Adashi FirstResponse MDT is a fire department management solution that helps the department of public safety and first responders access moving vehicles, navigation and other mission-critical data to manage incidents. Businesses can utilize instant messaging functionality to communicate and share updates including photos, videos and texts with teams in real-time. The platform provides real-time routing instructions regarding physical barriers, restricted areas and one-way streets allowing firefighters to reach the location of the incident. It lets managers access incident action plans (IAP), hazard predictions, weather data, checklists and standard operating guidelines to identify threats. Additionally, Adashi FirstResponse MDT enables responders to view incident pre-plans and building information and collaborate with other units in an offline mode. Adashi FirstResponse MDT can track custom GIS overlays including sewage/power lines via Google or Bing search engines. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via webinars, FAQs, training videos, phone and email.

Great Software with Excellant Service/Support

The best software experience to date!!

Avantages

When compared to others, the user interface was more user friendly, worked with current CAD, and integrated with our SMS software to put the pre-fire plans on every apparatus.

Inconvénients

Not available for iPAD but am told they are working on that.

Mobile response

GREAT. Everyone I have talked to was so nice. Better then that, everyone I talked to was extremely knowledgeable about there software.

All in information from Firehouse it provides is great.

Had to get an integration for a two way communication with Spillman
