Of course, this means I have a lot to learn in order to become a competent user. To that end, the support is excellent. The system has an AI chat to which I can address endless questions but they also have live support with a response that is almost as quick. Their support is 24/7 coming from multiple time zones and they do not hesitate to jump on a live chat. The system comes with a mobile app that even provides the ability to record and transcribe a conversation. I can go on and on about the features. Tonnes on offer for a very reasonable subscription price compared to competitors in the ATS/CRM space that I have worked with before. Everyone I have had a touch point with has been responsive and highly professional.
