My Hours est une solution cloud de gestion du temps qui permet aux organisations de surveiller les heures de travail des employés. La solution gère le temps et la facturation, tout en facilitant la planification des tâches. La plateforme comprend le reporting client, la supervision des tâches effectuées par les équipes, la planification du budget en générant des rapports et la facturation de paiements. Le module de gestion de projet My Hours permet aux responsables de créer des projets spécifiques au client, d'affecter des tâches et d'attribuer des ressources humaines aux projets. My hours... Formidable

Avantages

Très simple et pratique. Ce logiciel permet une bonne gestion de temps. L'interface d'utilisateurs est très cool, très réactif et intuitif.

Inconvénients

Reste à savoir. Notons que je jouis encore du temps d'essai gratuit.

Streamlined Time Tracking and Billing

I use this software daily (and all day, at that) both at home and when I'm working from the road. I cannot recommend it enough for tracking where I spend my time for my clients and what I need to invoice them at the end of each month.

Avantages

MyHours was the first system I found that let me really customize my solution the way that I wanted and needed it for my own tracking. I love the fact that I can have clients with different rates, team members with different rates, multiple projects for clients, and tasks under those projects. It's incredible the amount of customization on such an easy-to-navigate product.

Inconvénients

In some ways, it has too many features for my small business and it took me a bit longer to set up my own preferred flow of clients / projects / tasks. But, huge caveat, when I set it up, I was only testing it out and didn't think about future use. If I had planned out my implementation with long-term use in mind, it probably would not have taken me nearly as long to do this part.

Useful and Affordable Options for Small Businesses

Super easy to use and run reports. In my experience, it's better than some more expensive options I've used at the enterprise level (i.e. OpenAir, Workday) - much simpler and more user friendly at a fraction of the cost.

Avantages

It has free and paid options, and is really simple to use. I recently started my own small business, and it makes it very easy to track time, and run reports. The tracker also allows you to differentiate between different hourly costs and what hours are billable and non-billable. The interface is very user friendly and intuitive, so there's no time needed getting to know or understanding the software.

Compared to other time tracking software, it's very reasonably priced - if you choose the paid options. But there is also great functionality available at no cost too!

Inconvénients

There honestly isn't anything that is top of mind.

Don't waste your money

poor, time consuming to use, not very well setup for ease of use.

Avantages

easy to set up not difficult to learn. interface is ok at best.

Inconvénients

no cookies being used, so if you change screen from a weekly report you end up having to constantly pick the time frame. Developer not interested in what its required to get my business paid... only interested in changes to get them paid... Useless customer service. option to include detailed in invoke would be good. Invoice split by labor and materials would be good .

when we close for the winter we will move back to quickbooks or any other software where it remembers my choices, and the development team is response to the customer.

Great app for a multi-tasking consultant

Really helpful as a freelance consultant. It simplified the multiple spreadsheets I was working with and I can see easily when I've worked over the budgeted hours. Pressing "play" on the hours also helped me not multi-task so much.

Avantages

I like that it's simple. I also like that Tasks that have the same name across different Projects are grouped together - it helps me see how much I'm in meetings or doing individual tasks or doing field work.

Inconvénients

There is a weird bug - when I was in the Premium trial, I was rounding to the nearest 15 min. When the trial ended, I couldn't edit any of the Projects created during the trial (e.g. add description or change title) because it was still set to time rounding - a premium feature. It wouldn't let me save the edit because it was stuck on the "this is a premium feature" error.

After evaluating other tools, I am very pleased with MyHours

Overall, I am very pleased. There is nothing about the tool that makes me regret my decision.

Avantages

The value per cost and the reporting features delivered exactly what I was looking for without having to spend any time "developing" the report I wanted.

Inconvénients

I would like to have more control over projects, and particularly budgeting. Specifically, I would like to change the date a project starts. As I was told, "This date actually can't be changed as it is not a project 'start date' but a date when the project was created in My Hours. If you wish to change the date created and do not have any time logs that you wish to keep, you could make a copy of the existing project and then delete the original project."

I understand, but seems easier to be able to adjust the date. Maybe just me.

I created a time tracking spreadsheet a few years ago and have been using that. It was easy enough but I had to tweek it before the start of every year. I realized that I was spending way too much time on my own tool and started to look for a SaaS alternative. Firms I work through use similar tools but those were either too expensive or just horrible to use.

best hours tracker, obviously you should try it for free

Very happy with my hours. The free version gives you enough usability to actually try it in depth.

Avantages

Three great feaures. It's very easy to categorize how I'm spending my time. Plus if I need at adjust my hours log I can just adjust the duration of the event instead of having to remember the actual start and times. Thirdly, the website and app are both easy to use!

Inconvénients

There are so a lot of ways to organize your time logs by clients, projects, tags, and others which takes a bit to get used to.

The best online timesheet ever

Love it! If you need a simple, cheap, user friendly timesheeting app, with heaps of reporting and dashboard features, then look no further. The fact that it seemlessly incorporates project management, cost data, invoicing and a whole lot more is just added bonuses!

Super easy to use, easy to roll out to other members, comprehensive reporting and dashboards.

A very useful app for allotting personal project times

I have really enjoyed it in a personal sense, and although I don’t use it for any business-related activities, I certainly would if given the opportunity.

Avantages

Its ease of use is phenomenal, as I didn’t need a tutorial or anything to understand how to create projects and begin tracking time for them.

Inconvénients

One feature that felt semi-hidden was how to archive and bring back projects, but I still discovered that pretty quickly.

Great time tracker!

Avantages

I love the ease-of-use with the time tracker and the ability to review all time tracked each week. It helps me easily put together my invoices at the end of each month.

Best Option Available

Avantages

I like that it's easy to use and mostly user friendly. Being able to use tags is paramount for me, as I like to categorize my projects, so that I can give more accurate pricing quotes to my clients.

Inconvénients

Features I'd love to see:-I wish there was a feature to input how long you've worked on a project (when making backlogs) in decimals (like if I could input "3.15" instead of "3 hours, 9 minutes". I can calculate it out, but that obviously takes me much longer)-When ticking off tasks, I'd love if the tasks added up to 100% and you could see a meter/circle of how much you've completed as you tick things off!-I'd love to be able to have projects be BOTH billable and non-billable, but still with the "project-based rate" setting.The following are for the DETAILED REPORTS feature (which is honestly my favorite feature):-I wish there was an option to click "all time" instead of manually going to the right year I started to now.-I wish the page kept my settings instead of reverting to default every time. I like to keep the tags visible, but I hate having to go into the settings and change that every time I need it.-With the tags, I'd love to toggle an option between "any of the chosen tags" and "all of the chosen tags". Sometimes I need to deepen or further specify my search, but I'm unable to have the parameter that the search results need to match ALL of the tags rather than any of them.

Would recommend!

I'm grateful for the ease of MyHours in tracking my time. As a graduate student, I divide my time between general university tasks, research, teaching, and a non-profit I support. Knowing how much time I'm allocating to each help me ensure that I'm meeting the expectations of my different work relationships and, importantly, helping me ensure I'm not working too many hours.

Avantages

I like that I can assign time to different projects and at the end of the week I get a summary of each project. I like that I can use it both on my phone and my computer.

Inconvénients

Manually entering in start and end times in the app is a bit cumbersome.

My Hours has helped tremendously with start-up of small business

Great! I would recommend the app to anyone starting up a consulting business.

The ability to track time in association with projects, as well as break out the hours and different costs for different projects.

Inconvénients

If there were a few more graphs (instead of tables) that showed how the different projects were being serviced over the period of a week or month to be able to see the comparison visually and at a glance.

My positive experience with the My Hours service

When I switched to a new service provider, I needed a way to track my work. As a small business owner, I was looking for options that fit my budget and basic needs. I tried several different applications, but I ended up sticking with My Hours service - it has an intuitive graphical interface, very clear summaries by project/person, weekly/monthly views, and on top of that, they offer a free plan in the basic version.

I've already recommended the service to several of my acquaintances and will continue to do so

Easy to use, with a free option

I appreciate that there is a free option for me to use for the limited needs that I currently have. If I need pro features in the future, it would make sense to continue using My Hours. I love that it is easy to use and that that phone/computer apps are available

My Hours Highly Recommended for Time Tracking and Invoicing!

I've been using My Hours for over 3 years. Anytime I've had issues, questions or requests, I've been able to chat with the Help staff and ALWAYS receive a prompt response and resolution to my question/issue. I find it to be intuitive and very user friendly - and creates administrative efficiencies so that I can focus on the actual work! Great value for the price!

Avantages

I am an independent consultant and use My Hours daily to track my work time for several clients. I am able to create tasks specific to my work/industry and thus can track HOW I spend my time for each client. Additionally, I can easily and efficiently generate invoices at the end of each month and attach detailed reports to detail my work.

Inconvénients

I'd like to be able to generate an invoice with the corresponding detail/report in one go. Currently, I generate the detailed or dashboard report separately, PDF it and attach it as back-up to the corresponding invoice.

Thank god I found this

I've been using it for more than 2 years now, I think more than 3 to be honest but I'm old and my memory isn't that great. I absolutely love it and refuse to use anything else. It's been a great experience, support is fantastic. Super happy customer.

Avantages

MyHours has been a lifesaver. I work freelance management for 2 different companies and with MyHours I can easily track my day without having to switch between them both. Then, when it comes time to send in invoices it's super simple to separate each company.

Great time tracking and project cost tool!

This helps to track the time I spend on a project but also keeps track of when I am onsite at a project as opposed to times when I am working on a project remotely.

Avantages

The ease of use to setup billing for projects and entering the time worked on each project.

Inconvénients

I would like more flexibility in making changes to prior timesheets on some of the projects.
