Patch management is reliable and automated, remote access is lightning fast, and the scripting/automation features have saved us dozens of hours. In order to use custom fields, it needs to have the NinjaOne Documentation app enabled in order to function properly. With regular feature improvements, additions, there is no looming worry of whether or not this tool is staying at the edge, where it should be. Integration with other solutions such as BitDefender Gravity Zone, and some other 3rd party direct integrations are a literal toggle to setup and deploy.
