> **Avantages**: It is fairly easy to use on the web. It is pretty self explanatory after using it a few times and keeping track of all my hours, vacation time, etc.

> **Inconvénients**: The app is so confusing and you have to have additional apps for it to work, so I just never even bother with the app and use the web version. I do wish it calculated how many more hours you need though so you didn't have to do that math.
> 
> After one of the latest updates, I have not been as happy with the app and honestly don't even use it anymore and just use the web version, but the web version I don't mind using.

> **Avantages**: Everything is in one location, no need to use multiple services. The reports are fairly easy to pull information needed.

> **Inconvénients**: When I submit a case for assistance there are some times that it takes days to get a response. When I ask for a call back there are several times that they send me a message with what they did.  Some reports I'm not able to get certain information and have to pull multiple reports and combine them to have all the data needed.

> Overall it is good, no big issues. Except, when I want to talk to someone about pricing on adding a 360 file feed between UKG and our Retirement provider they will not just talk to me so I can get the info, they are wanting $500 just to talk to someone, if I decided to do the file feed or not.

> **Avantages**: The only thing I can say I like the most about UKG Ready is that you have the ability to use all of the program's features on both your desktop and mobile.

> **Inconvénients**: After implementation customer service is lacking. The program looks as though it's permanently in an edit screen and is unfinished. It is not user friendly either.

> Customer service is bad. The program is not user friendly and looks like an edit screen. Categories are unusual so finding information is spread out like a scavenger hunt, and not where you think it would be. Directions are scarce. Employees have difficulty operating the system. Porting of information had numerous errors. I could continue. We do not recommend.

> **Avantages**: UKG Ready's reporting features are pretty solid, and we've had good luck with data accuracy. The interface can be a bit cluttered at times, but it works well enough.

> **Inconvénients**: We've had some issues with integration with our existing HR system, which took a bit to figure out. Support response times could be faster, but it's not a huge deal.
> 
> I've had a largely positive experience with UKG Ready, using it regularly to manage my team's schedules and payroll. The system is user-friendly and makes it easy to track employee hours and benefits. However, I've encountered some occasional glitches and wished for more customization options.
