Avantages

The team at Replicon have bent over backwards to assist us with implementation. We have implemented Replicon to consolidate the tasks of around 10 other tools and improve our internal user experience (people completing timesheets). The Replicon install team have helped to implement our current workflows using Replicon functionality.

Inconvénients

Invoicing is proving challenging. Still working on how to make this workflow work for our accounts team.

Avantages

The time savings has been significant as we moved from excel-based functionality. Overall the resource and project management features are to our liking.

The ability to customize project dashboards would help my users.

Avantages

Replicon is highly efficient in tracking time and managing projects, offering robust features that streamline workflows and improve productivity.

Replicon can be frustrating due to occasional bugs and lagging issues that disrupt the user experience from time to time.

We have use replicon for nearly 20 years, starting when the product a stand alone software program residing on our computer and later migrating to the online product that it is today. It has been a reliable storage place for a time and expenses with reports that were easily manipulated to provide the data that we needed for our management purposes.

Inconvénients

What we liked least, is a result of our migration to Gen-3. Who could've imagined that replicon, which change the functionality of their own reports? This has added hours upon hours of extra work on our part every month. Furthermore, I truly have lost count on the hundreds of hours spent gathering data and sending it to replicon so they might fix their own oversight.

I liked how easy Replicon seemed to be for our users.

Price. Some of the product functionality. We desired it to do more than it seemed able to do at the time.

Avantages

Very user friendly. No orientation. Most if not all can use immediately with no training.

Inconvénients

Running reports can be a little clunky unless you experiment with the settings a bit. The names of the reports are not intuitive.

Easy to use and love the Admin Chat support. very fast response and help. [sensitive content hidden] has been assigned to my case multiples times and he is resourceful and efficient and always looks for solution as a rapid way otherwise he creates as case and works on and gets back to you in a timely matter with solutions available.

Inconvénients

Would prefer a neater look to billing report that does not display filters used when creating report.

I'm free from paper Timesheet!! I love this online Timesheet.

Inconvénients

When I have some rows, it's difficult to handle screen (of course it depends on my screen size)

Easy access and use. Easy to upload receipts. The platform is very friendly and fast to use. I can complete my expenses in no time!

Very intuitive and easy to use. Running different types of reports helps us keep track of the hours on each project.

Replicon is robust and can be used in so many different time reporting contexts. Given that, I think it's a good system in terms of flexibility.

There is a steep learning curve. It's difficult to learn, but it is powerful. Be ready to take at least 6+ months to learn it well for your specific time reporting context/situation.

Replicon is easy to use and is easy for the company to track their time against projects. Their customer support is excellent and are quick to get problems sorted.
