My favorite aspects were the employee tree that shows you who does what. It makes collaboration between departments in a big company a little bit easier because you know who to contact\! Doing performance reviews is easy too. Finally, there was never a pay day that came late, which is likely in part due to my company, but Rippling did their job too. Overall, this is a solid product\! I'll note that my company decided to move to Insperity, which may be related to the price of Rippling. > > **Inconvénients**: The PTO platform was confusing. I accidentally used hours that were for the next year during a prior year because I thought that I needed to use the quantity of hours that were left.
