Simple and effective tool

Easy and simple to deploy, very easy to use and the support has been great!

Avantages

I really like how Showell makes it a breeze to handle and share content across our company. We used to use Dropbox, but it wasn't great for keeping things organized and up-to-date. The notification feature is great because it keeps our sales team in the loop whenever new content is added or changed. Plus, the presentation tool is handy for creating personalized content, and the digital sales room makes it easy to share lots of documents at once. The onboarding and support from Showell, especially from [sensitive content hidden] , have been top-notch. She's been super helpful to work with.

Inconvénients

I wish I could edit content in Showell on my Mac, but it seems that feature isn't available yet. It would also be helpful to see who has read each notification rather than just the number of views. Additionally, having the ability to restrict sharing on certain files while still allowing internal teams to download them would be great. And a deeper integration with HubSpot would be beneficial, allowing us to track sent content and analyze its performance directly within HubSpot records

Easy to use, great customer service and we love it.

From day one of dealing with Showell, the customer service has been excellent. The sales person and customer success manager are super helpful and friendly.

The sales team love Showell and have found it easy to use.

Avantages

Showell is so easy to use - a simple interface which looks clean and professional.

Synchronising in the backend could be quicker.

Showel review

good for sharing files outside the organization with others and tracking them. For internal sharing of many and large files, it makes it very difficult and a teams is easier. Vor sales it is a good product only we do not use it monetarily as we should.

Avantages

The ease of sharing outside the organization and tracing this.

Inconvénients

That you have to set every folder in the admin to shareable before I can create a share link. This makes using Showel very time consuming.

Showell used for Product related content acros International landscape

Showell is a handy tool taht can be used for multiple purposes. It helps in Product Management and training tasks improve the information flow and boost product-related materials' take rate. It helps me a lot and it is very much appreciated by the end users as well.

- Easy to use
- Easy to set up
- Easy to communicate with the sales staff
- Easy customisable interface

Inconvénients

- What could be slightly improved is to have more possibilities of performance reporting, like custom reports.

Powerful, yet simple to administer and use platform

Great initial non-pushy sales process, onboarding was quick and simple, on-going support and addition of users and features nice and simple. Single point of contact at the organisation. I've rolled out Showpad previously to 100+ people and even though the experience from them wasn't bad, I felt it was a little rushed. Showell invest in the resource to support you and be available if needed. I'd opt for Showell over any other platforms in the future too and would always recommend them.

Avantages

It's a powerful, yet simple to administer and use platform. Sales team really value that all of their sales info to support their conversations are easy to access in one single location. Across all of their devices. Also straight forward to share on the spot and track when items are reviewed or not. It's also simple enough for non-marketing or technical staff to update. Executive Assistants often go on to drop different documents on for users.

Inconvénients

There's nothing that comes to mind - any niggles I had have been resolved with the most recent Showell 10 update. Just keep all the apps and web interfaces aligned so the user experience is consistent pls.

Overview on analytics: it is hard to gain an overall insight into external analytics - the reporting and presenting of these could be clearer and more intuitive

A must for Customer success

showell has opened many new doors for me as a seller and contributes to really high quality in my daily work.

Very intuitive user experience

Avantages

Showell is very easy and intuitive to use. Also Users who have less experience with digital applications will quickly become confident with Showell.

While using Showell more and more, we get to know the variety of possibilites that the App delivers which gives us a good feeling for the future development.

What we also like that there are no limitations between the Mobile App, the Desktop App or the Browser Version what makes you more independent.

Last but not least we are very happy with the support who is very quick, friendly and professional.

Inconvénients

We are looking forward to see a development that could make it eaven easier to share Information (for example Customer Data, Leads, Messages,...) with a bigger Team of Users which makes it also suitable as kind of "internal sales Tool".

If you want all content, all the storage will use a high capacity of space on your phone.

Thanks for the review and feedback! Offline usage with mobile apps is such a great feature. But you're right, the app takes a lot of space from your device if there's a lot of content in your workspace and you want to download all of it. If you're online, you can always use the web version to access all documents without having to download anything to your device.

A great way to consolidate your sales tools

From initial set up to implementation we have no complaints at all. I have been very pleased with the ongoing support we have received and how quickly it has become part of our toolkit.

Avantages

Showell is great at consolidating sales and marketing materials. As every customer is different, giving the salesperson the option of building their own decks and sharing relevant materials is a real plus, it also cuts down on the amount of materials we need to get printed. Having the analytics is also a great way to gain insight in to which type of materials work best for our sales team.

Inconvénients

There is nothing really to dislike, it's functionality is great. If I could change one thing it would be the number of templates available or having the ability to create your own.

No increase in efficiency

My review is in no way intended to be mean-spirited. I had a very good system before with OneDrive. Of course, I was responsible there that the data is always up to date. As a sales representative in the field, I had synchronized the data on all devices (notebook, tablet, smartphone).

Some of the above cons are admittedly not cons compared to OneDrive. There, these features are also not given. But if I already use Showell, these would be points that would simplify my work life.

Avantages

- A modern appearance
- Same interface on Windows and mobile app

Inconvénients

- does not fit in with the otherwise Microsoft-heavy environment
- no search function available in a PDF (or not intuitive to find)
- PDF cannot be saved directly, but only via indirect ways (e.g. Edit)
- PDFs sent by link get tracking, but the tracking report does not include the recipient (so I only know that the link was opened, which was sent on a certain day; so if I regularly send attachments as a link, I have no overview)
- Automatic change of account when retrieving via a link does not work or does not work reliably
- In itself, the change of account is sometimes annoying; it would be good if certain documents could be stored together for two accounts
(Ex.: An overview of delivery time is in account A (English) and could be updated at the same time in a certain folder account B (German), because the document exists only in English)
- For me, it would be a great feature if certain documents were synchronized in a folder structure in Windows Explorer (similar to what is possible with various cloud storage)
- Documents that are regularly re-posted should be saved so that I automatically find the most recent version among my favorites

"All in one tool" for Sales and Marketing

Time saving, professional, forerunner (no more adds in e-mail) - Showell is your true friend when charming your customers.

Avantages

You will find all important and sales related materials in one place and it is easy to hold up - no extra time wasted and everybody knows and trusts that the latest materials you will find in Showell.

Inconvénients

Maybe it is our managements issue but maybe we would need extra tools or education how to easily prepare our own materials (used this in my former work place)

An easy way to keep files and presentations with you

I mostly use Showell to share files with my customers. I can react to customers requests a lot faster when I have the most commonly used files in a ready package, and I can share them via mobile from anywhere

Avantages

It is very easy to share files with my customers using Showell. After adding some of the most needed files into their folders, I can send them quickly regardless of where I am.

It's also very handy to have all of my company's presentations and brochures with me in Showell when meeting customers. I can always share or present them to customers in any meeting.

Inconvénients

We have had some issues with user rights. Showell automatically makes PDFs from presentations for some user groups when one downloads them, and this makes it very difficult to use Showell with files that are meant to be modified by users.

It would be great to cast presentations directly from the mobile app to a bigger screen.

Sales App review

I like the software, one can easily share information to own staff and to customers. The use enables diffferent kind of content that sales reps can use further in their work.

Avantages

The software is very easy to use as user or as admin.

Inconvénients

As admin I would like to have the feature to create master content inside Showell, but we can also do the things other ways. But that would help us in some cases.

We found Showell to be the best fit for our global team

Avantages

We did a thorough analysis on what options and tools were available on the market and we found that Showell was the best fit for us and we have been using it now for two years.
We have a global network of salespeople all over the world and Showell has proven to be a great tool to effectively deliver the content.
Our sales team has found Showell to be very easy and fun to use. It enables our sales team to make a professional appearance with customers.
Also, the admin side is fast and easy to use. The analytics features provide useful information for admins.
There is a lot of useful functionality in the Showell app, and the functionality has been developing constantly.
The Showell support has been working excellently, whenever we have had any questions.
We have seen a great return on the investment in Showell.
We recommend any sales team to take a serious look at Showell before choosing a sales enablement solution.

Inconvénients

In the beginning we did miss some functionality, but that has been added the version updates.

Excellent tool for content management and sharing

Quick content sharing and one place to manage these. Makes life a lot easier when no need to share material for everybody separately by email.

Avantages

Easy to learn how to use Showell in the most effective way bot in content management and sharing material internally and externally.

Inconvénients

Sometimes the UI could be more logical when navigating between different folders. Maybe more visualization could be used to solve this (so user know whereabouts in the content tree he/she is located).

Showell in daily use

My inbox is not ALWAYS full and I don't have worry about having old versions of files. I can easily share content with my cutomers.

Avantages

It's easy and quick to use. I always have the latest versions of files with me.

Inconvénients

Some features are missing/coming in next updates.

Showell helps companies to manage with sales materials!

Overall the system has given our company value in that way, that salesmen and others have saved time, when all sales materials are in the same place, with correct arguments.

Avantages

Mobile app is a great addition for salesmen, since you can now go offline and be in the forest making deals with customers!

Inconvénients

For my usage. i haven't found too many cons. Maybe the outlook could be cooler. But in usage point of view no problems on my end.

Great app to daily support of my

Great team with strong support regarding any questions! Keep warm relations on trust.

Avantages

A kind of "one contact" app that makes my daily life easier, as I just keep info up-to-date in Showell and others can easily use it, w/o disturbing me.
and this is quite easy to keep info up-to-date, change users or something.

Inconvénients

Troubles with user adding in one app but different data tabs. We have two different brands in one Showell. Some users should have access to both brands, and it is uncomfortable here sometimes - no possibility to add same user, users cannot register for second brand, etc. But Support Team great here to solve any concerns and errors.

Great sales tool

Bringing information to many team members at once has been helpful to our sales process.

Avantages

I like many of the features of Showell, as my company has many different products and many items that need to be associated within groupings, this is a great way to catalog information for quick access. Great mobile app and easy to use.

Inconvénients

It constantly updates whenever I open it, you can skip this step.
