Great fit for church or schools
Great fit and great balance as a CMMS and Calendar tool.
Avantages
Great balance of tools for use in church or school. Not overly detailed as an asset only management tool. Calendar is the most used tool to prevent double booking, schedule custodial work, plan maintenance, schedule security, schedule HVAC, alert team.
Was able to customize extensively to create a local module to even track Marketing request.
Inconvénients
Modules may not work exactly like current business work flow. May not have a module for every process your team needs one for...such as time clock. Key management solution did not work for the way we manage keys for instance.

Very Good - Appreciate all the support staff and designers behind the scenes.

Prompt customer service - both via phone and email requests

Leave a message and we will call you back on service calls - Although FMX does a great job on calling back - I have shifted to sending an email request for a call back to support and this seems to work pretty well - unfortunately - sometimes the call back time is not when I am still working in FMX so it requires a bit of juggling - don't really know how to resolve this as I understand you have staffing limits too.
I do think it might be good to visit the customer implementation process for new modules - I have never been really impressed with this process, especially since there is a related additional cost - seems cookie cutter in design and not oriented to meeting the customer where they are at - Would be glad to chat on this further if you are interested.

FMX for request forms
It works well because we are able to utilize it on one platform in one convenient location.
Avantages
It gives you a lot of options for the type of forms you can create. We use it for IT help issues, general maintenance requests, and marketing, media and communications requests.
Inconvénients
It is pretty much preset on what you can and can't add in. It has some presets that don't work with every form, so you have to select information that is not necessary in order to complete the form.

Chattahoochee Nature Center- FMX Review
The website is easy to use for most of our staff with varying levels of computer literacy. I enjoy being able to customize the website with our resources and that my changes are protected from others being able to change my data. The customer service has always been great when needed and the product rollout was so easy with the FMX team readily available for training sessions and answering questions.
Avantages
I like that anyone at a "Staff" account level can make an account and submit work orders for my team. I am grateful to be able to customize the areas and resources we have and easily add or change our on-hand counts when needed. Having different tabs for the Calendar, Maintenance Requests, and Schedule Requests is so helpful to be able to see everything I'm looking for in one space.
Inconvénients
I wish I could share resources and equipment across different buildings. For example, we have three golf carts that typically stay in the maintenance building, but someone may request to have us stage it elsewhere for an event and don't know to select the maintenance building first to be able to select the golf cart. I have found workarounds for the few limitations so I don't have any complaints!

SUA loves FMX
We are very happy with FMX. We started with just the schedule requests for space and calendar management. I'm hoping to add the Work Orders and technology requests so we can streamline all of our systems.
Avantages
I really like the customization options when building a schedule request. Also-customer service is always so helpful and answer right away

There are a few fields in the schedule request I would like to take out, but they are standard to the FMX system

User Friendly, Easy Setup, Amazing FMX Team!

Avantages
Using FMX has made us more efficient, productive, organized with workload and scheduling, understanding buildings and its assets.
FMX has everything you need to manage Buildings, Assest and Work all in one place. FMX is continually improving their software and its functionality. Plus, their team is so amazing to work with from start-up, training, questions, modifications.... they always have timely and detailed responses.
Inconvénients
For our company structure, scheduling is more work than it should be. We would like a few small view options to what we currently see on the calendars to make this part of our process and slick and easy as our other process.

Strong product, great people, needs improvement
Avantages
The commitment of the product specialists and customer support personnel. The integration with the building automation software is wonderful. It saves us time and money.
Inconvénients
The responsiveness of the software is fine, but needs to be faster. The scheduling is great, but the work order (tech/maint requests) features need much more development. Please research help desk programs like Cayzu or Zendesk. If you were to improve these modules, your suite would be unstoppable!!! :)

FMX Review
I've used 3 different Maintenance ticketing systems, and FMX is definitely the best one for ease of use and searchability.
Avantages
It is very easy for Requesters to submit maintenance tickets, so we are more organized now with requests flowing into one central spot. The Respond feature is great too, as it allows Users and Requesters to communicate directly within a ticket.
Inconvénients
There are a lot of customizable options, so it can be tricky to know what to select at first. Also, the "on behalf of" feature is useful, but it has confused a lot of people, as they think they need to select their own name in that field.

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE
THEY REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO ASSESS OUR NEEDS AND PROVIDE US WITH A PRODUCT THAT HELPS OUR DISTRICT MANAGE OUR FACILITY RENTALS. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO HELP WITHIN MINUTES IF WE NEED IT.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN'T BE BEAT. NOT ONLY DO THEY ANSWER MY QUESTIONS OR HELP ME RESOLVE MY ISSUES, THEY ALSO SHOW ME WAYS TO RESOLVE THEM MYSELF.

Best CMMS product in the business
Fantastic. We went from a competitor's product to FMX with complete transition taking less than a month and complete user familiarity in weeks!
Avantages
This is so intuitive, simple and quick to set up (even in complex situations), is comprehensive in scope allowing us to manage our crazy schedule over hundreds of spaces, tech and maintenance requests, PMs, equipment and asset management, etc.
Inconvénients
This was by far the most seamless transition into a new software I have ever seen. The only things that I wish were added are in development, and they are not game-changers.

I Love FMX!
I was a customer at another position at another church and sought them out as soon as i came to The Heights Church to get back on line with rhem.
Avantages
I really like the ease of use. Anyone can use this software with minimal training involved.
Inconvénients
The level of communication between Facilities and the requester is fantastic. It breaks down the need to communicate verbally thus eliminating drop in communication and human error in this.

Great Easy to Use CMMS!
Our experience so far has only been positive. It has definitely increased our productivity by providing updates in real time, reducing data entry, and automatically scheduling work orders.
Avantages
The calendar view was one of our most sought-after features. The drag and drop makes planning and scheduling work orders so much easier. Inventory management was also a feature we enjoyed. We like the ability to attach printable QR codes to our inventory items for our users to scan pull up an inventory item's history. (Asset management also has this incredible feature)
Inconvénients
We have seen some issues with mobile version of FMX. Users have had issues with zooming. They also had issues with their phone turning off and losing progress on a work order that wasn't saved or completed yet.

Good ticketing system but could use some love
Avantages
I like how we can have all our facility work orders and IT work orders on all one platform. I do like how they let you close and review tickets fast
Inconvénients
I really wish they could have priority in the tickets like Low, Normal, High. I have not see a way to turn this on if there is one. I also wish they had a dedicated app not a mobile version for their website. Sometimes the website loads slow and there have been times were the website would be down impacting us as a school

FMX is my daily application to manage my work efficiently
It is helping the church facility deferred maintenance to be kept at a minimum while also having a system for the future personnel to know the condition and account for those assets.
Avantages
I value the ability to have a database of the assets that we can manage as I maintain the equipment and facility so it doesn't become a hindrance to our congregation. The system keeps me on top of maintenance needs as they come up and the ability to tackle the preventative service of those also.
Inconvénients
I don't use the calendaring module because of the larger picture of church software out there that is cleaner in its look.
It is not a quick process to get a facility fully imported in a short amount of time but if done little by little it can be done.
When a question comes up on a system process I have a hard time verbalizing it so look more to the written updates to educate myself.

Three Rivers Community Schools Review of FMX
As stated above, we utilize FMX and have no issues at this time. The reporting feature is a value to show our Board of Education what has been done in the district by PM and WO.
Avantages
The features most impactful is the Work Order, PM and Inventory Modules. For the most part the transition from SchoolDude went seamless, with just a few adjustments. I have utilized the bulk import and I do like this feature as well. We also use the reporting to show our Board of Educators how many PM's and Work Orders we've done Monthly and then Yearly to verify the need to keep our department. The ease of the Calendar is also a feature that is great.
Inconvénients
As things arise that I can't seem to figure out, I contact our Support Specialist, Jarod Crocket, or any support specialist to help me, but really no cons.

The essential tool for me...
I manage facilities use/rental/internal scheduling for the 12 buildings in our public school district. Without FMX this would be a much more difficult task. I love that I can have a visual calendar of the entire district and "dummy it down" to just the exact information that I am looking for by using the filters. Being able to reference an event by a specific event number is essential and the online payment tracking is helpful as well, though it does have some limitations. My community members and staff members have found the system very user-friendly and I'm happy to report that even the most stubborn of the group have embraced the scheduling system. Color coding of the calendar view makes it easy to determine what needs your attention ASAP and I have found working on the system on a mobile device easy to take care of things on the run. Overall I give FMX 5 stars for ease of use by all users and I find the features and functionality spot on most of the time. Whenever I do have a support concern I always get a very speedy response. Thank you FMX for helping me stay organized with this very daunting task of mine. I don't know how I would do it without you.
Avantages
The color coding of the calendar really helps me stay on top of things. The ability to look things up by event id and the ease of changing events is something I use almost every day. I created a simple one-page tutorial that I send out to all new members and I rarely get a call asking for help on how to use the system.
Inconvénients
I'm not sure what could be improved, but I feel like the billing could use some help. It seems more labor intensive to me than what it should...I feel like I do things twice as I create the bill externally through excel and then translate the billing info into FMX. Similar with accepting payments...I track the payment externally and then transfer payments into FMX. I would also like the ability to email a community member directly from FMX and those communications be trackable via FMX.

Great program. Easy to use.
Implementing FMX was very easy. FMX staff were quick to answer any questions that came up during the process. It's been a powerful tool that has helped us to be more effective and efficient in our work.
Avantages
We were able to replace two pieces of expensive software, scheduling and maintenance programs, with one service that was as much as one of the programs alone. And not only was it cheaper, FMX is very user friendly. Some of our less tech-savvy users were able to pick it up quickly, so we didn't experience much if any lag time after a short training session. In addition, the change over to FMX was super easy with the import function, and any changes to make the data fit our campus were easy to do in house with the tools in FMX. Also, the reporting features and the ability to export past data to a spreadsheet let us examine our use over the past year and analyse how we can operate better next year.
Inconvénients
Having the ability to tie into Building Automation Systems (namely HVAC and door control systems) would be very helpful. FMX may be able to do that, but it's not part of the basic program. You'll need a custom module.

WUS uses a few of the FMX products and the ease of use on both the admin or user side is excellent.

A fantastic asset for our business!
It has taken a lot of the responsibility off of my shoulders as far as entering information myself on behalf of others. Using FMX allows folks to enter their own information, while still allowing myself and my Director to approve or decline any submitted schedule requests as needed.
Avantages
There are so many things I like about this software, but narrowing down the list, what I like most are the following features: 1) The capability to be alerted to and foresee conflicts on our scheduling calendar; 2) The capability of multiple schedulers to add, edit and cancel their own information on the schedule (instead of me doing it all); 3) The FMX customer service is outstanding.
Inconvénients
There are a few small things that I think could be improved, but whenever I've contacted FMX to ask "Can the system do XYZ?" or "How do I do ABC?" if the system isn't currently able to handle those requests they tell me so, but they also tell me that they will pass it on to their development team for possible future implementation. That means a lot - to listen to your customers, to value their input, and to work to make your product better.

FMX is Awesome
My overall experience is great. Any time someone needs to talk about the system, I'm happy to go over my experience. Would like to see a page for individual work orders, although the filter system is excellent and can achieve this.
Avantages
The entire system is very intuitive. The flexibility in setting up your own criteria is great. Customer support has been outstanding.
Inconvénients
Email overload. With all the email and notifications, it can be difficult for the crew to manage some of the requests.

Great Software
Great customer care and great follow up. They have so far always helped me with whatever I have needed.
Avantages
I love the ease of use. How simple it is to custumise everything and how the software keeps track of so much for you. This software makes managing facilities with multiple locations a breeze.
Inconvénients
I honestly think the worst part about FMX is getting started. Figuring how to change from your current software or system and fitting it into FMX for me was the hardest part. Once I figured it out everything was so easy that honestly I wouldnt go back to our old ways for anything.
