For the second year, vFairs were recently the host for NDI’s virtual Disability Owned Convening. Ensuring accessibility was the most important consideration for NDI when choosing the platform for this event. Right from the start, vFairs understood this and worked with us to ensure all features were accessibility as possible. We were very impressed with both their knowledge and commitment to being accessible. Additionally, Ammemah and her team were incredibly responsive, obviously know the platform insight out and provided excellent customer service

Cannot facilitate check-in and badge printing onsite at the same time. Does not provide confirmation of QR code scan check-in to workshops to user. Certificate generation in app did not work as intended.

vFairs was a great partner, from detailed project planning to supportive and adaptive execution of our International Coaching Federation Raleigh Area Chapter virtual conference, “Disruption in Coaching: Breaking Out and Breaking Through” in October.

I worked with [sensitive content hidden] and she made sure that the conference platform was built according to our needs and preferences. She ensured all the details were ironed out before the launch of the platform and that all the deadlines were met. She was very professional and always ready to answer any questions, and she made sure all our requested changes to the platform were implemented promptly.

Some people in the conference audience complained about difficulty finding information in the platform.

We where able to easily set up a large quantity of vendor booths, each selling a large amount of products. Navigation through our online event was excellent and the feel/vibe from the show matched the live events we participate in.

[sensitive content hidden] and his team are always willing to help - and quickly. We push the vFairs system to its absolute limits packing it with just about everything you can think of - we wouldn't be able to do what we do without vFairs!

Sometimes I wish they weren't so helpful ;) which is a great problem to have - as you can't keep adding more and more to an event - just because it leads to more work on my end, but that being said they are incredible to work with!

We used the vFairs platform to organize a virtual property show with a number of external exhibitors. Exhibitor setup is very straightforward and we are also able to demo all the event's features ahead of the live event which helps with the preparation process for exhibitors. Attendee access and segmentation was straightforward and allowed us for more customisation of the messages sent in the event. The customer support is on point and was crucial for us in delivering a successful event. [sensitive content hidden] ensured all our requests were picked up and resolved on time. We are looking forward to doing the next event with the team!

Inconvénients

For marketing communications and booking chat slots ahead of the event, we require external links redirecting to a specific virtual stand or a simplified chat booking system that doesn't involve individual stands. This is not currently possible so, we use an external chat booking system. It would be great to see some solutions in place in this area.

The project management and support provided by [sensitive content hidden] and team. We felt very supported during this process and things were made very clear by the training and information provided. We felt geniuinely cared for.

With it being my first time using the platform, I learned a lot about what to expect day of as in tech questions from employers & guests. I'm glad to have this knowledge to help in next year's fair.

Maybe a bit too complicated for what we wanted, lots of features we didn't need and could have got more discount for not using them I guess, also a lot of button clicks to get to what we wanted.

What I like most about vFairs is that they are friendly, professional, and very responsive. They try to understand the client's needs and are able to recommend solutions. The technology platform is also intuitive and allows end users to adapt easily.

As with any technology platforms, it has some limitations when it comes to customization but it is nothing to complain about.

The vFairs platform was incredibly easy to use for our virtual career fair event this year! We love that its features allow participants to feel that they're gaining all the benefits of attending a career fair without physical/distance barriers to attending one. The ease of use was, again, a major highlight, but the backend support we had in making the event happen was phenomenal. We can also pull valuable analytical data from this event, which makes a huge difference for the work our organization does!

I think everything went incredibly smoothy, so there weren't really any issues that I could consider when using the platform.

The platform was appreciated greatly by our audience, and we received positive feedback throughout a consequent survey sent to everyone. In the setup phase the team from vFairs and especially [sensitive content hidden] our PM was very responsive and welcoming to any of our requests. When we requested a new feature it was seen as a new feature to develop for the platform, which we felt was a very fair way to work.

vFairs is a platform unlike any I have seen. The platform is able to host virtual events with ease, acting as a tangible way for attendees to get a sense of an in-person event but online. The customer service team is impeccable, by replying in a timely manner. From my limited understanding, all outgoing communications to attendees is done by vFairs. I wish there was a better way to integrate this.
