A little bit of a rush to judgment about accounts, there could be better communication. But that is solved by using the chat feature very easily, especially if you chat with [sensitive content hidden].

A Wonderful Email Campaign Tool

Overall, I have been thoroughly impressed by Sender's email campaign capabilities, generous free plan, and friendly/efficient customer support. They have really had a huge, positive impact on our organization and I could not recommend them more.

Avantages

I love the high-limit of free email sends a month (15,000), great and easy to use templates, and quality of customer support (shoutout [sensitive content hidden] who has helped me numerous times and makes things easy to understand). The analytics have also been incredibly useful for tracking the success of our campaigns and establishing partners.

Inconvénients

I wish Sender.net had the ability for me to have email sub-accounts with the same domain on the sender.net website. This would allow our fraternal organization to have oversight of those working with us while allowing them to have separate user logins. This would be useful for tracking metrics separately between our different Chapters and not getting email campaigns mixed up or bogged down by other sub-accounts. It would also be great if they had a Wix integration to help us more with organizational automation.

Suspended for no real reason

Terrible, after suspension no common sense is prevailing so I have wasted a day of my time.

Avantages

the usability and help documents are very good.

Inconvénients

Spent 6 hours learning the system, and setting up a workflow only to find my account was suspended as 1.69% of people unsubscribed. Like every database of collected names, there is a settling down period and I believe the rule for your first campaign that has a freshly uploaded database of names should be ignored. If further campaigns break the rules then yes you should be suspended as you are continuing to spam people.

So far, so excellent!

I just started with Sender and so far it is exceeding my expectations. I am coming from Aweber, which has gone completely crazy with their pricing and fees, so on price alone Sender is doing a good job.

But how's the interface and bells-and-whistles? Excellent! So far I am finding everything I need and in many ways it is MUCH easier than Aweber and slightly better than MailChimp.

Here's where it gets interesting: I had to verify my account and the tech support was excellent: fast, (as in instantaneous), polite, and knowledgable. [sensitive content hidden] the agent with whom I chatted, had me up and running in no time.

Now, I just started with Sender, yet so far this is going rather smoothly. One thing is that I wish the Wordpress plugin were a bit robust. Likewise, embedding forms on a web page requires adding javascript to a site whereas other services use shortcodes. Hopefully that will be fixed in the future.

Right now this is looking to be the best game in town.

SENDER gives me flexibilty and great way to send campaigns

we have been using SENDER for a couple of years now.
the app is very simple to use and we can make some good 'newsletter' email campaigns.
although we don't make a vast amount of campaign, I really like the 'pay as you go' that gives me a number of email that i can send and then 'top-up' the number of emails as and when required.
this flexibility in the SENDER system is a deal maker for me.

if on the rare occasion we have an issue, the Customer Service Chat is giving solutions very quickly.

SENDER = GREAT Service and Product

There isn't really anything I don't like.

Superb experience with Sender setup

Awesome Customer service

Awesome customer experience, I was coming from Sendinblue, where I had an issue. Sender really showed me the value of live chat help and service. Also it didn't feel like the person was just sticking to a script, they tried to understand my issue and explain.

Read the anti-spam policy Before Subscription

At first it was a little difficult to use the platform due to some of the company's anti-spam policies. They take this issue seriously and I had my account suspended. Afterwards, with some conversation with the support, we were able to verify some of the requested things and we had the account reactivated and used normally.

Sender Is An Excellent Choice

This product is excellent and inexpensive. It's a really fantastic platform for our non-profit and helps us keep connected to the community we serve without a great expense. The support is second to none. I don't think I have never worked with such a responsive support team, ever. It's almost instantaneous and they actively work with you to correct concerns and fix bugs if you find them. I really appreciate them so much!

Avantages

The ease of use and point and click editor/formatting are excellent. They are always working to improve it. Even when I think it's working great already, they make changes that improve the experience.

Inconvénients

I do not find this difficult to use. It is very user intuitive and takes no time to figure out and be on your way to creating really stunning newsletters. It actually took me a few months before I took the time (COVID interrupted) to really understand how much it could do, and once I had the opportunity, within one newsletter week, I was able to upgrade our newsletter reader experience a lot. If there was one thing I wish was different about it, it would be that I think I would like the newsletter browser version to be available as soon as I schedule the email version send. This way, I could schedule the social and website posts that share it at the same time as I schedule the email version to go out. Right now, I have to wait until it actually gets sent before it's available in the browser version to share. I understand this may be a coding and timing issue that can't be resolved. It would just be a time saver for me if it could.

24 hours supports really help me a lot.

with more than 10 years' experience, we have many customers' emails. Some of them just lost contact after a long time of no contact. It is a hard time during pandemic, we can not join any exhibitions. So we hope to keep in touch with our old customers. email marketing is what we need. The product email campaign is not easy to use. I met many problems, but the 24 hours support engineers help me a lot to get used to the product.

Inconvénients

verify domain. I have used this product for many days, but I still have not passed the verification things. There is weak support for this part. And it leads to our domain email returning much yesterday. My webmaster requires us to change a new domain.

Great for new businesses!

I'm very satisfied and thankful.

Avantages

Sender offers FREE use of all their features! I first tried Mailchimp and got used to making email templates and campaigns there. Sender was not far off and transitioning to it was really easy when making e-mails. I made the decision to use Sender because Mailchimp (or any other that I tried) isn't offering free automation. In Sender, that's free too and with great ease of use (much like Mailchimp). Importing contacts was not at all hard. So I really think Sender has a very competitive set of features at no cost! (For limited recipients and sent emails)

Inconvénients

Sender is best used in a computer browser. So if I have to check something with my phone, I find that the UI is not yet mobile friendly. However, I work around that by modifying the browser to look like its desktop site and it's fine.

There no WYSIWYG editor for transactional emails.
Help and manual are not complete.
number of clicks can be shown on the content for transactional emails and email automation.

Very Affordable and Easy to Use Email Campaign Provider

Overall, I highly recommend this panel to everyone, especially small businesses and businesses in low-income countries. because the plan is generous and even If you want to upgrade to paid one, the price is very fair. On the other hand, the team support you whenever you need technical support.

Incredible levels of technical support. Never encountered the like before. Very impressed!

Technical support.
Their technical support is genuinely excellent. Highly responsive, prompt and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my HTML that I couldn't fix for a campaign and they even did that for me!

I used to use Mailchimp who would take days to reply. These guys reply almost immediately and couldn't work harder to help me. Really, really impressed.

Inconvénients

There is some functionality - especially in campaign analytics - that I'd like. However, when I raised this they got onto it immediately so I can't really complain at that sort of helpfulness.

Great product

Amazing!

Avantages

I'm really impressed by sender. I was using mailchimp and its features were just slow and cumbersome. Sender's interface is smooth and easy to use and has features that I did not have access to with mailchimp.

Inconvénients

I noticed my open rates went down when i switched but that could just be a me thing.

Solid email marketing platform

I set up a sequence of emails to employees, they automatically get added to a list. Made my job easier - all employees are informed about company events, like parties, workshops and training. Email insights are brilliant. Can keep track of who opens the emails and such.

Avantages

The simplicity approach blows my mind. No unneeded utility. The learning curve isn’t steep. it's perfect for me

No suggestions or complaints. Enough power under the hood for me. they are actually concern about our need.
