The ease of the different modules and the support respond is excellent. I have created custom reports with very little help, because all you have to do is click on a step-by-step video\!

> **Inconvénients**: I really don't have any cons yet. We are still implementing the software. The one con is getting church trustees to make changes\!

> What's not to love with ChurchTrac.  In addition, we will be saving money in the long run. We will no longer need third party vendors to pushout notifications, and we can contact members by using texting and the Church Connect App.

> **Avantages**: I have found ChurchTrac to be a software that addresses all my church's needs excluding payroll.  It is a tremendous value.  ChurchTrac support has been outstanding.  My emails have been answered in a very timely fashion.  The videos included in support are very helpful in learning a very user-friendly software.  I emailed ChurchTrac an Excel file of my church membership information, and it was uploaded with two hours.  Excellent experience.

> **Inconvénients**: At this point I have no cons.  I did mention in the pros that ChurchTrac did not include payroll.  I was not looking for it to be included.
