Not something I would choose again

All a bit rubbish and disappointing to say the least

Avantages

Functionality - low number of steps to navigate

Inconvénients

Promises a lot but doesn't deliver - Lots of glitches - very poor customer service - mega expensive compared to market leaders like Cliniko

Difficult with the technical side but have had a great experience with [sensitive content hidden]

A lot of the automated features such as consent, medical, reminders, follow ups, reviews

Inconvénients

Good booking system

Pabau’s invoicing and payment processing are seamless too, helping us keep our finances organized and professional. We also use Pabau’s automated reminders, which clients appreciate and reduce no-shows significantly.

Avantages

Pabau has allowed us to focus more on delivering exceptional service to our clients by making our backend operations much more efficient and professional.

Inconvénients

One minor area of improvement would be the learning curve; there are a lot of features to explore, so onboarding took some time. However, their support team has been responsive and helpful, answering our questions promptly and even offering training sessions.

Lots of workarounds

It's ok. I am not thrilled about the move to pabau 2 as have had to chase to ensure items are included and am getting very little communication back

Avantages

It is a one stop shop and allows us to manage bookings, records and finances all in one place

Inconvénients

We have to use lots of workarounds to track progress so we have many spreadsheets running alongside it and the reporting function is sub par to really get proper detail about what's happening in the business without paying extra for custom reports

Fantastic Team—Incredibly Helpful with Setup

Overall, my experience with Pabau has been very positive. The setup process was straightforward and the support team was incredibly helpful throughout. The system efficiently manages our daily operations, streamlining tasks and improving workflow. The virtual consultations and SMS features are particularly valuable, enhancing client communication and making everything run more smoothly. Pabau has been a reliable and effective tool for our clinic.

Poor customer service

Overall Pabau does what it needs to until it doesnt. The software glitches and customer service is appalling. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I have not been able to see my schedule for over 7 weeks and keep being told that it is in the process of being rectified by 'x' date and it does not. I can not speak to anyone and I am stuck. Find a company with better support!

I had used it at a different practice and wanted to stay consistent

Inconvénients

Pabau has THE WORST customer service. Do not expect to speak to anyone. There is a standard response and issues routinely take 6-8 weeks to rectify. I have had 2 issues in the last two years and both incredibly frustrating- there is no contact person and there is no accuracy to when they will fix a problem. There is no apology and no attempt to help the situation.

We both know this review is littered with inaccuracies and we communicated on email and showed our team had in fact been more than helpful with your issues. The nature of development is some issues take longer to solve than others based on priority and how many clients are impacted, we are more than happy to deal with clients and work with them to make the system better , but when faced with nothing but lies from someone who supposedly understands how reviews can impact a business it’s surprising you have taken it upon yourself to not only give an inaccurate review, but may put others off by the fact you have downright lied. Our offboarding team will be in touch to help you find a new provider as clearly Pabau is not for you.

Pabau after one year

Overall very good. There are a few elements mentioned above which would bring it into excellent all round for me.

Avantages

I like the ease of moving from clinical notes to photos to appointments to admin - all smoothly transition. Photos are easy to import and show side by side.

Inconvénients

I would like easier direct entry to fields such as medical history, family history, social history rather than only have it automated from the medical questionnaire form.
Investigations are not very developed yet in terms of export of tests / import of results, not much for imaging, and no inbuilt scoring system for things like BMI, CVS risk, dementia screen etc

Attractiveness for Pabau's Software Use

Avantages

All patient records are secure and easy to access with a PIN, if necessary. Reports can be pulled regularly to monitor business performance. Lastly, there is extensive support from the training team to make use of Pabau to the fullest.

Inconvénients

Pabau can create a more user friendly experience when adding forms. The ability to customize to one's liking is a difficult journey that would require more extensive skill to make happen.

Great for small - medium sized businesses!

Avantages

I like that Pabau is cloud based and easy to navigate. The training videos are really helpful and customer support is straight forward and quick to respond.

Inconvénients

When the portal is open and being used by multiple devices, it does not update unanimously on each device until the page is refreshed. Once you know this, you get into a habit of actively refreshing the page before booking someone in to avoid double bookings.

Using Pabau

I am happy with Pabau and support is very good

Great potential, once bugs and usability by clients and practice user have been resolved

Very very frustrating to begin with and losing customers recently as the booking system just wasn’t working. This has made us furious and if not resolved then shall start to look elsewhere.

Avantages

Options to be able to make the program unique to our business.

Inconvénients

Way too many glitches and parts that simply don’t work nor are user friendly.

The best System for healthcare

10/10 - Pabau has been super helpful with our clinic

Avantages

Pabau is very easy to operate and we have everything in one place from patient documents to invoicing/Billing and scheduling. I have been working in healthcare for such a long period of time and Pabau is the best system I have used to far.

Inconvénients

I honestly can not find any con in pabau .

Pabau is a learning curve but is delivering on its promises

Avantages

Customer support is really easy and responsive

Inconvénients

There are still some features I am not fully sure we are using properly and it can be difficult to work out how to optimise our use of the system. I feel there is more functionality than we are utilising.

It's great if you know how to navigate it.

It's relatively simple and easy to use, with the help of customer support they make solving problems easy.

Avantages

Everything is integrated into the software. Features that are coming are why I purchased with Pabau and am anxiously waiting to be able to use them.

Inconvénients

There are multiple steps you have to take in order to accomplish one goal, for example making a member available for online bookings.

Overall Good Experience

Overall experience with Pabau is good. I'm hoping It will improve more after using pabau 2

Avantages

Reporting system is amazing. You can create so many reports and instant.

Inconvénients

There's no contact number to speak to the agent or customer service. Using online chat causes delay in operations

Appalling customer service Avoid

Initially found Pabau very useful but since the latest software update have experienced a plethora of problems and I would not use them again based on their complete lack of customer service or support .

Avantages

Cannot comment as we are experiencing multiple problems with this platform

Inconvénients

Recent software update has been an utter disaster.
No notification received that this was happening
Made online booking inoperable
Patients could book into dates and times we weren’t open
It would take random amounts from patients payment method despite us completing the settings
Absolutely appalling customer service
There is no phone number no one would answer emails
Absolutely awful experience which is still ongoing .

As a long term user of Pabau and knowing you personally its a shame that you have felt the need to leave a review given how well Pabau works for your business. The online bookings were commuicated, but often setup was not done well by the user, which caused problems. I can see that you have been using the system without issue now for some time, so hopefully your review can be updated.
