Highly recommendable software for clinics and groups of clinics

Superb

Avantages

The specific reason for which I selected Pabau is that it has an excellent scheduling feature for multi clinic operations. This was an essential feature for me and is working flawlessly.
After that, the training is excellent, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been spectacular to help us get into the software.

Inconvénients

So far nothing really; I would make the CRM section a bit more comprehensive, nevertheless, as we can customise it, it is not an issue at all.

Give it a shot! It’s amazing!

Extremely attentive sales, integration, and training team members. Very helpful videos available anytime to obtain answers to operations questions.

Avantages

Easy to use. Patient friendly. Online booking. Automated processes taking busy work off of the team. Extremely attentive and helpful Pabau Team committed to ensuring your success with the software.

Inconvénients

Two way texting not yet available.
Integrated Labs not yet available
Unable to send control substances with eRX requires a 3rd party option.

Their product was clunky, not easy to use, and patient portal was difficult to navigate for patients. Also, it had many issues with speed and functions not working properly all the time.

Not something I would choose again

All a bit rubbish and disappointing to say the least

Avantages

Functionality - low number of steps to navigate

Inconvénients

Promises a lot but doesn't deliver - Lots of glitches - very poor customer service - mega expensive compared to market leaders like Cliniko

Practicepal was old tech trying to support too many add on functions and it became mega slow, crashed frequently, and lost data.

Because Pabau assured us that switching would be fairly simple and only take 1-2weeks max

[sensitive content hidden] is the star of Pabau

Avantages

Very comprehensive, structures my business so the admin work is far more manageable, good customer experience using online portal

Inconvénients

Can be complicated, but I have found [sensitive content hidden] who is absolutely brilliant at Pabau and she helps me navigate my business better

Amazing user-friendly software

Overall, I really like this software. This is a fantastic user-friendly software, Has loads of options that you can choose from. Also, you can make your own templates which makes it very easy to work on. Quick and easy templates that make your clinical job very easy. I have worked with many other softwares like Spectrum and SOCRATES Etc But I found this one quite helpful and easy

Avantages

Friendliness to work with, user-friendly software. Gives you loads of options and you can have your own plans which is really fantastic.

Inconvénients

Initially induction, I was left on my own and it was quite frustrating. Also, the amount of time it took to set up and everything was not easy.
