After electing to move forward with Zenoti, we were set up with Trivia, Femi, Vamsi, Yash, Anurag, and others to help handle our implementation process. They made sure that the transition was as smooth as possible and that we remained on track throughout the process. 3. Any comments, questions, concerns, or changes were met head-on. Responsiveness was almost immediate and helped to keep the ball rolling at all times. 4. There is a great amount of training on how to use the system at all levels of any organization. The training is guided and tailored to your position in the organization. It can be a little repetitive, but the repetition helps to really drill down and understand how to use the system. 5. We now have access to online booking and better capability for follow-up on cancelled/missed appointments and marketing strategies. > > **Inconvénients**: It is hard to find something that I did not like about Zenoti. From the initial EMR review with \[sensitive content hidden\], and everyone else who was hands-on during the implementation process, everything has been wonderful. As with any new central operating system, the implementation process was not without challenges (mostly on our end), but the Zenoti team was always there to answer any questions we had. The weekly check-ins allowed our team to stay on track with the ongoing changes to our system and helped to clear up any confusion. Additionally, there is ample training on how to use the system at all levels of any organization. We now have access to online booking and better capability for follow-up on cancelled/missed appointments and marketing strategies. We are now a little over 2 months past our go-live date and are really feeling the benefits from the change. I cannot thank the Zenoti team enough\! For example, when we wanted to upgrade our Webstore ourselves, we were surprised to be quoted an additional fee for the upgrade rather than being able to manage it independently. We also appreciate that Zenoti is constantly innovating and introducing new technology, including its AI Receptionist. However, we find it a little frustrating that the AI Receptionist currently has limitations when it comes to texting clients, especially since texting is such an important part of communication and appointment management for our business.
