Avantages

Its amazing for getting to know the people within our organization and providing us with opportunities to reward them with what matter to them. We've been able to support our team members with stuff thats meaningful to them. Everything from travel, singing lessons, whale watching, volunteering and many things in-between. I find it much more fulfilling that giving someone a coffee card or something like that (although we still do those).

The tool has evolved over time and some of the things that make our lives really easy include:
Data - our people seem to really take care in populating their bucket list items and goals.
Leaderboards
Activity feed
Events - we've done a few events based on common interests and they were great
Slack integration
Recognition and the points system are pretty cool.
We've recently used it for an operational excellence award that that experience worked out well so i think we'll keep using it for that as well.
Support is awesome as well and they keep putting out new features with good quality.

Inconvénients

We have been using this tool for a few years now so we have seen it grow since its infancy. The things that I would like to see improve in the near term is some slightly improved reporting/manager dashboard but i think they said its in the works and they deliver on their road map, and recently they updated the UI which is a big improvement over the previous version we were using.

Avantages

Intuitive to use (no training required), setup to match our branding, fun feel like a social media platform, so many ways to customize to your particular organizational needs!

Inconvénients

Once we onboarded and started using the platform, there were a few feature requests from our company, and Bucketlist has been fantastic with adding them to their roadmap for 2019!

After researching seven digital recognition platforms, Bucketlist had all the features of the other platforms, including a few that others did not, best Slack integration interface, and 1/3 of the cost - no brainer!

Avantages

I enjoy being able to show co-workers how much they are appreciated and that they are not forgotten.

Inconvénients

The limits in the amount of points we are able to award our co-workers. Eight points per month barely scratch the surface for the amount of hard work we put in and does no justice for the devotion we put in to the company.

Love the social media style feed that really gets users involved.

There were many platforms but none were as customizable to our Culture, Values, and Reward structure as Bucketlist. Also the service offered to build our own system and launch it was unparalleled to any other.

Inconvénients

There were some features we wanted that were lacking but have improved with recent enhancements.

I love how the reward system ties into the core values of our organization. That helps build a sense of community and rallies our team members around the same goals, whilst encouraging peer-to-peer recognition and and driving employee engagement.

Inconvénients

Bucketlist has done a ton of good for our team, I just wish there were some more options on the in-app marketplace to choose from.

I love that Bucketlist makes it easy to recognize my team for their accomplishments in and outside the office. It's also a great tool for helping our team stay connected to our core values.

Inconvénients

While I use the peer recognition Slack integration often, I find that I don't use all the features of Bucketlist on a regular basis. I do need a bit more incentive from Bucketlist to log into the dashboard and explore their product further.

I love that I can keep up-to-date with my coworker's professional and personal achievements. Because of Bucketlist, I discover common interests naturally with my co-workers.

It's hard to say. I would love it if I could also have a Bucketlist group with my circle of friends.

Its an incredibly easy platform to recognize and engage employees of different departments. It allows us to reward those who are going above and beyond and foster a sense of appreciation for our hardworking employees.

Inconvénients

It takes a bit to get used to and to ensure everyone is using it to its full potential you need to ensure everyone has been oriented to the new software. This requires more time and training.

Avantages

I ike the most is the recognition of employees services and how to redeem it quickly. Bucketlist bridges the gap between employees and management. Bucketlist encourages employees to work better, knowing there is reward later.

Inconvénients

Bucketlist shows your favorite co workers. Bucketlist, after thorough analysis, identifies which employee needs to be fired from work place.

Avantages

It is a boost in your day when you receive points for a job well done. I was surprised to see the vast number of gift cards available for bucketlist points. Points turn into appreciation.

Inconvénients

I have no complaints about this product, it is easy to use and worth the time and effort. Since my organization is a market and I work for several hospitals it is unfortunate that most of my customers cannot find me in bucketlist to award me points (this has been brought to my attention) because I am only listed with one facility instead of all the facilities that I service.

Avantages

I love the fact bucketlist points give that opportunity to appreciate your peer and let others know the achievement done by the individual. This is super easy and most efficient way to say Thank you and acknowledge.

Inconvénients

Not much of Cons, Only as manager you can have more then 100 points per week to distribute,

Ease of use and simple UI design with nearly flat colors which are pleasant to eyes.

Inconvénients

My suggestion would look least interested still I want to talk about it. If I search on google as "bucketlist", I get so many other results, rarely anyone relevant to features Bucketlist providing though. I would say SEO could be improved to make it stands out in the google search results that makes it more reachable.

I cannot think of anything, It really depends on how well you get the tool customized to meet your companies needs. Also I am just a user and do not administrate the tool. So, hard to say.

Avantages

I like the ease of use. The whole process is easy to navigate from sending recognition to redeeming points myself. I like that there are fun little touches like gifs and emojis that add a little whimsy and/or meaning to the words and points awarded.

Inconvénients

I have not found anything that I did not like or was hard to use with they process yet.

Avantages

The product has helped productivity grow in multiple different areas. Gives employees something extra to work for. Bucketlist is also simple to use and easy to learn. The ability to recognize your peers on your own and not just managers adds an extra bonus to the product.

Inconvénients

Some rewards show up at different timeframes. It would be nice if they were all in sync. However, 80% of they time they are super quick. I think adding a little spice to the rewards website would be good instead of just a list with rewards. Needs to be more eye-catching.

There are Awesome advantages to having the Bucketlist, it really helps that individual employee know that they are appreciated for everything that they do within the Company. It shows that you and only you are acknowledged for the good work & helpfulness you give to other employees within the company.

There really isn't any Cons for me to mention. It's a Great Software to use within any Company.

Avantages

I like that you are able to redeem points for not only gift cards but you can redeem “experiences” you can use your points to hike the smoky mountains or learn to fly and I think that goes perfectly with the name because it can really be used as a bucketlist.

Inconvénients

I wish you could change the “viewable by” to more than just recipients and the whole organization. Like if I wanted to compliment a coworker on something they did I’d like to copy their manager.

Ability to do more than just praise someone in and out of my department is key! This puts a monetary value to it.

I would prefer all users were notified when recognition was given and not just the ppl receiving it.

Would like to be notified when someone comments on a recognition you made or one where you were recognized. Would like to see a list of all recognitions given.

The software is user-friendly and very accessible. In addition to accessing the program online, users can download the app (compatible with iOS and android devices) or simply use the add-in feature connected to Microsoft outlook. It has never been so easy to send out peer recognition!

Inconvénients

There's not a wide range of usage reports available useful for accounting and budgeting purposes.

As a user, I love how easy it is to turn my employee recognition points to real $$ that I can use. I have mainly used it for gift cards, and the process is simple to redeem, get the gift card email and plug it in to the store.

Inconvénients

It would be nice to be able to select a custom amount for gift cards. Sometimes I have to redeem my points several times to get the right amount of $$.

I love being able to get and give shout outs to coworkers, as well as receive positive feedback and earn gift cards!

Inconvénients

Many people did not realize you only needed $5 in rewards to cash out so maybe make that more clear
