Smart Recruiters is, as a whole, a fantastic company/software. That sums in my thoughts.
The intuitiveness /usability of the system is a huge benefit. We're able to move candidates through the process very easily. A complaint though, the included job aggregators are pretty irrelevant
Avantages
The BEST piece about this software is the fact that new features (taken from the community of SR users) are constantly being developed and we get monthly releases. Obviously, the user interface is very intuitive and easy to teach new managers. We just completely overhauled our entire Recruiting process, and the easiest part of that herculean effort was changing the process in SR.
Inconvénients
Notifications are kind of a bugger. There's a feature that allows constant notifications, but the only person that can get those constant notification is the hiring manager. Why not the Recruiter too? Recruiters at my company live in this system day in and day out, hiring managers hop in and out as needed, so we're the ones that need the notification (along with the hiring managers).

Amazing Collaborative Recruitment Tool
I have found it to be a functional ATS which serves as an all-in-one recruitment solution with many helpful integrations that saves time and gets the job done in a breeze. Would recommend.
Avantages
Turns the recruitment process into a collaborative effort that ropes in everyone effectively. The platform's intuitive, making it simpler for hiring managers, recruiters, and even candidates to get on the same page. Plus, the flexibility to customize workflows for our complex business processes is a big win. Loads of integrations with tools like DocuSign, Zoom and Linkedin as well are a big plus.
Inconvénients
There are some niche integrations with more legacy-based tools which are still not present. It's best to check the integrations library before deploying this tool across your company to see if you might have any data gaps.

My overall experience with SmartRecruiters was okay. There were candidates that stood out and those who didn't, in the end, we found some good leads.
Avantages
What I liked most about SmartRecruiters was that it provided a different pool of candidates for us to look at for new job openings.
Inconvénients
The part I liked least about SmartRecruiters was how difficult it was to find a "great" candidate. Many seemed underqualified.

SmartRecruiters - very SMART decision
Overall, my experience using SmartRecruiters was great. So easy to manage the pool of candidates. I worked in a high volume recruiting environment, where we screened/interviewed upwards of 50 people per week. We needed to train 20+ internal HR users - the implementation was fast and easy. You could create templates, schedule interviews and communicate rejections where necessary. Navigating through the portal was very user-friendly. You could search for candidates, upload their profile information, send them emails and manage the onboarding process quite seamlessly.
Avantages
The SmartRecruiters platform was straight forward and easy to navigate through the software. Adding new employees was very simple and straight forward. It was also easy to implement this software across 4 branches and train internal employees.
Inconvénients
For manual resumes, it was time consuming to scan and upload the candidate's resume. Sometimes the orientation of the document changed after it was uploaded. One other drawback was that some candidates were rejected, and they were still able reapply reversing the first/last name. There should have been another identifier that would prevent this.

Strongest bond ever. SmartRecruiters is the better option.
Very robust and inclusive software. It has a wide coverage and deeper functionalities which makes it unique.
Avantages
I have been able to build a pool of talents within a very short period which makes my career shine bright in the industry. None of it would be possible without this smart tool. It is easy to customize the tool and getting things done is instant and effective. Also it did not take me long to learn how to use it, things just work my way every time I use SmartRecruiters.
Inconvénients
Free from cons. SmartRecruiters is clean to me. I find no flaws.

I love Smartrecruiters!
I helped implement and get Smartrecruiters going. There is so much to learn and discover, but once you get the hang of it, it's very straightforward.
Avantages
Smartrecruiters provides the best experience for a recruiter. It is so easy to use the website and provides you with a quick snapshot of where candidates are at in the interview process. It makes scheduling and creating interviews so easy with their calendar integration. There is also awesome integration with Docusign to make signing and completing offer letters so easy for candidates.
Inconvénients
There needs to be some improvement with the self-scheduling feature within Smartrecruiters, but overall, it has been such a great experience.

GREAT tool!
Honestly its great ! exactly what we needed with all the features we were looking for !
Avantages
We've left Workday Recruiting for SmartRecruiter (linked to Workday) and it solves all of the issues we were having with the other system. Nothing bad to say its great !
Inconvénients
I honestly am having a hard time to say something i like the "least". The only thing, its SUPER minimal, I would say when posting you need to "add to cart" where you're going to post ? I find that odd.

Overall, a good investment if you’re looking for an ATS that is easy to use and deploy.
Avantages
The software was easy to use. Initially when I was looking for an ATS system I saw a number of options but after careful research SmartRecruiters stood out.
It did not disappoint.
Inconvénients
When scheduling the interview it would be nice to be able to integrate a video conferencing software instead of just pasting the meeting invite link.

Handling approx. 30 job pipelines simultaneously is fairly simple with SmartRecruiters.
Moving the organization around the recruitment process in one tool, communicating with the hiring team on a candidate's profile and setting it as private notes has been of great value. Also the cost per hire becomes more and more attractive even though many websites we publish job ads are not yet integrated. The analytic section however, is very helpful indeed and most of the times shows accurate data.
Avantages
Inviting a whole hiring team, scheduling interviews in the tool, comparing candidates based on a score card.
Inconvénients
Missing an option to upload files to a job pipeline, missing search filters in the PEOPLE tab which seem so obvious but aren't there. These two things make the handling of 100+ candidate difficult.

Regarding your inquiry about search filters, there are many possible search filters in the people tab, and you can even combine them. You can filter candidates by location, proximity to the location, title, status, candidate groups (active, past, leads, referrals, internal), the type of candidate (employee, recently viewed, deferred, pending rejection message) the source, tags, `applied to¿, the application field, the recruiter, the created date, rating, company, school/university, rejection reason, withdrawal reason. If you feel like the current filters do not satisfy your needs, do tell us as we take your feedback very seriously. As far as adding files to a job pipeline is concerned, file uploads can only be made to a candidate profile. I hope this helps!

I love this platform! it allows me to track my recruiting process and find the best match!
As I told before, I can track my recruiting process including customer and candidate feedback, in a very easy way.
Avantages
I like the availability of tags and notes to find candidates based on specific words. I can manage candidates that are in active search but not assigned to processes, and match them based on their skills.
Inconvénients
The free version is great as it is, but if I 'd like to migrate, it would be too expensive if I compare con local suppliers that offers similar options.

The User Interface is great. Related very well to anyone that has used social media previously and the mobile app is also solid. I've used bullhorn previously and this is much easier.

It's an evolving software and has some functionality not built in that it's still filling out. but overall good!

I like the hiring manager self-service and visibility the system offers. I also appreciate the marketplace and integrations for scheduling and more.
Inconvénients
It strikes me as somewhat "buggy". It seems like almost weekly there is a new, small issue or concern that needs to raise a ticket to be addressed. I don't have visibility to our quantity/pattern of tickets, so it may or may not be getting better.

Easy to Use ATS with robust functionality.
Avantages
It really is a consumer centric product that makes it easy for multiple users to collaborate when making key decisions with full visibility into pipeline. I also love how it makes the process very user friendly with allowing us to immediately export our posting to key job boards.
Inconvénients
It has a little bit of a learning curve that's definitely needed to be able to maximize product use. Sometimes features can get lost because there are so many so it needs some time before running with it!

Great user experience that allows hiring managers and recruiters to collaborate in one system.
The ability to keep most of our information on one platform throughout the hiring process. This includes applicant data, interview notes and emails back and forth from the system.
Avantages
The ease of integrations and usability for everyone in the hiring process. We feel that the systems UI/ UX is intuitive and comprehensive for those involved.
Inconvénients
The lack of reporting and pipelining of candidates. Also the ability to screen resumes without downloading separately. That is a major time hard for our recruiters.
