I also really love the Ideas Portal, where admins can post new ideas to improve their experience and also review and vote on ideas submitted by others. I always feel like the customers' voices are heard. > > **Inconvénients**: There are some features that I wish were included with the Core LMS experience instead of being add-ons for an additional charge. For example, there are a lot of reports you can run without paying for the Analyze reporting add-on, but to gather all the data I need about courses and quizzes and learner performance, I sometimes have to run about a dozen different reports. This means I am reviewing a dozen different spreadsheets and trying to manually merge them into one report to get the data I need. > > Prior to implementing Absorb, my organization was using a different LMS. That LMS was not user friendly, had minimal reporting ability, and created very clunky courses. Since we adopted Absorb and its Create course-authoring tool, we have seen a dramatic change in the quality of our online courses. Courses are far more engaging, filled with more variety of learning activities, and easier to report one. Learners and admins alike also find Absorb significantly easier to navigate than our prior LMS. Additionally, Absorb can integrate with our Active Directory, so new employees and employee changes come directly into the LMS without any manual adjustments. The automatic course enrollments are very helpful, too.
