ECP est une solution cloud de DMP (dossier médical partagé) qui aide les entreprises d'aide à domicile et de soins aux personnes âgées de toutes tailles. Elle convient aux prestataires établis dans plusieurs régions et comprend des évaluations, des dossiers de soins, des alertes, des listes de tâches et des rapports. ECP est compatible avec les appareils mobiles. La solution comprend des fonctionnalités eMAR (electronic Medical Administration Record) qui incluent des alertes et des rappels pour le personnel à propos des régimes des patients. Les administrateurs peuvent recevoir des notifications lorsque les stocks sont insuffisants pour certains médicaments et comme ECP s'intègre à la plupart des grands éditeurs de logiciels pharmaceutiques, le processus de réapprovisionnement est automatisé. ECP peut également être utilisé pour d'autres tâches de gestion des soins. Elle crée et stocke les évaluations de santé des patients, génère des plans de soins, fournit des dossiers électroniques et aide à la création de rapports obligatoires. ECP is "User Friendly"

This is a very good, user-friendly and affordable product that has great value for the cost and good customer support. The software continues to improve and be updated per what we were promised. This is our 3rd. software in 3 years and is by far the best and a keeper.

Avantages

-Very user-friendly
-Exceptionally customizeable
-Good customer service
-Levels for types of users helps to make it easier to train on (there is not a lot of extra stuff that makes it confusing)
-Interfaces well with our pharmacy's software.

Inconvénients

-The customization process can feel daunting but is worth investing time into.
-Would be nice to have some sort of apartment tracking module (future update I'm sure : ).

Best web-based software for assisted living communities!

My overall experience with ECP has been great. Our staff enjoys all of the features available to chart effectively and spend more times with our residents and not centered around a computer screen.

Avantages

What I love most about ECP is being introduced to top leaders in the industry that developed a charting system that allows our staff to engage with our residents more within the community.

Inconvénients

What I least enjoy about ECP was them not introducing themselves sooner. ECP has allowed our staff the ability to engage more with the residents and their families within the community.

A Bargain Product

It is ok, but a more robust program with more intuitive charting would be better. It is hard to locate information or find the correct place to document in some cases.

It is easy to set up users. Other features are ok

It is not as robust as other products I've used.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

I have called multiple times and have always received great service with friendly tech people.

Avantages

Allot of time saving options that make charting easy.

Inconvénients

Some features were difficult to set up, but customer service was amazing at helping with this!!

Easy to use

ECP Is a great and easy product to use that has helped this facility alot!

ECP was very easy to set up and start using in the facility I enjoy using ECP.

Avantages

I like the medication inventory which is very easy for staff to use. I also like the convenience of being able to look over multiple residents charts and information from my desk and not having to get up and grab multiple charts to clutter my desk.

Inconvénients

There are very few if any flaws at all, if something does arise I am able to contact customer support and resolve the issue right away.

ECP

I started using ECP when the idea came to fruition, our assisted living facility was the "guinea pig" for the launch so I have been able to see the ECP program grow and improve throughout the years.

Avantages

Ease of use, easy to train new staff with this system.

Inconvénients

The ECP back up is nice when the system is out but, would be more convenient if we were able to break down what we need as opposed to printing everything as it can be over 200 sheets. Also, if power is out, there is not much use for back up, unless I am not using it correctly.

My fourth EMAR and the best so far.

Smooth. Easy for caregivers to use with minimal training.

Avantages

Ease of use. Have a question? They have a video for that. I really like how I can find the answer quickly.

Inconvénients

Nothing yet after one month. We have zero complaints so far.

ECP Rocks!

Avantages

It is very user friendly and one time I had to call IT for an issue, it was a very quick and easy fix.

Inconvénients

Nothing. I don't think there are any down points.

Perfect Software

ECP has almost eliminated the need to store paper files for residents, compliance, and even employee files.

Avantages

ECP's overall function is easy to navigate, even for someone that may not have the best computer skills. Charting, compliance, and internal notes just for staff communication are top-notch.

Inconvénients

I feel ECP is missing a calendar tab. A Calendar tab where management could enter appointments and events that would prompt staff.

The ECP system makes my job much easier and my employees find it easy to understand.

Avantages

How easy it was to learn and understand the system. When we did have an issue the help desk was right there to get us up and running.

Inconvénients

I have found no issues with this system.

ECP

Overall I have had all good experiences with ECP. It has made my world as Administrator much easier. The ECP team when you call the office are nothing but friendly and will work to help you solve your issues. I never feel rushed and to me that is important to learn things slowly

Avantages

I come from old school where everything was hand written and kept in resident charts. This is so much easier and neater, easy to find history on anything I am looking for without having to dig through years of files. I am able to monitor how the residents are daily, I can monitor medication passes to make sure things are being done.

Inconvénients

There is really nothing that I dont like, I just think there is so much I dont understand and could really use some training on things to better utilize all areas. One area I would really like to learn is using ECP for ISP's. Right now i had write all of them

ECP Review

In my 6+ years using ECP, it has been a positive experience and is overall helpful.

Avantages

ECP is very helpful in our day to day workplace. Easy to use. Charting, documenting, reordering meds, destroying meds, resident information and more is right at my fingertips. So easy to use.

Inconvénients

No chat support. Inventory on meds and med destruction.

Questions and Behavior Cares.

All resident information and medications in on place is very helpful. Being able to access ECP when not in the building (on-call etc.) is extremely beneficial. I like having contact information in there as well.
If there was a way to indicate when a resident is on home health vs hospice that would be helpful

Avantages

All documentation for all residents easily accessible.

Inconvénients

Some features are not as user friendly as I would like. The Behavior Management Plan has to be typed into both locations on the form. The Questions work around is better than initially set up, but if you have to edit an existing question it has to be deleted and reentered as a new item so a little cumbersome there. Also have to type in the questions again so that is 3 times entering the information. Streamlining that would be helpful.

Assisted Living Setting

It has been great for documenting resident care. I haven't integrated staff information yet but that is on my next "to do" list.

Avantages

This software is rather intuitive and what one can't figure out, the very fast response time from customer service makes it very easy to use. Turns out very professional documents. It also provides mini workshops only 20-40 minutes in length that aid learning.

Inconvénients

The sign in feature is such that it has to be done every time on logs in. Would prefer that it could be laptop specific.

ECP for Resident Care in AL CBRF

I love using ECP, I have used a few documentation system over the years geared toward AL/CBRF and this is by far my favorite to use. Also there tech support is beyond great and helpful!

Avantages

I love the customization as a administrative you can implement. Also its easy for care staff to use and especially people who are not "tech savy".

Inconvénients

Some items are not logically labeled unless you know where to look for them.

ECP review

Amazing! I use it 80% of my 8 hour shifts for quit literally everything. If ECP were to go down i’m not sure what we all would do. Its a lifeline for our care.

Every once in a while it will log me out but that could just be a internet in general problem.

Easy to use

Sometimes it’s lags but rarely . Usually I just log out and log back in and it fixes the problem.

NEW USER

While we are still newly transitioning, they try to be very flexible in working with us and our schedule.

Avantages

We have not gone live yet, but I have had a little experience with ECP in a prior job. I did not get any training at that time, and this software is friendly enough, that I still was able to jump right in and go. Anytime I had questions, I could call customer service and they were available right away and helped me get to where I needed.

Inconvénients

We are still in the integration phase. I wish we could have someone in person helping us through the initiation phase and not remotely. I do not like that the 'classification' for medications is just to help trigger rules. There really should be a true Drug Classification. The Drug Info link also is difficult to find the drug class. This is how the CBRF Med Administration course teaches, based off of drug classes, as well as nursing. Pharmacology is split into drug classes because indications for meds can be variable, the drug class tells you how the drug will affect your body. I really wish this was on there.

ECP-Easy to train...easy to use

Avantages

If you can browse the internet or shop online, you can use ECP. It is easy to teach staff how to use, it is user friendly to customize, pharmacy integration saves valuable nursing time, customer service is excellent. We have been very happy with ECP overall.

Inconvénients

The program is not always stable while using a Chromebook. The demand causes the computer to freeze and require restarting.

Some Chromebooks may not offer the processing power and memory you need for demanding web applications. They work well for basic web browsing but any robust program may cause issues from running out of memory.

Stanford Lodge

With ECP we were able to go from charting in folders to computerized. It's a very nice addition to our facility

Avantages

ECP was introduced to our Facility through Home Town Pharmacy. It has made a world of difference to myself and staff. With having the ability to monitor residents and their medications.

Inconvénients

No real Issues with ECP its self. I sometimes have to wait awhile for Pharmacy to upload changes to medications. It seems to work out in the long run.
