L'installation a été facile, la prise en main fluide et aucun bug. Le logiciel est fiable, stable sur des journées complètes en continu.

Inconvénients

Je ne parle pas anglais et parfois il n'y a pas de traduction. Cela dit, c'est assez intuitif et l'assistance ne se fait pas attendre.
Second point, durant la période d'essai je ne savais pas que j'utilisais la version la plus chère. Du coup j'ai perdu la fonctionnalité du "double écran sur le double écran" lors du paiement de la version la moins chère.

Comme si c’était votre ordinateur au travail! Génial!

Je n’ai rien à signaler, c’est comme au travail, donc aucune plainte!

Avantages

I switched to Splashtop from TeamViewer for unattended remote access, and I couldn't be happier. The price is hundreds of dollars cheaper per year, and the functionality and ease of use is comparable. Creating a deployment package was straightforward, and the SOS app for attended sessions is light and easy to have remote users run.

Inconvénients

My only gripe is that there is a very slight delay in input to a remote computer compared to TeamViewer. It does not impede my work, and the price trade-off is worth the slight delay honestly.

The thing that I like Splashtop the least is the small "Session in Progress" banner in the middle of the screen. I wish it can be minimized or be placed somewhere else so it's not obstructing the view.

I love the ability utilize an extra monitor when connecting remotely. My remote system has 2 monitors. My local system has 3, and using Splashtop I can take advantage of the extra monitor I have. I didn't know this was possible when I signed up, but it is the biggest perk I have found!

Inconvénients

No true cons. If I had to find an issue it is that sometimes the video quality is a little subpar. It is intermittent, and it could be a config error. It hasn't bother me enough to really spend time diving into it.

Splashtop is very critical to my success working remotely from home. Without Splashtop, I would have to commute to the building more than once a week. It is very user-friendly.

I recently experienced difficulty connecting with Splashtop using a laptop computer. I don't know if it was settings on the computer or just bad wifi. I was able to do the work using my phone so all was not lost and this is another of the features that is most handy... access using mobile devices, particularly cell phones.

I liked that Splashtop is a secure, reliable, and easy-to-use remote access solution. It is great at providing users with high-performance remote access by streaming audio and video, providing multiple monitor support, and allowing secure file transfer. I liked least about Splashtop is the lack of certain advanced features, such as the ability to access computers from different operating systems or remote power on and off capabilities. Additionally, I find that the support provided for customer concerns is often slow and inadequate.

Ease of use and simple navigation with Splashtop is much better than other programs our company has used.

My mouse appears to have two mouse pointer arrows, but only one is active. This can be confusing, and it may be some display settings that are entirely unrelated to Splashtop.

Love that I can work from home or when I am on the road. It is imperative that I am able to log-in to my desktop computer at work to access my work and schedule. Splashtop allows me to do this easily.

It can be a little slow or delayed at times, but overall it is great!!

The conection from PC to PC is very good, but trying to control from a PC to a mobile or tablet is not the same experience, the connection is unstable, and you cannot click and control the app properly, it is something that your Developers team need to improve, since the use of mobile devices increases every day.

Splashtop we have used for many years and it has a really easy deployment along with being updated frequently, all the standard features plus a few extras are included out the box.

Inconvénients

The change of licence model now makes Splashtop really expensive if you need to scale up number of devices in your account, it used to be much less expensive and some of the new features are good but come with an increase in cost.
