Je suis tres content d'avoir trouvé cette solution qui remplace Anydesk ou teamviewer à un prix plus qu'attractif

Le prix est très attractif pour une solution que j'utilise pourtant tous les jours.
Inconvénients
Je ne l'utilise pas encore depuis longtemps mais il y a peut etre un bug sur la gestion du copier coller. Peut etre un parametrage a faire dans l'application je ne sais pas encore.

Si I started testing a few apps and was honestly getting frustrated as am on a Mac and it does make a difference (Interface and such). As most people I first tried the free options (Which if you're concerned about security trust me DON'T) then I tried RemotePC (Thought at first it was only for PC so they might want to consider a name change) I LOVED the ease of use and interface right away as I could tell they put some thought into it. Also one of my favorite things was that there is plenty of info available through AI such as Gemini or Perplexity (My favorite BTW) With this help I quickly navigated through the interface to setup everything with great security. Keep in mind that the more security you add the slower the connection so be aware of this tradeoff... Also this is the only app that offers a $2 charge for UNLIMITED ONLINE BACKUP and that really sealed the deal for me !!!

RemotePC is a great tool for remote access and support issues.
My overall experience was very positive, thanks to their customer support. They were very helpful, walking me through the steps needed to be successful. The price for a year of remote access to another PC was also quite unexpected. I will probably only use it a few times a year to help out a friend who needs computer support occasionally, so it was priced very reasonably. The software worked great!

Inconvénients
I did not install the correct version the first time, so it took a phone call to RemotePC support to get a better understanding of which download to use for the offsite machine (Host) and which one for my machine. Once it was explained, I installed the correct version at each end and it worked beautifully.

Would be great if it worked consistently
My overall experience is one of disappointment. It's reasonably priced and has good representation on the mobile side, but until I can trust it fully I've got to work up another solution for my remote access.
Avantages
The price is great, especially with the discounts they run. It's easy to setup, the interface is clean and modern, and the phone/mobile apps are fairly well designed.
Inconvénients
I can't trust it. I need 100% to know that when I connect remotely to the pc that it isn't going to just black out the screen and behave oddly. When I connect via other means to the active session that RemotePC has blacked out it shows as normal. I've tried on clean systems after contacting support and the same thing occurs. Disappointing.

I Don't Use Anything Else
I only use Remote PC. It's very user friendly & easy to work in. Did I mention the price?
Avantages
1) I love that I can copy/move items from my log-in PC, to my remoted in PC.
2) I like that I can pick to pay for the the amount of computers I need. I don't have to pay for a dozen PC's when I only log in to x2.
3) The price is great whether it's for x1-x2 PC's, you need a 1,000 PC's
Inconvénients
The biggest con for me is there is sometimes a non responsive time for a couple seconds. Could be the internet connection on one of the PC's though too.

Avantages
I've tried a lot of remote access tools, and this one is the simplest. The unattended access is a lifesaver. Our users aren't always the most tech-savvy, so having a one-click connection without needing their help is huge.
Inconvénients
On some remote computers with dual monitors, I've had occasional display issues. While I can still view both screens individually, the presentation isn't always seamless on dual screens. However, I suspect factors beyond the remote PC software might be contributing to these problems.

RemotePC has been a valuable tool for both IT management and for end users to be able to work on church systems remotely.
Avantages
It allows us to easily access our PCs and Macs remotely and also make transferring files simple.
Inconvénients
Adding additional user accounts worked, but was confusing to start with. Also, we've had some problems with the key password, but it is important for security.

Have had no issues, works just as advertised, saves me from having to make commutes in snow storms!

Works perfectly & great price! Gets me in quickly, didn't have to have a complicated pin to make it work, and quick and easy installation!

My monitors at home vs office are different, so if I change things at home to view better it changes my Quickbooks settings. Not a big problem, just monitors should be universal.

RemotePC is a good value
RemotePC is a good value and good enough for my remote desktop needs.
Avantages
The remote control mostly works as expected. There are better products but they are more than 10x more expensive and not worth the extra cost for my needs. For personal use remote pc is a good value after the stand alone application is downloaded and configured.
Inconvénients
With a slow connection just using the "Connect" button via "Connect with desktop application" took too long to connect (like 5-10 minutes every time) However after I download and installed/configured the remotepc.exe application everything was fine and it only took a few seconds to connect. The slowness was due to a very slow connection but I am doing this from a hospital bed to get to my home pc so I have to use whatever WIFI is available. Before using the remotepc.exe application I had some confusion with two cursors on the screen and less responsiveness when selecting where I had to hold the item for about a second to get selected.

This has been a wonderful experience, especially after dealing with TeamViewer and never getting the answer to my question. They responded, however, not to the question asked.

Outstanding product - Do NOT overlook because of low cost
Outstanding, use every day and not had a single issue.
Avantages
Very simple product to download and install. Simple setup, easy to add administrators, extremely fast, and remote full duplex printing without any additional setup. What a refreshing experience. After struggling and accepting the high price lousy support of Teamviewer this is an excellent product. At this point the only thing I cannot comment on is support, as I have not needed them for anything all done alone.

Great solution at an amazing price.
Great experience and glad we found it. Also I couldn't believe the pricing and have been very happy so far.
Avantages
Easy to setup and train my employees and works great. Especially love the "performance" mode, we've had issues with other producst having too much lag, but Remote PC has made it feel like we're in the office even while working from home.
Inconvénients
It's more customized for IT professionals, but once you get the hang of it, it works great for people like us using it to remote into our workstations from home.

Tremendous cost savings - eliminating the travel between sites.
After understanding the setup required for "anytime" access, it works as if I were sitting at the remote site without the travel time and expense of onsite work.
Avantages
I have used this software for many years as an end point user. I have recently installed Remote PC for a non-profit to enable me to work from home with all aspects. Accessing other online sites is extremely helpful in using all site that the non-profit uses exclusively. Remote printing is the best!
Inconvénients
A checklist of setup steps would be very nice... I have missed the "sleep" function of the remote computer and had to troubleshoot to get that setting correct.

The Best Ever
Avantages
I tried too many apps like Anydesk, or Team Viewer, but both need authentication to accept remote requests, I am working on a VPS, and if I want to log in directly I must buy 30$ account a year. I found Remote PC cheap, simple, and effective solution to do that

Signed up so I can organise some files at home whilst at work, product works as advertised, step by step sign up was pretty accurate which made it simple. Their website seems to have a help guide and screenshot for literally everything and pricing is reasonable, even after my discounted first year ends I will probably stay signed up as it's quite useful.
Avantages
The decent 7 day trial period without having to muck around entering credit card details like every other free trial.
Inconvénients
Only downsides I have noticed was that pricing was listed in USD and I couldn't seem to change that to show in my local currency. There was a slight lag operating my PC remotely however I was also trying to upload several thousand files from an external HDD to my Mac from another PC located nearly 70km away so the fact it works at all is great.

Grand solution for Hybrid work style
My company has implemented a hybrid schedule whereas the employee shifts are set that everyone only comes into the office 3 days a week. The other 2 days are fully remote. We just started rolling out RemotePC and find it fairly seamless in using compared to our existing remote software. The installations however did not come completely without some hiccups. It would be great to have better online instructions for different size companies. Initially we purchased the single user license and then switched to the Team license. This created a user problem. I like the fact that the install is hinged off of the remote users email address, but this is also limited (or is there a way around this? There does not seem to be a lot of examples on how to set up the software). Overall experience is very nice though and I would recommend this software to others who are trying to implement remote computer controls. Our setup is the home PCs are Lenovo Laptops. The remote computers are Intel Nuc PCs.

The feature that is most impactful? - I am the Admin (for RemotePC) and a user for my small company of 12. The most impactful feature is the "File Transfer" functionality of RemotePC. We are used to another remote software package and find that "RemotePC" has a better integrated (and more intuitive) design to transfer files back and forth between PC.
Inconvénients
Features you feel are missing or could be improved? - I am a new user for RemotePC (only a few months if that of user ability). We are rolling this software out in my company slowly and currently have a total of 3 users operating RemotePC. The 2 users and myself are all experiencing the same issue that it seems to be difficult to connect to the remote computers after they have (gone to sleep? or after about 10 minutes after being logged out of the computers). If the "Classic" option is chosen in a RemotePC session there does not seem to be an issue, however if the "Performance" option is chosen in a RemotePC session the 'connecting' never seems to be established. If you choose the "Classic" option then establish a connection, disconnect and then establish a connection using the "Performance" option this seems to work. As a nice to have (we cannot seems to find this option available), it would be nice to have an option within the software to have a timed session or the ability (for security reasons) to disconnect the session after the time has expired or if the non-remote computer has gone to sleep or a screen-saver has kicked in. The screen resolution of the connection in RemotePC seems to change when the remote computer is logged out back to the Windows 11 login screen. This is happening only on 2 remote computers right now.
