Je m'en sers quotidiennement, Zoho Books est un excellent outil de comptabilité et de CRM. Prix abordable et des fonctionnalités polyvalentes.

J'ai rencontré des limites dans l'ajustement des factures et l'annulation des devis, et l'application mobile n'est pas idéale pour la gestion de la relation client en déplacement.

Le rapprochement bancaire et l'outil pertes profits on plus d'impact. Le logiciel est facil à utilisé et l'intrégration de l'utilisation avec les études est très bons.

It is quite intuitive and well-organized. I like that you can easily find the customer and jump from one place to another.
Also, it is customizable, for example, it helps me a lot to set payment reminders for my clients.

Inconvénients

There are some limitations in terms of reporting. If you want to see old data, you can´t do it, and that´s a bit annoying.
In addition, the currency exchange rates sometimes are not accurate.

It has got lots of good features and seems very robust. Overall I liked it pretty much. It has got a vast range of invoice templates and is customization seems pretty easy. Also they got their own software for most of the business use cases which could be easily integrated with this one.
