Lucky Orange does indeed offer in-app notifications to alert you with a sound and/or banner for common triggers, such as when someone arrives on your site or replies to your chat. These notifications can be fully customized to show other important events, such as when a visitor clicks on a specific CTA or rage clicks. I would be happy to guide you through the process of enabling notifications, address any lingering usage questions you may have and discuss your feedback on a mobile app. While we have optimized our app for desktop usage to maximize access to features, we would like to learn more about how you envision using a mobile app to share with our product development team.
