Securely Manage Your Passwords with Bitwarden: The Ultimate Password Manager Solution
Bitwarden has a user-friendly interface and is easy to use across multiple devices and platforms. It also has a free version with many of the same features as the paid version. Although Bitwarden has an open-source codebase, it is a closed-source product, which means that some users may be concerned about transparency.
Avantages
Bitwarden is a highly secure password manager that uses end-to-end encryption to protect your sensitive data. It offers a range of features, including password generation and auto-fill, secure note storage, and two-factor authentication.
Inconvénients
While the free version of Bitwarden is feature-rich, some advanced features, such as secure file storage, are only available with the paid version. Some users have reported occasional glitches or bugs in the software, but these issues are generally quickly resolved by the Bitwarden team.

The best free password manager out there
It's easy to use, easy to onboard with such an important feature (password management) and at the same time extremely cost-efficient.
Avantages
BitWarden is free, and has the ability to allow you to self-host it in your own premises. This is a feature a lot of password managers do not give. It's usually either local or on their cloud. Bitwarden is the only one that allow you to host it locally on-premise.
Inconvénients
The UI is a little dated and not as polished. Using it is also a little bit wonky, having a separate plugin and the standalone software is a bit confusing too.

BitWarden is Robust, Feature-Packed, and Secure, Delivering a Great Product Even at the Free...
BitWarden is one of the most user-friendly and feature-packed password managers. The free plan offers unlimited storage, multi-device sync, and world-class encryption. It is built on open-source code and regularly audited by third-party firms for its security performance. As counterintuitive as this sounds to people not steeped in tech, transparency on the source code makes a thoroughly more reliable security product. One of my top considerations when shopping for a password manager over a year ago was cross-platform compatibility. At the time, I relied upon an iPhone and an HP Ultrabook. I didn’t want a password manager that was great on IOS phones but iffy or still in development on a PC-compatible release. Or vice versa. And I didn’t want to be locked into Chrome or Safari or any particular browser to have a good experience. BitWarden is hands-down the most platform-agnostic and cross-compatible password manager I’ve experienced, with no compromise at all to its security protocols. It also includes one outstanding bonus feature, a built-in password generator, even at the free tier. And you’re never pressured in any way to adopt the modestly priced paid upgrade version. I would recommend BitWarden to any colleague without reservation. —Mark Vanderpool
Avantages
I love the cross-platform sync and compatibility: multiple devices and different browsers are no problem.
Inconvénients
Autosave and autofill features could be improved, but the bumps are minor.

Once I knew about this LastPass alternative, I never tried any other alternative!
My experience has been awesome since day one I tried it! The transition from LastPass to Bitwarden was done very quickly and just like that I switched to this one without any issues, also I get used to the UI/UX very quickly, as iin any case t isn't difficult to understand it either. I highly recommend this tool!
Avantages
This is the best alternative for LastPass I've ever found and I love the fact that it is open-source!
After LastPass changed their terms for Free users I started to see for similar tools as an alternative that would fit my needs, then I started to saw a lot of opinions and reviews over the internet, so I tried it and immediately loved it!
Also the transition from LastPass to Bitwarden was very smooth and quickly! After 2 mins all of my passwords were imported successfully to Bitwarden, I highly recommend this one!
Inconvénients
Probably the UI/UX could improve a bit more, other than that this product is awesome! Actually, a refreshed UI/UX would just be a plus, as the service itself totally worth it!

Simple and reliable
Overall I'm pretty satisfied. It allows me to keep separate containers per client and the ability to wipe details as I don't need them anymore.
Easily generating passwords etc.
Avantages
Login notifications are welcome. iOS extension built in and works pretty well, although not as accurately recognizing URLs as the native extension.
Inconvénients
The interface can be clunky and some keyboard shortcuts can be added. For example easily editing or replacing a password.
It seems like a webapp packaged in a container, rather than a native macos app.

Avantages
Bitwarden has a clean interface, it's super simple to use, it's open-source, it's free, it never tries to pressure you into upgrading, it syncs beautifully across all kinds of devices, and it integrates great with Android's autofill feature.

Avantages

BITWARDEN: THE MASTER OF PASSWORD MANAGEMENT
Bitwarden is a long term solution for password Synchronization and management as well as an excellent tool to improve overall cloud data security.
Avantages
Bitwarden takes password management to a whole new level. It unapologetically eliminates all the headaches of having to remember hundreds of password. Once I create/generate a unique and strong master password, my job is to keep it in a safe and remember it then the rest of the passwords are secured through its advanced security features such as access/permission control, password encryption, cloud data security, 2F authentication among others. Additionally, it automatically saves login credentials for all my online accounts and services such that when I want to access a particular website it auto-fills the login fields and I don't have to manually type the credentials each an every time I need access.
Inconvénients
Bitwarden satisfies my passwords management needs, I've not encountered any downsides.

Solid value, solid features
Overall, we have had a pleasant experience with Bitwarden. They actively develop and they are responsive to support needs. But I do wish they would work on more options to customize for your needs.
Avantages
I appreciate this being open source and audited by a third party. There are many, many features that cover most aspects of password/identity management. There are so many options for client access, it's amazing.
Inconvénients
The types of entries are somewhat limiting. You can store secure notes, credit cards, and logins. It would be nice if you could create custom options or import other templates, which is something that competitors have. Because of that, you occasionally have to shoehorn into a category that isn't quite accurate. For example, adding a Wi-Fi network. It doesn't fit the way Login is presented and using a Secure Note makes it difficult to quickly copy the info back out. Also, I really wish they would clean up the organization and collection paradigm. It's really confusing and always the first place users end up stumbling trying to figure things out.

This is the best password manager that I have ever used.
Having a different password for all of your online accounts is vital to protect your personal and business information. Bitwarden does that. While it is not the easiest password manager to set up for multiple people, once set up, it is nearly seemless to use.
Avantages
Bitwarden does a great job of working with nearly every website and app. And when it doesn't automatically add username and password (some sites won't allow it), it is quite easy to copy and past them from the app or browser extension.
Inconvénients
I wish that when you manually add a password that it would save automatically, rather than having to hit the save button, or at least ask if you are sure you want to quit without saving.

Bitwarden is the best password manager, and the best part is that it's free
It's been spectacular. I love Bitwarden. I have installed it for my children, my wife, my mother, and recommended it to friends. I even posted a blog article about how to get set up on my blog.
Avantages
It has every feature of the big players, but it's absolutely free. There are a few things you can pay for (I personally do the $10/year plan) but most people do not need to. Password management, password generation. It doesn't get more simple.
Inconvénients

Bitwarden is both very capable and reasonably priced
Since moving to Bitwarden I've been very pleased with the experience. Importing from the old password manager product was quick and seamless. I was up and running in no time with a U2F hardware key as a second authentication factor. The little touches like adding custom fields and additional URIs to a login are great.
Avantages
One standout feature for me is the ability to use things like base domain and regular expresions to match login URIs. With logins you can also add custom fields to be filled - particularly useful for something like an AWS login, where you need to provide an account ID as well as the typical username and password. The password generator also supports passphrases which is another great addition. Granular controls on password policies and minimum
Inconvénients
The way attachments are handled needs a rethink. Creating and saving a note before editing it in order to add a file isn't a nice experience. A new category alongside notes would improve this. I feel the interface could do with some modernisation but that's obviously subjective. Overall it does feel like an efficient product.

Safe but hard to use
Safe but hard to use. I can suggest this to the people who are giving importance to passwords. Besides, you can also take notes and save them for the future. But please don't forget the password of Bitwarden.
Avantages
Security is on high level. That makes me feel safe. I also like saving any kind of my special datas.
Inconvénients
I also use Google passwords and Bitwarden is not active like that. When I enter new details for a website, it appears on the top to save it but it gets lost too fast and I need to be fast to catch it. I would prefer to save the data without checking and confirming all the time.

Avantages

The best free password manager in the market
I always tought using a passowrd manager would be a hassle, but it wasn't. I've been using it for many years now and don't even give it any tought; Bitwarden is just a seamless part of my personal and professional workflows. I even suggested it to coworkers and family members who are less tech savy then I am and it worked very well for them as well.
Avantages
I absolutely love the simplicity and ease of setup of Bitwarden. It is so simple to use and is very stripped down of unnecessary features. I also love the fact that it is open source, which all security software should be in my opinion.
It offers certainly the best free tier of any other provider, so if you don't intend to pay for a password manager or don't need any other advanced features, it is certainly the best.
Inconvénients
I believe Bitwarden lacks certain features that other providers offer in their paid tiers (and that is why I am still not a paying client).
I also believe the two-factor authentication options should be more broad, as none of the ones avaliable work for me.
