use and if an IT professional was banging their head against a wall imagine how and end-user will begin to feel using it.

Ease of use has been a focus for our team in the past year. Inspections aren't typically our customers' primary jobs so we strive to make our system as easy to use while ensuring safety and compliance program needs are meet.

I was using Brady Inspectntrack at another university I worked for and was great and for a centralized life safety department. Does not work well as the employer I work for now has a decentralized structure. We count on other department to inspect their own equipment, but unable to give access to the website because they can see the rest of the buildings/areas that do not pertain to them. Giving them the authority to see the selected buildings they manage and to run reports on their own would be beneficial to our process.

Avantages

Once all data is loaded. Inspections are easily done.

Inconvénients

There are limited authority levels for users logging into the website.
