We had a lot of struggles with our previous software program and the customer service from our Meevo team from implementation all the way through a year later to doing monthly meetings has been amazing. I require a lot of assistance to be able to use all the features and benefits that Meevo has and the team has given me the opportunity to pick their brain to use almost all of them. We receive so many features that we have previously had to pay extra for, so making these included in our price is well worth our switch to Meevo. For the most part, the appointment book has been easy to understand and make appointments. Online booking for us has skyrocketed since making all services available online and Meevo making it so easy for our guests to book. > > **Inconvénients**: I would not say we like anything the least. Like I stated, this switch to Meevo has been life changing for our company and our growth going forward. However, there are a few things that would help to be updated or formatted differently. Rebooking reports we are having a little struggle with. I have talked this over with our customer support, Brett, and he is working on this with the team. We have found that the rebooking reports (not retention) are counting salon rebooking compared to service provider. With our intention to grow our service provider, it is imperative that we have specific rebooking per service provider. We want to know when the guests are rebooking with them, not the salon in general. I would even be okay if it was department wise. But being a full service salon, for us, this is a difficult figure to be accurate with the report we have now. I also would like the appointment book to be less junky, if that's the word. There are a lot of symbols that are unnecessary for the appointment book. Our old system (one of the only great things), was the appointment book was extremely simple. Guest name and services would be the only information available until clicking on the appointment. An update like this would absolutely help our team navigate the schedule better. > > Meevo has been a monumental change for our company. Although the leg work to get switched was fruitful, the end result was so worth it. The implementation team and our client success manager has made this change so much easier than anticipated. The fact that Brett, our client success manager, makes time on his schedule to meet with me every month is so important for our continued growth with the system. I definitely would not have been able to implement everything we have without the support of the team. Even when we have had struggles with communicated, we quickly found a team member who was willing to give us the time we needed. The system has changed our company for the better from training to every day use and appointment booking, online and in the salon.
