Avantages
j'ai organisé 10 conférences en ligne. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité de l'équipe qui m'ont entièrement soutenue alors que j'étais débutante. Le tarif est avantageux. J'ai apprécié le fait que la société soit basée en Europe. Une fois que l'on commence à maîtriser l'outil, il est simple et ergonomique.
Inconvénients
je n'ai pas vu d'inconvénients. j'ai été conquise par la facilité d'utilisation.

Avantages

I have had a great experience with WebinarGeek and when I needed help they were very quick in reponse!
Avantages
It is very easy to use and to set up webinars in combination with emails and the mailsoftware for leads.
Inconvénients
I would prefer it if participants could talk instead of only write in the chat. that't the only con.

Great Experience!
While we needed it for our live webinars, it was a great experience and very user + audience friendly.
Avantages
We enjoyed the experience for the user - my audience particularly liked that when I would do live videos and the interactive elements that would pop up, allowing them to interact with me live.
Inconvénients
Nothing, it is a great platform, it just doesn't meet our needs anymore.

Solid Tech Webinar Platform-- but be careful of Customer Service & the "contract"!
I'm sorry that the Customer Service is so slow in reaction along with the inability to assist with a refund on the auto-pay feature. Other services accomodate, but not WebinarGeek... :-(
Avantages
Nice registration page, reminder pages that can be branded.
Inconvénients
Customer Service hours are based in Europe. So be careful for real-time support if you are in US-based Time Zones!
In addition, watch for the Auto-Renewal option! no refund if cancelled during the holiday when they are closed.

Great tool for starters in webinars
We wanted to start doing webinars. As we didn't have any in-house knowledge about these (especially the tools), I've done some research. WebinarGeek came out as the tool with the most functionalities for the best price. This made me decide to start a demo, and eventually get the software. So far, it does exactly what I need and it doesn't cost me a lot of time to figure out how to use it. All the people involved are positive about the tool and it gets me the results I need, so I'm very happy with it.
Avantages
This software is easy to use, as we've set up a complete webinar in a few days without experience in such a tool. All the features we need are available, there is an integration with our marketing automation tool, and our partners that work with us on webinars, as well as the viewers, are very positive about the technical aspects and the quality of our webinars.
Inconvénients
There are very few cons I've encountered, but there's one thing I'm missing. As I'd like to keep my webinar as branded as possible, I use the embedded registration form. The only downside of doing this is I am unable to track the traffic sources of the people that register for the webinar. If there comes an integration to do this I can get a clearer view on where my viewers come from.

Good experience with WebinarGeek
I really like webinarGeek. We switched recently to this software and with exception of a few small things, everything is better than the other software we were using before.
I have the feeling that WebinarGeek is constantly approving and I like that a lot.
Avantages
Easy to set up to your own desires and change a lot your self
Inconvénients
In the chat we sometimes miss the opportunity to tag a participant when answering. Especialy when there are more participants with the same first name. In another sofware we used in the past it was possible to writ @ and the first letters of the first name and they would show the participants with that name in a dropdown list. This way you could chose the person you're answering to and they would get notified.

Very easy to use
To anyone who provides training to a larger group, where you want people to see only you, I say: look no further. Webinar Geek is a wonderful tool.
Avantages
I used to give webinars on a different platform. Since my training registrations grew to over 50, I wanted a platform where people couldn't see each other, but only see me. A week before my training I found WebinarGeek while googling.
- It's super easy to set up
- You can keep track of registrations
- The helpdesk is available all day long to answer your questions in just a few minutes, but many questions have already been explained on the platform, so you don't always have to switch with someone.
- You can apply your own house style colors (at least with the second package).
- You can upload slides, so you can easily share slides during your presentation. You could do this by going through your entire slide deck, but you can also pick out a few slides without having to press a 'share screen' button each time. Works very well and your presentation will run much smoother!
- You can set the program so that your training is automatically recorded. Some trainers sometimes forget to record the training from the start. With this function you no longer have to think about this.
Inconvénients
I miss two things in the program:
- You can send emails to viewers and non-viewers. Unfortunately, you cannot see who ultimately opened the mail.
- You can build these e-mails in your own house style. Only the format is fairly fixed. It is not possible to add extra text boxes or buttons.
But these are points that do not weigh up against the functionality that the program offers during the webinar.

It´s very popular in the States and Young people uses this the most.

There are alo t of other online meeting apps that can do the job too.

Avantages
It is an easy to use tool for webinars, it can be branded with your own house style. The quality of the webinars is high, and the possibilities are great.
Inconvénients
When we used it, the recommended browser was chrome. When you have external speakers it is a bit annoying you have to tell them which browser to use, instead of their preferred one. But perhaps that is not the case anymore.

WebinarGeek has been a largely positive experience from the host and presenter's point of view. I have organized over 80 webinars on the platform and the process is straightforward and streamlined. It still has great potential in a market that's only growing
Avantages
WebinarGeek has a lot of features like integrated polls, multiple hosts, in a very intuitive UI so that new users don't need to be trained. It also has simplified workflows like screensharing and audio and saves trouble to go through elaborate processes. It is customizable and easy to manage and setup
Inconvénients
It doesn't have annotation support. Users don't have the option to raise hands or unmute, unlike Zoom. It also has limited cross platform support

My main goal was to find an easy tool that allows larger crowd webinars. I'm not a tech type, but I found Webinargeek easy to configure and use. Customer service very available and helpful as well !

Best for hosting webinars on a reasonable price
Pleasant experience with the tool. It does what it offers to do, at a great price, with an excellent customer support team to help you whenever you’re in doubt. Simple and easy to use for both webinar hosts and attendees.
Avantages
It is very simple to use for webinar hosts and attendees alike. Users can join a webinar with a single link from the customised emails hosts can send. The platform itself has cool features - there’s live chat option. You can also add co-hosts to your webinars. It’s easy and hassle-free to reach more audiences and get them to sign up. People who couldn’t attend the live, or anyone really, could watch the webinars with the replay option, and a copy of the webinar can also be mailed to the attendees. Pretty inexpensive for such a good software.
Inconvénients
The interface is a bit packed and there is no mobile version, which can be a turnoff for some. Attendees do not have the option to join multiple webinars either. There is no option for formatting the customised emails.

Just great
Avantages
Easy to start/set-up and use. Everything works pretty straightforward. I use it to teach art-history classes and like the feature to add high quality images/slides to share with the user, instead of sharing your screen and losing a lot of quality. Also for my viewers every thing works easy and straightforward. Their customer service is perfect. Always available, always helpful, even when I ask stupid questions. Over the last years they have been implementing a lot of new features and functionality very much based on the users demand.
Inconvénients
There are just a few minor minor 'nice to haves' I can think of but I am pretty sure they will implement these in the near future.

Great helpdesk support
By doing webinars with WebinarGeek I have found a new source of income.
Avantages
The helpdesk in dutch is very supportive. The answer quick and good.
Inconvénients
It should be easier in the dashboard to add new editions of the webinar. I always have to figure out where to find it.

Yoga in contact, without distraction
I'm very happy with this product. Maybe also because I can retract in my own language. Beside that I'm not a computer expert but webinar geek is easy for me to work with.
Avantages
I love this product because it is very easy to work with. In less than 5 minutes I can prepare a new class. People get an email and can join the class. We chat before class and than we do our yoga class. Afterwards people get there replay. It is so easy. When there is a problem the helpdesk is there in person to help you. I 've tried other providers and I don't like it when a robot is helping.
Inconvénients
The least was that the button high quality for recording was gone after a while. But still the video is in perfect condition.

Happy with the feature to copy previous webinars and emails, set up is very quick this way. Great and quick support. Embed is a great function to integrate your webinar opt-in on your own website.
Inconvénients
Would be cool to also have the option to see the openingrates of the emails.

Easy to use and professional look and feel
This morning I gave my third webinar, even though I only started a month ago. WebinarGeek appears to be a clear and simple program to show myself and my service in a professional way. As a starting entrepreneur I notice how after 3 webinars WebinarGeek is already a wonderful addition to my marketing and I have good sales so far, so I will definitely keep using it! I love the professional appearance of the software.
Avantages
I love how I can add speaker notes to the presentation so that I never have to look at my paper. I don't even have any separate notes next to the presentation! I am also enthusiastic about the statistics. How cool to get exact insight into the registrations, viewers and viewing behavior.
Inconvénients
The integration with Active Campaign requires some extra attention from me. The first set-up went well. I find I can use some extra help with further fine-tuning.

Great and simple software
Avantages
WebinarGeek is a very complete and clear software. They help you with every step to set-up your webinar and they also have a great helpdesk. Lot's of things you can set-up yourself, so the webinar is completely to your liking.
Inconvénients
The edit possibilities of the e-mails are minimum. You're not able to add another text-box or title if you want, you can only edit the existing boxes.
