Zoho Invoice est très intuitif et facile à utiliser. L'interface est fluide et bien organisée, ce qui permet de créer des factures professionnelles en quelques clics. De plus, la gestion automatisée des paiements et des rappels facilite énormément le suivi, et l'intégration avec d'autres services Zoho est un plus appréciable.

Inconvénients

L'un des inconvénients principaux est la limitation des options de personnalisation des factures, notamment en termes de mise en page. Il serait également utile d'améliorer les options de reporting, qui pourraient être plus détaillées.

La simplicité d'utilisation, la mise en place très rapide et l'interface très intuitive également disponible en version app mobile

Le paiement via carte banquaire sans tiers like stripe car ne permet pas d'éviter les frais de transactions

L'application est très facile d'utilisation et nous permet de gagner en temps. Parfait surtout pour les électriciens. L'application suite applicative de Gescom pour TPE, devis, factures et CRM

Manque d'espace pour indiquer son numéro TVA et pas possible d'utiliser or ligne. Pas d'espace de verrouillage biométrique.

Ce logiciel est très simple à utiliser à comprendre malgré la complexité de ses fonctions.

C'est le prix qui est un peu élevé mais il y a énormément d'autres avantages qui font oublier ce point négatif

Not enough people know how great it is. I wish it was a standard part of all small business training and the endless business podcasts by bankrolled people who do not understand what starting from scratch really means.

Avantages

Zoho Invoice makes it super easy to create and send professional invoices. I used it to bill clients on a freelance project, for example, and the automatic payment reminders kept me up-to-date on getting paid. Having the option to accept online payments is a great convenience.

Inconvénients

It’s good for very basic invoicing, but is missing some advanced features in Zoho Books, like inventory management or extensive financial reporting. The Invoicing template customization options are also to an extend limited.

I really like the customization on the invoices. I was able to upload my logo and change the color scheme of the invoice to match the logo, which gives my invoices a much more professional feel. I also like that it's easy to input any sort of custom information on the invoices or have default services that automatically create an invoice.

Inconvénients

I wish some parts regarding layout and design were a bit more customizable - while there is a lot of freedom to add custom fields, etc, I would love the ability to play with the order of the sections or the layout of the invoice itself.

Zoho Invoice makes it easy to craft all different types of invoices for my clients. This platform also gives detailed analytics of the invoices, including who's paid and who hasn't paid. On top of everything, this platform is free to use and is on par if not better than similar paid platforms due to the wide array of customization and other features. What's also helpful is the fact that I can craft invoices in different languages. Our restaurant gets a lot of Japanese foreigners so this is a great help.

There have been times in the past when the platform would experiences glitches, including not being able to sign in.

I love to use Zoho Invoice's due to its ease of use and all the customization options provided by them in the software. With the help of this I was able to send professional invoices quickly along with automatic payment reminders to my customers with different payment gateways.

What I liked least was its starts lagging sometimes when generating reports and some their were some limitations in the mobile apps as well as compared to the desktop version.

Zoho Invoice is a free online invoicing software that is perfect for small businesses. With this software, you can send invoices with ease from mobile or web and get paid quickly. You can choose from a ton of beautiful and customizable templates, add your logo and even automate recurring invoices. You can also send clients reminders for past-due balances and provide multiple payment options for customers to pay you securely.

My favourite feature is sending quotes for clients to approve and then converting the document to an invoice to bill them at a later date. I also love that I can track the time I spent on a project and bill them per hour. You can conveniently start a timer with your mobile device, laptop or Apple Watch and time will be logged in a calendar format.

You can also use Zoho Invoice to automatically scan expense receipts and calculate your travel expenses with the GPS and see your mileage. It features a dashboard where you can keep track of your business performance with insightful charts and graphs. Your customers also have access to a self-service portal where they can view their invoices or quotes and make payments.

Absolutely FREE to use! It is a very user-friendly platform with easy to get started user experience. It succeeds in meeting all the needs of managing the very basics of accounting like creating and sending a quote, an invoice, and more.

Inconvénients

It does not have a lot of functionalities like Zoho Books nevertheless, it acts as a great free accounting platform with many of the fundamental functions covered.
