However the ease of use and the ability to adjust the layout to my own requirements won me over. Cost wise, it is not the cheapest, but definitely worth the price. The sales team have been a great help, once you start down this path, you will need their support to start with. > > **Inconvénients**: Act\! does not interact with the new Outlook email system, this means that if you rely on meetings etc being automatically confirmed with your client, you will need to do this manually. Customer support is a weaker link, there are many on-line tutorials, but sometimes you just need a quick chat to solve an issue, however you keep being referred to an additional cost in a support package. > > I enjoy working with this system, and once integrated into you process', it is impossible to think of how it used to be\! I don't really see any ground breaking website management, or marketing features regarding social media. > > I have been using Act since its inception. It has been very slow to change and improve over the years. Since Switftpage purchased it from Sage it is 100% better.
