Gratuit, fonctionne avec énormément de sources de données, et très simples à utiliser (intuitif). Sans être expert en analytics, il est possible de faire des dashboards assez jolis très simplement.

Although our experienced team members are able to create Looker reports from scratch, the newest members need numerous training sessions to understand how the platform works and how they can use it to create custom reports. Also, the fact that data connectors often fail, creates an additional burden for everyone involved, from team members to end clients.

Avantages

The most important feature for me is that I can have always up to date reports, connecting different data sources like different apps and sheets and updating the reports in real time saves me a lot of time and hard work. Creating a dashboard with different data is easy and straightforward and worth every second spend to learn how to create your it.

For a fist timer it was a little hard to get all data connected and create the charts and graphs as I imagined.

You can create your own reporting dashbaords, that's one of the reliable functionality I really look up on from this software. For some one who doesn't have SQL knowledge its a lot easier to make number talk the visualization part.

It isn't easier for some one new to get used to looker because of its steep learning curve. Compared to Tablue, looker feels a bit limited at times

Dashboard customization is the main feature I use Looker for. Looker works great with automatically importing data from different sources like Sheets, Analytics and Google Ads making my reports always up to date.

For a first timer Looker will be difficult to work with as there are many options and complex options.

Looker Studio is very customizable providing possibilities of creating specific dashboards for a given clientele.

The application does a great job at transforming intricate datasets into visuals that can be understood within a short span of time making it simple to detect patterns and insights.

Inconvénients

Learning curve: Despite the app having a nice graphic user interface layout, the users are likely to face challenges in understanding how to use it especially new comers in visualising data.

Such as it is in Looker Studio where there are numerous datasets most of which are supported, some custom or specialized datasets may have restrictions.

It has a wide variety of features and being able to tailor dashboards exactly how you would like them gives the freedom to make reports bespoke to your needs

It can be quite fiddly to get set up with multiple data sources, and once there are issues, if they are not promptly sorted, they can compromise the accuracy report/dashboard. Once there are issues, it can often be tricky to identify the root cause

Google Looker is one of the best data-visualizing tools, it is easy to use, cheap, and flexible. I like the ready-to-use templates that Looker provides. Also, Looker can deal with complex reports and can show KPIs on multiple dimensions.
