Avantages

Pour moi, en tant que propriétaire de petite entreprise, l'utilisation du logiciel est assez simple. Je peux facilement ajouter des factures entrantes. Créez des factures simples pour mes clients et synchronisez mes comptes bancaires.

Inconvénients

Mon comptable n'aime pas le logiciel. Il me dit qu'il lui manque des fonctionnalités professionnelles pour travailler plus efficacement. Malheureusement, j'ai aussi une liste de choses que j'aimerais avoir amélioré pour obtenir un travail plus efficace. Malheureusement, le logiciel est parfois assez lent et la synchronisation avec mon compte bancaire est souvent interrompue.

Avantages

Ensemble complet avec tous les outils financiers dont une entreprise a besoin.

Inconvénients

L'interface utilisateur pourrait être un peu plus attrayante / moderne.

Avantages

Simple to use on a lot of aspects. Focused on Swiss law (QR invoice, basic HR module, VAT calculations, ...). Price is ok.

Inconvénients

The software is dead. There aren't any new features for years. Small things need dozen of clicks when one would be enough. Very bad to track mistakes / filter manual entries in the middle of thousands. Sometimes slow. Support is one of the worst.

Perhaps the name? After the phone call, the provider sounded promising, and based on recommendations from friends, we believed we had found the right partner.

Inconvénients

Unfortunately, I can only warn against this provider. My experience with Bexio was disappointing and has now resulted in a costly trap.

1. I felt intensely pressured into making a purchase over the phone. After completing the purchase, I discovered that the software is inadequate for my needs – simple functions that are standard with competitors are either missing or unnecessarily complicated. The price-performance ratio is completely unacceptable to me. As a result, I practically never used the software.

2. The subscription trap: Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the subscription in time (my mistake). When the email arrived regarding the automatic renewal for another year (at a cost of €800), I reacted immediately, explained the situation, and requested a cancellation, as the service had never been used.

3. Zero goodwill & debt collection: Instead of a customer-friendly solution, Bexio was completely inflexible. There was absolutely no goodwill gesture. Even worse: They immediately engaged a debt collection agency demanding €1200. The difference is declared as alleged 'delay damage'.
