Gros point négatif sur les emails marketing de gmass. On devient vite la cible de leur propres emails de marketing. On ne peut pas se désinscrire...

I had an old email list so I used their "Verify emails before sending" option and sent an email to just 90 people on the list. All 90 emails went out (i.e. their "verifier" found no issues with the emails) but 30 of them bounced back. Prior to sending the email, I tested it with their spam solver and the email got into something like 13 out of 15 test inboxes. After sending the email, it now goes into 13 of 15 spam boxes. Long story short, their email verifier doesn't work and using GMass to send just 90 emails has changed my email reputation from good to spammer. On top of that, they won't give me a refund, although that's inconsequential compared to the damage done to my sender reputation.

While I have used several CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce and email marketing tools such as Mail Chimp and Constant Contact, GMass has simplified the process to keep everything within your gmail platform. I started out with the free trial and switched over to the payed version, because the product works...and works well at that! I loved the simplicity of the reporting and follow up features. I would not think twice about using this product!

The templates sometimes glitched, but it was nothing that pausing the campaign couldnt fix!

Avantages

It takes time to establish connections and GMASS makes it a lot easier. Also, I only send out personal connection emails - no newsletters or advertising - so I don't want any advertising from the sending company. I also don't need an unsubsribe button - that looks rediculous - I only reply if I get an email back.

As I understand, GMASS has access to all my Google Sheets - so I cleared everything out for security.

The program works well with our company Gmail. It has been excellent for sending mass emails out to our clients/potential clients. We love being able to schedule out mail for the future and to check metrics back to see what does well. Excellent service all around.

The reporting functions are a bit tedious to use, but manageable once you figure them out. There is no phone number for support and just directs you to a website which can be frustrating when help is needed. It seems a bit pricey compared to other options but works well.

I have been using Gmass for a few years and love everything about it. It makes emails to multiple contacts a breeze and saves so much time. I like the tracking information that it offers after every campaign!

I don't like that they no longer offer the free version of up to 50 emails/day.
