Awesome solution if 'out of the box' tools are not enough
I am really happy to work with 4ALLPORTAL.
It seems to be the best option for us and everyone at 4ALL is doing a good job.
Avantages
I like the possibilities and the flexibility of this system.
In all the time we've been working together, there was seldomly a 'No, that's not possible'.
We found a good solution for our problems and it's getting better every day.
The people we work with are awesome and you can be sure they know what they are talking about.
Inconvénients
It's nothing you get 'out of the box' and also nothing that ever feels to be 'finished'. So it might not be the best option for a quickfix or if you just need a simple tool.

Easy data management platform: DAM and PIM
I love the softwares responsivesness. I haven't experience any functionality problems yet.It is a powerful digital asset management tool.
Avantages
I love the control asset access feature, it ensures security of our digital assets. Most interesting of of all, we are able to track patterns of digital assets usage .
Inconvénients
It can be time consuming to customise the software to suit your business and price may not be feasible for small businesses.

as enterprise software we are of course not the cheapest solution on the market. However, 4ALLPORTAL is always customizable and can thus meet changing requirements over the years.
Besides a media database, how would you like to store your product information in our software? Simply add the PIM module in addition to the DAM! You want to store contracts or manage projects? Install our contract or project module! Each module can be customized by you or our experts.

Very efficient DAM and PIM tool.
Sharing resources remotely by sending a connection or making an e-ticket is extremely simple now. Definitely recommendable as another client.
Avantages
Accessibility through various pursuit types is guaranteed. It's an extremely strong DAM with an incredibly high list of capabilities. The product is steady and strong.
Inconvénients
We have had the option to get all that we want from the experience. Taking everything into account my group is completely happy with the 4ALLPORTAL.

Ease of Data Managment for DAM and PIM
The WIP features (workflow, multi-step approvals, annotations) enables users to work within the DAM instead of a third party tools. This enables users to have better control of the approval process, accurate reporting, and eliminates the cost of additional third-party workflow software.
Avantages
4ALLPORTAL's approach to data modeling enables users to build robust security rules and multiple search options for different types of users. The data modeling enables different user groups to search based upon the natural language of each department creating a great user experience for each group. Their workflow and annotations within the platform allows the users to create works in progress (WIP) within the DAM instead of using an outside tool.
Inconvénients
I recommend conducting business analysis before implementing the solution so that the business use cases are captured and configured into the system.

Zentrales Dokumentenmanagement fürs Sponsoring
Wie schon gesagt, löst das 4ALLPORTAL für mich im Sponsoring, in der Vorbereitung von Kampagnen, Gewinnspielen und Aktionen viele Abstimmungsprobleme. Denn durch das Tool habe ich immer alle zur Verfügung stehenden Bilder und Videos (und einfach generell alle Dateien) im Blick und kann auch nachverfolgen, was für welche Aktionen genutzt wurde bzw. gerade eben in Verwenndung ist. Ansonsten können bei uns im Marketing jeder für seine eigene Abteilung das 4ALLPORTAL ganz anders nutzen: die Texterinnen können Dokumente und Texte direkt im 4ALLPORTAL ablegen und Freigabeschleifen durchlaufen. Die Bild-Kolleginnen legen all ihre Bilder direkt im TOol ab und pflegen direkt sämtlich notwendige und hilfreiche Meta Daten. Auch für das Team Dokumentenmanagement ist das 4ALLPORTAL fundamental inklusive Schnittstelle zum Außendienst und der Einbindung auf unserer WEbsite.
Avantages
Ich arbeite im Sponsoring der NÜRNBERGER und mir gefällt am besten am 4ALLPORTAL, dass wir hier ein zentrales Tool mit allen notwendigen und zur Verfügung stehenden Dokumenten, Bildern, Videos, Produktinformationen aber auch Sponsor-Partner-Informationen. Das ist zum Einen für uns intern ein enorm wichtiger Baustein zur sauberen Dokumentation und Bearbeitung bei Kampagnen etc. Auf der anderen Seite können wir aber aus dem 4ALLPORTAL heraus auch direkt unseren Kooperationspartnern Dateien und Informationen per Mail schicken; ohne dass diese ein eigenes Konto beim 4ALLPORTAL brauchen.
Inconvénients
Ich habe einen kleinen Wermutstropfen bei der Verwendung der Suche im 4ALLPORTAL. Denn ich muss bei relativ allgemeinen Suchen für meine Einschätzung einfach zu lange auf das Suchergebnis warten. Klar, funktioniert das besser, je mehr Suchfilter man nutzt und die Ergebnisse vorab entsprechend einschränkt. Allerdings geht das oft gar nicht besonders tief bei meiner Nutzung. Zum Glück ist das aber kein Problem für unsere externen Partner, da diese einfach deutlich weniger Inhalte freigeschaltet bekommen, die sie überhaupt durchsuchen können. Aber ansonsten bin ich wirklich sehr zufrieden mit diesem Tool und nutze es mehrmals die Woche für meine Arbeit.

Solides System mit einigen guten Funktionen, allerdings auch mit Schwächen
Wir mussten unser bestehendes DAM ablösen und haben nach einer moderneren Alternative gesucht. Im Zuge dessen sind zunächst die wichtigsten Funktionen aus dem Altsystem geprüft und ggf. überführt worden. Wir arbeiten viel in Ordnern, diese Überführung in 4ALLPORTAL war technisch nicht herausfordernd, allerdings ist die ganze Arbeit in 4ALLPORTAL anders designt. Für die Ablage und die Verwaltung der Assets und das Hinterlegen von Metadaten unterstützt das 4ALLPORTAL durch die Ordnerbasierte Verschlagwortung sowie durch die einfache Massenverschlagwortung.
Avantages
Es kann viel angepasst werden, sobald man die Logik verstanden hat.
Das System wirkt aufgeräumter als das vorherige System.
Es gibt gute Funktionen für die Massenbearbeitung (Ordnerbasierte Verschlagwortung, Hebelfunktion zur Abbildung von Filtern, Freigabestatus für die leichte Verwendung der Assets)
Inconvénients
Es ist langsamer als das vorherige System.
Es ist an einigen Stellen buggy, so verschwinden bereits generierte Vorschaubilder ohne erkennbar Grund. Auch hat die Generierung der Vorschaubilder bei knapp 120.000 Assets sehr lange gedauert.
Das Backend für die Administration ist leider nicht so übersichtlich.
Gerade beim Upload von vielen Dateien kommt es zu Fehlern
Der Warenkorb und die Sammlungen sind im Ansatz gut gedacht, aber noch nicht so passend für den eigentlichen Arbeitsablauf.
Pourquoi choisir 4ALLPORTAL
In erster Linie waren wir unzufrieden mit dem bisherigen Support vom Altsystem. Wir hatten kaum Möglichkeiten, selbst im System aktiv werden zu können, einige Funktionen waren nicht gegeben und trotz regelmäßiger Rückfrage im Support konnte uns nicht geholfen werden. Im Nachhinein sind wir mit dem Wechsel nur bedingt zufrieden. Funktional hatte das Altsystem eine größere Überschneidung mit unserer Arbeit und war dort besser aufgestellt als das 4ALLPORTAL. Trotzdem gibt es auch Funktionen, die das Altsystem nicht beherrscht hat, bspw. die ordnerbasierte Verschlagwortung. Dafür war allerdings die Arbeit mit Ordner besser unterstützt.Logiciel antérieur

4ALLPORTAL schien die größte funktionale Überdeckung mit dem zu haben, was der Fachbereich benötigt hat. Insbesondere die Arbeit in den Ordnern und die Nutzung von Sammlungen waren uns wichtig. Im Rahmen der Systempräsentation wurden auch die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten der Integration sowie der Anpassung gezeigt, die für einen hohen Grad der Flexibilität sprechen. Nachdem wir uns entschlossen hatten, 4ALLPORTAL in einer Demo anzusehen, kam die Software schnell in die engere Wahl. Die Skalierbarkeit und Anpassungsfähigkeit ist top! Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer Software, die nicht nur unsere aktuellen Bedürfnisse abdeckt, sondern auch in der Zukunft eingesetzt werden kann. Mit 4ALLPORTAL haben wir diese Möglichkeiten. Auch der Support ist schnell und bis jetzt waren alle Mitarbeiter super hilfreich.
Avantages
Wir verwenden 4ALLPORTAL, um unsere Dateien (DAM) zu verwalten und unsere Produktinformationen (PIM) zu pflegen. Das 4ALLPORTAL wurde angepasst und mit unserem Firmenlogo und unseren Farben versehen. So wurde die Software schnell als "Teil von uns" akzeptiert und genutzt. Dateien und Informationen werden nun schnell und selbstständig gefunden. Viele Aufgaben sind automatisiert. Wir pushen Informationen aus dem 4ALLPORTAL direkt in viele andere Kanäle.

Hochskalierbarer und individualiserbarer Allrounder für DAM und PIM
Was „nur“ als DAM anfing, wird immer wichtiger zur Skalierung unseres Erfolges. Mittlerweile laufen sehr viele effiziente Workflows über 4ALLPORTAL und das angebundene PIM-Modul synchronisiert automatisch Daten innerhalb des ERP und anderen Drittsystemen. Zeit, die nun übrig ist für andere, nicht repetitive Dinge!
Avantages
Die erste Hemmschwelle bei 4ALLPORTAL war für uns die erste Kontaktaufnahme. Die Software wirkt sehr komplex und so fragten wir uns, ob es die Lösung ist, die wir brauchten. Nachdem wir unsere Anforderungen mitgeteilt haben, wurde uns in einer Live-Demo bereits ein auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnittenes, individuelles 4ALLPORTAL gezeigt. Wir reibten uns verwundert die Augen und fragten uns „so simpel ist die Lösung?". Die Antwort war: JA!
4ALLPORTAL ist eine Enterprise Software und somit nicht die günstigste DAM oder PIM Software am Markt. Jedoch vereint 4ALLPORTAL so viele Anforderungen und skaliert mit dem Wachstum von Unternehmen, dass man sich mittel und langfristig viele Sorgen und Geld spart. Eine klare Empfehlung!
Inconvénients
Anfangs war unser Team etwas überfordert wie 4ALLPORTAL unsere Arbeit noch besser unterstützen kann. Hier gibt es mittlerweile Termine mit einem festen Ansprechpartner von 4ALLPORTAL um zu evaluieren wie die Software weiter optimiert oder ausgebaut werden kann.

Avantages
Versand von E-Tickets. Bilder, wenn sie gut verschlagwortet sind, übersichtlich zu finden. Einbau von Fotos in PPT-Präsentationen leicht möglich!
Inconvénients
Einige Features der Suche sind optimierungsfähig. Das System springt oft zum Anfang zurück, man beginnt also wieder ganz von neuem. Schlagwortsuche funktioniert nur ansatzweise.

We are constantly working on optimizing search possibilities. In addition to an extensive search with many filters, there is the possibility to build a folder structure or collections to keep track of all assets. As you already mentioned, the easiest way to find assets is to use keywording.
With the e-ticket you can send assets directly from 4ALLPORTAL internally or to external service providers. You can specify an expiration date for the download to ensure that the files are not downloaded later.
Using the desktop app, assets can be easily opened, edited and directly uploaded again in Power Point, Adobe Creative Cloud or other integrations. Versioning is a great way to back up older versions of assets.

Great Digital Asset Management System
Communication problems are the biggest. I think this digital application is the perfect tool for a busy business. You can share and collect images.
Avantages
It is easy to use and navigate. I like being able to customize my dashboard. The category feature is very helpful for breaking up types of content that you could find.The bread crumb feature is also very helpful. The design is very intuitive. The selection to download feature is my favorite because it is so easy to use.
Inconvénients
No real complaints here about usability. We have been able to get everything we need from the experience.

Das Tool bietet eine großartige Möglichkeit, Mediendateien zentral zu verwalten und auszutauschen, was den Dateien- und Informationsaustausch innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens erheblich erleichtert. Darüber hinaus ist die Software sehr benutzerfreundlich und intuitiv zu bedienen, was zu einer verbesserten Organisation der Dateien und schnellerem Zugriff für interne und externe Benutzer führt. Eine weitere Stärke der Software ist ihre Leistungsfähigkeit und schnelle Verfügbarkeit von Informationen, die die Arbeitsabläufe verbessert. Ich kann das DAM von 4allportal nur wärmstens empfehlen!
Inconvénients
Trotz gründlicher Überlegung und genauer Betrachtung der Software, fällt es mir schwer nennenswerte Nachteile zu finden. Einzig die Anpassung von Metadaten und Rollen erfordert etwas Übung, was jedoch angesichts des hohen Nutzens der Software vernachlässigbar ist.

Very efficient DAM portal!
We had huge problems with the findability of our +100k assets. Now with 4ALLPORTAL we are able to easily find any assets with a couple of seconds - Thanks to it's easy of use and the state of the art UI/UX.
Avantages
Very efficient for managing marketing materials. Searchability through multiple search types is guaranteed. The duplicate search avoids unnecessary double data storage.
Inconvénients
As far as I'm concerned my team is totally satisfied with the 4ALLPORTAL

We have been using the 4ALLPORTAL Software for years and are very satisfied!
I've been working with the 4ALLPORTAl for years now and have made some really good experience with it so far. Especially the publication on different channels (e.g. Social Media, Print, WordPress, etc.) is to be emphasized very much and facilitates our daily work. Sharing assets externally by sending a link or creating an e-ticket is very easy now. Furthermore, we are now able to share digital assets and product information with wholesale accounts increased our e-commerce business.
Avantages
The GUI is very intuitiv and the 4AP is fun to work with. It's a very solid DAM with an amazingly high feature set.
Inconvénients
nothing to mention yet. All in all good work from the whole team.

Very fast and uncomplicated
All the employees with whom I have had contact so far have been friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent, there was a demand, and 4ALLPORTAL was the only vendor who could solve our problems. Definitely recommendable as a new customer.
Avantages
I am super happy - The software is stable and solid. There are no negative anomalies at the moment, so a recommendation is guaranteed. That’s why we now entered the 4ALLPORTAL media partnership and had been declared as an official reference customer.
