We published information about the incident on our website https://support.powerdiary.com/spam-email-issue-25-aug-2024 and emailed all affected accounts with details, including the profiles that received spam emails. Additionally, we provided clear recommendations, including a message template to help practices explain the situation to their clients.

While we currently support Stripe for online payments and sync with Google and Outlook calendars, we will pass your request for the ability to use Square payments processor and sync with Apple iCal to the product team on your behalf.
