Not sure if anything can be done about this, but my biggest gripe is that the latest update now looks horrible on the Gnome Desktop in Linux. It does not respect Gnome theming and overall is ugly and honestly is a step backwards. > > Overall Rambox is a good product and the few times I have used customer support, they have been responsive and helpful, but there have been several occasions that updates seemed to be rushed and not well tested, resulting in problems and more updates to patch issues. The latest update really does not look good on Linux using the Gnome Desktop. Everything seems to be functioning fine so the UI issues I can live with even though I do not like it. ----- ### "Rambox to the rescue\!" — 5.0/5 > **Ariel** | *25 janvier 2025* | Services aux consommateurs | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Rambox keeps me 1000% more organized. As an entrepreneur, I am able to keep all of my clients' tools categorized and receive notifications. > > **Inconvénients**: No fault of Rambox - some of the software/tools I try to bring in won't play nicely with Rambox's UI. > > Amazeballs\! I cannot express enough praise for Rambox\! ----- ### "I depend on Rambox - its the key to my productivity\!" — 5.0/5 > **Mary Ann** | *5 février 2025* | Services environnementaux | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: It keeps everything contained in one spot, its a HUGE boost to my productivity and organization, and I couldn't maintain my level of function without it. > > **Inconvénients**: It uses a lot of RAM and I needed to upgrade my computer for that, but to be fair, I have a lot of apps contained in there. > > Customer support and communication is top notch, Rambox is dependable, always improving, and super versatile.
