W3bstore is a cloud-based point of sale (POS) system that offers inventory management, customer management and e-commerce on a single, shared back office. Retailers and restaurants can offer customer pickup or delivery from any store location for customers standing in line or online.

Real-time inventory records are shared by all channels. W3bstore offers a variety of payment methods including card, cash, check, on account (invoice or lay-away). Pick, pack, ship and warehouse management, including kitting, is offered across any number of suppliers and warehouses.

W3bstore can be accessed from any device with a browser. Managers can view reports and customer data from any device.

It's been a great experience. I thought my lack of experience and expertise in technology would be an issue for me but it hasn't been at all. Actually, I've learned so much since I started working with them my kids
are totally impressed by me!

Avantages

Excellent inventory management and back office information. Like having a built in accountant. LOVED the buy online and pickup in store option. My business involves handling food so it's great that I have a heads up. I can even program what time frame I want the order to be ready.
Very easy to understand. I am not very techy but had no problem understanding what to do. And when I didn't, I received great support.
No investment needed. They helped me understand how to implement all the devices I had in order to
access the software. I knew exactly what my costs would be upfront and they didn't change by the end of the job.

Inconvénients

At first I was concerned about not having enough templates to choose from, but honestly, once they worked on my website, it was no longer an issue.
