- On peut copier les lignes de la semaine d'avant lorsqu'on remplit notre temps.
- L'avancement du projet et de ces phases est facile d'accès

Inconvénients

Le calendrier sur le côté est rouge ou jaune selon les heures que je fais par jour. J'aimerais mieux que sa soit par semaine pour que sa réflète mieux la réalité. Je suis toujours dans le jaune ou rouge vu que mes journées varient beaucoup.

Facile à utiliser. Le visuel est intéressant.

Il y a trop de fonction pour mes besoin.

Birdview PSA c'est un logiciel très connu et utile pour la gestion des projets dans les entreprises . J'apprécie énormément la simplicité de ce logiciel qui m'a permit de collaborer avec beaucoup de prospect et entreprise

Ce logiciel m'a permis d'économiser un peu du temps pour gérer mes projets mais on rencontre souvent des problème d'internet qui n'est pas confortable et côté du messagerie également

Easy Projects est un outil très efficace, doté de nombreuses fonctionnalités précieuses lorsqu’on souhaite mener à bien un projet collaboratif . Parmi ses atouts, on compte les outils de budgétisation, d’assistance à distance et d’analyse des campagnes. Le programme permet également l’automatisation des processus métiers et offre un aperçu du calendrier pour les participants. De plus, il est hébergé sur le Cloud, aussi tous les participants peuvent consulter les projets en temps réel et connaître la répartition des tâches. Easy Projects permet également d'exporter les données et de les éditer avec un logiciel de comptabilité. Enfin, l’interface est personnalisable et permet l'accès et le contrôle à distance des projets en cours ainsi que la visualisation de l’avancée des tâches.

Inconvénients

Il est dommage que la messagerie soit peu conviviale et la communication internet assez inconfortable.

Avantages

Avant, nous entrons nos heures travaillées dans des feuilles excel et cela s'accumulait puis les fichiers commençaient à devenir lourds. Maintenant, nous pouvons gérer nos feuilles de temps au même endroit.
J'aime le fait aussi qu'on peut exporter ces données et pouvoir l'importer directement dans notre logiciel de comptabilité Acomba. Alors, nous économisons du temps et cela évite aussi des erreurs d'entrer les heures manuellement.

Inconvénients

Dans la section pour entrer nos heures travaillées, il n'y a pas de fonction répétition. C'est-à-dire on doit entrer pour chaque jour le nombre d'heures avec nos autres infos qui parfois restent pareil. Mais apparemment, notre consultant et son équipe sont entrain de travailler cette fonctionnalité pour notre logiciel.

On peut changer la langue du logiciel Birdview Easyprojects, mais il n'y a que quelques mots qui sont traduits...donc la traduction n'est pas complète sur le logiciel. Il vaut mieux que vous soyez à l'aise avec l'anglais.

Avantages

I love that it's geared towards Professional Services Projects, which is really just mass project management with customers where most Project Management is for internal projects. This really understands the needs of the Service based project.

Inconvénients

I could name a feature that it doesn't have, but I fear that would be released before I found my next missing feature.

The interface is very intuitive, and the tool has a very quick learning curve. It is very scalable and easily customized. The Table, Gantt, and Kanban Board views are great. Creating dependencies is super easy and overall administration is simple.

Inconvénients

Dashboards would benefit from more visualizations.

Weekly time sheet layout is quick for logging time worked on projects and get a week/month overview

Inconvénients

It has a difficult user interface, a lot of the features are hard to find, buried in menus

Avantages

Project plan and task schedule tracking can be accessed through Gantt charts clearly showing any deviations between planned and actual progress.

Inconvénients

I spent a bit more time getting it ready for my users. I feel that implementation was long and tedious.

Avantages

It's a good parallel with other PM tools like Asana and Monday. I was able to jump on with almost no training overhead.

Inconvénients

I am still new, so not sure if this feature already exist but I like to subdivide my taskers into Phases. So if a collection of taskers are in a project but need to be either time or process divided into logical groups having the ability to visualize that is a plus.

Avantages

#1. I like the ability to see all of the project steps instead of only seeing the steps that I am assigned to.

#2. I like that I am able to check mine and everyone else's utilization percentage. Offers total visibility in the organization.

Inconvénients

#1. I think the user navigation experience could be improved. I find I have to right-click on a project name and open it in a new tab to be able to see all of the project steps and main overview. I wish this process was more simple and did not require me to open a new tab.

#2. This may be user-error, but I have had project managers reach out to me and ask if I can complete a project task by EOD, and I will tell them I do not have that task in my Assignments view (in either the Today or Later categories). They claim they are there and that I have so many tasks that it may not be populating? If it is a BV issue, its a pretty big oversight as I need to be able to see tasks due in the Today column, regardless of how many are in there.

#3. I have had issues inputting time in the Time Log screen. I will enter the time and enter my comments and in my experience, there is a 10% probability that the time will not appear unless I refresh the window.

#4. The people within my agency are not the best with file management, so as an employee departs, you can sometimes find links in the comments of tasks and projects and locate the files, but I would love if there was a field to enter a file location url before marking a task as complete.

It does a great job at keeping all of the elements of a project organized, and archived for reference

The setup of this tool is very user-friendly and worthy of use by larger teams

Sometimes the resolution of the fields is too small or too large, but if the tool is used on a larger monitor, everything works fine

I like everything is in one place, i like the weekly timesheet view and the notifications menu makes finding the projects I've been assigned east to find.

I wish I could see the notes i make in addition to my hours every day without having to click on them.

The reporting in Birdview made my work so much easier than the other platforms we use.

I wish Birdview had an APP so I could easily use it from my phone when traveling.

It's pretty straightforward and locked down which can be good or bad based on your prerogative.

It's not very customizable and it's definitely a better tool for other departments than ours (media)

Birdview is user-friendly. You can track multiple projects which can be broken into sub-projects/tasks. You can enter as you go, adjust post-hoc, and it saves automatically, so it's flexible in terms of each own's desired frequency of use. I also appreciate the calendar feature when tracking hours to flag which days meet quota (green) or are under (yellow) / over (red).

Inconvénients

All existing and pre-existing projects remain in the dropdown when selecting which project to track. If there was a way to hide some, it would be easier / more efficient to navigate through them. If you want to remove hours from a project, you cannot completely; it forces you to retain at least 0:01hrs (i.e. 1 min) - would just be cleaner if one could override this feature.

I really like the the ability to access specific projects and tasks from multiple areas within the site. Tracking labour and progress from tasks up to project milestones is very easy to do.

I wish I could save specific reporting functions.

The Project management Tools help to track all the aspects of the project including time spent, resources used, revenue generated, the PnL, and more. This helps in understanding the firm's entire growth.

The only thing is the pricing of the tool. It will be difficult for any small organization to manage funds for the tool.

Birdview's powerful modular approach can also present a hindrance depending on its user's preferred working conditions. For those who function well under stricter parameters, Birdview will be great for you once you get it off the ground and running, however - until then, it might present a bit of a learning curve because its pliability makes for multiple organizational approaches that might require some time for familiarization.
