I've never had any issues with security and they've always made sure payments securely reach my banks, ect. Plus the features you get compared to other apps are amazing, it's greater value for money. Even if you don't use online booking, which makes schedule changes so much easier, there's the scheduling and appointment management. I've never had any bugs or any other issues when using the app, and my clients love using it to manage their appointments. > > **Inconvénients**: I don't like the pricing amount, the value is great but every little thing is behind a paywall, and they don't have a built in quoting system so you still have to do a lot manually. You can't even change the way your website looks from the base layout without having their top tier plan. > > It's been great overall, i've tried numerous different apps, even some that were free like connectteam and honeybook, but none of them could compare. I love being in control of every detail and goldie gives me just that. Meanwhile other apps and sites give you half the features and customizablilty with the same price. The ease of booking for clients is fantastic and I love that I can block extra time between appointments. Although I don't use the feature for dynamic pricing, I do think it's a necessity for a lot of people who work late or weekends. I really wish they would allow a way for us to create specific coupon codes though. I would love to be able to set up a code for just people in the office building or family and friends so they can apply it right at checkout. It would also be nice if I could link my Goldie and Google reviews together somehow. A FAQ section would be a really nice touch, as well.
