Databox is a great software for keeping track of your data. It's easy to use and has a lot of features that are really helpful. I like that it's always up to date and that I can access it from anywhere.

Inconvénients

I'm a huge fan of Databox. But sometimes i find it to be a bit clunky and difficult to use. The interface is not as user-friendly as I would like it to be. Additionally, I find the reporting options to be somewhat limited. Overall, i would still recommend Databox to others who want to make nice looking reports over multiple sources.

Avantages

It brings together data for easier analysis which leads to better and faster decision making. It also leaves more time for strategizing on workflow and evaluation. Despite being highly guarded with technology, it is quite easy to relate with. Reporting and data entry is now digital and more advanced. I see a brighter and more promising future with Databox.

Inconvénients

It is sometimes hard to customize the tool. I wanted to work with my own settings but it really delayed me so I ended up using the default settings.

It's easy to embed a databoard into your own member portal.

Advice: try any other company first. Databox will waste your time and your money and give you a headache.

Review rant: After 2 years of trying, we were never able to fully launch Databox with our clients because there is always another issue with Databox. Their templates break, individual metrics stop working. Their support team blames the client but then when Databox is informed the broken metrics are included in the templates they made, then they act all confused and pass along the blame. Meanwhile days to months go by.

One issue with them took two months to fix. Meanwhile this was a huge issue that prevented me from even testing the platform with clients. The issue did not allow me to choose individual Facebook or Instagram accounts. Databox would by default pick the first IG or Facebook account on the list. So when trying to create a Databoard for a client, we were unable to do so until they fixed the issue. This took them almost two months. I emailed them about it like 10 times as well over the course of the month. Most emails were ignored.

Overall this is not a platform I would recommend to anyone.

Runaway from them and take them off your consideration list. Safe money and a headache.

It's very simple set up. It takes a while to set it up but then it's easy to move graphs around.

Inconvénients

The most simple calculations are wrong too often. Also can not get certain dashboard overviews that look very easy. Their answer is because it's not possible as it comes from different sources, which for me is the whole reason to use this tool. I can not rely on the data and have to still manually calculate.

The UI is fine and the user experience is relatively easy to navigate.

Inconvénients

Overpriced for what you get. Terrible support and customer service. The worst from any company I have worked with. So many better options out there than Databox. We use Looker Studio and our clients have been so much happier.

One exceptional feature of Databox is its alert system, which alerts us right away to any anomalies or noteworthy changes in the data. Being able to keep an eye on important metrics in real time has made us much more responsive.

Data loading may take a little longer when there are big datasets.

I adore databox for a lot of reasons. It's quite intuitive, to start. You don't have to be an expert with data. With sophisticated data modelling capabilities, we can change the measurement display, and the programme really manages all the frames for me. Additionally, everything has built-in connectors, so I can often create a fantastic dashboard with only a few clicks. The programme itself has a nice appearance, and it has some useful features that allow for the clear visualisation of a lot of data.

Inconvénients

It's not that I dislike what I'm going to say, but I'd want to have access to more instructional films, particularly ones that teach me how to assist myself. Data sources can occasionally lose connectivity when using Databox, which might result in the loss of historical data.

The visualizations are great. The visual options are really some of the best I've seen.

Inconvénients

Databox probably has the worst customer support of any software company I've ever deal with. That's not an exaggeration or hyperbole, it is absolutely atrocious. It can take hours or days to get a support response that's so obviously incorrect that a user with just a couple hours on the platform would know that it's wrong.

The visuals look awesome on the computer, TV, and phone. I was impressed with how easy it was to create a metric.

Inconvénients

Once the metrics are on the dashboard there isn't much else you can do with them. It lacks some of the basic functionality that I'd expect such as dragging to zoom into a certain section of the chart or even hovering over the comparison line to see the exact value.

Easy to setup. They have a great iPhone app so can review all data on my phone. Every morning I receive an email on our business performance which is really helpful.

So far I'm happy with the tool, no things I don't like.

Avantages

Its absolutely brilliant that they allow you to connect up to 4 social media accounts without having to pay. Social media isn't top of the list at our company so all we really need is Google Analytics and Linkedin. Once everything was set up and linked and I had spent a bit of time customising the boards all I have to do now is update and share them each month for the directors meeting. Super easy!

Inconvénients

Its obviously a very complex piece of software and I'm sure there are things it does that I don't even know about yet.

This is a really good tool to show a lot of platform data in one place. Also really handy to be able to share the links and the updates show within the share link pretty much instantly.

The data connectors were pretty limited, but now I believe they are bringing more out and you can now create custom reports!

I used the software for two years and I liked the idea of the software, creating dashboards for easy review. If they had only worked.

Inconvénients

I never logged on without reconnecting one or all of my sites. Never. I was told the software was being upgraded, user error, weather (really) but it never was resolved. After two years of hoping it would be what I needed, it never was and I left.

Also, as a warning, leaving is draconian. If you don't click the one hidden link to delete account, you will be charged and they will not provide a refund.

Avantages

The aesthetics of Databox's databoards are beautiful. Configuring the blocks is simple, and the integrations are expansive. Additionally, they're easy to share and embed. But above all, the customer support is terrific.

Inconvénients

Customization is quite limited, which is good for less technical users but a drawback to more advanced ones. Also, Google Sheets integration is only on the paid option.

I have access in one place to every important metrics I care. Just few clicks and I can change what I see on my phone and share with all my coworkers.

Inconvénients

It wasn't an instant "click" in my head what Databox can do for us. There are almost no guides or documentation. Default metrics they fetch were not useful for our business.
