Thank you for giving our cry for recognition a voice and our culture a visible identity. We had a panel of colleagues who would agree that adding the bucketlist reward system to our culture has filled the void of Recognition for achievements that may have otherwise gone unnoticed. We have extraordinary people going above and beyond everyday. Thanks to bucketlist we now have a voice where we can cheer together when our peers are rewarded for their part in our success. From the launch to Administrative support Bucketlist has be a great corporate tool. We are even able to regularly incorporate the positive experiences in our Town Halls and company newsletters.
Avantages
There were many platforms but none were as customizable to our Culture, Values, and Reward structure as Bucketlist. Also the service offered to build our own system and launch it was unparalleled to any other.
Inconvénients
There were some features we wanted that were lacking but have improved with recent enhancements.

Simple and easy to use
Avantages
The strength of Bucketlist is its simplicty. It is one of the easiest to use and most intuitive platforms I have seen in the area of employee recognition. I also have experienced excellent customer support from the platform. I have raised queries on more than one occasion and received back responses that were prompt and meaningful. I love using Bucketlist.
Inconvénients
There are a few features that Bucketlist should consider introducing. Users should be able to save their location preference, so that they don't always have to filter the redemption options by location. Secondly, I cannot find a history of recognitions I have received. It would be useful to have a page that shows all the recognitions I have ever received. Thirdly, when a customer service query is raised, there is no reference number, nor is a copy of the query saved on the application or emailed to the user. If customer support staff weren't as responsive as they are, it would be a bit hard to follow up on queries.

Bucketlist Rewards "Two thumbs up"
It solves the problem where employees may feel unappreciated. This program gives everyone from managers to peer co-workers the opportunity to let you know you're doing a good job. I realize that this program uplifts the employees' spirits making it a pleasant work environment.
Avantages
I mostly like that it is very easy to navigate. The redemption process great as you have many options to choose from.
Inconvénients
I don't and haven't had any negative experience with Bucklist.

Bucketlist recognition for my team, peers and colleagues
We all want to give recognition and encouragement to our fellow teammates, and this makes it so easy while putting them in a running feed so that everyone can share in the positivity and motivation!
Avantages
I like the ease of use. The whole process is easy to navigate from sending recognition to redeeming points myself. I like that there are fun little touches like gifs and emojis that add a little whimsy and/or meaning to the words and points awarded.
Inconvénients
I have not found anything that I did not like or was hard to use with they process yet.

Productivity has increased overall. Also brings an excitement to those who receive or give points to coworkers helping out the general attitude of the workplace.
Avantages
The product has helped productivity grow in multiple different areas. Gives employees something extra to work for. Bucketlist is also simple to use and easy to learn. The ability to recognize your peers on your own and not just managers adds an extra bonus to the product.
Inconvénients
Some rewards show up at different timeframes. It would be nice if they were all in sync. However, 80% of they time they are super quick. I think adding a little spice to the rewards website would be good instead of just a list with rewards. Needs to be more eye-catching.

Amazing program!!
During this time with COVID-19, I love that the gift cards are sent electronically and that there are so many to choice from. I love the concept of earning rewards and redeeming the cheers for peers for gift cards!!! Additionally, I am glad to have a way to show my colleagues how much I appreciate them. It also makes me feel appreciated and good seeing what others have to say about my assistance with work. When you are having a bad day, going back and reviewing the recognition you have been given can make a bad day turn around into a good one. Being able to recognize not only those within my department but within the whole company is a great advantage. The site is easy to manage, utilize and offers amazing rewards. They leader board encourages me to work harder in achieving goals and hope to receive recognition for efforts to help others with their workload. Being able to recognize those in other departments boosts morale and helps to bring a mentality of teamwork; that we are all a team working to achieve the same goal for the company and our clients across the board.

There is nothing that I particularly dislike as the Bucketlist rewards since there is so much that they offer. They offer many gift cards such as esso gift cards, amazon gifts cards, pre-paid mastercards, american eagle etc. They don't offer just gift cards, they also offer real life experiences such as dining in at restaurants, massages, helicopter tour etc. I guess one thing I would suggest adding would be to add more experiences if possible.

Bring some fun to work
It's a great recognition tool that got my staff to work stronger together. It's tempered workplace culture to be more friendly than it had been.
Avantages
My staff work in four different buildings, so I was looking for a way to provide recognition and a stronger sense of team. Because bucketlist is an easy to use, intuitive, peer-to-peer format, it is well used and fun to use. My staff often pull funny, light-hearted memes to share with their feedback. I like their creativity and it's a fun check in to see how everyone is doing.
Inconvénients
Hard to say... it's easy to use... I guess when we're busy, staff forget to use it, but we're busy and those aren't really the times I want them consumed with a computer program, but interacting with the people we serve.

Exactly what Stamford Health needed!
Superior customer service and superb responsiveness. The implementation team prior to launch truly invests time in learning the culture of the organization. I believe that is one of the key reasons why our launch was successful.
Avantages
Bucketlist is customizable so the look of the platform mirrors our brand and image. The web based platform looks like a page on internet and intranet. Well done.
Inconvénients
When recognition occurs, and individuals comments or provided a thumbs up the recognition does not go back to the top of the leaderboard. I can comment on an employee recognition from days before but unless the employee is prompted they would not know to scroll the hours and sometimes days old recognition.

Bucketlist has saved our company morale!
Bucketlist has been fantastic since they day they gave their demo. I have no complains nor offers of suggestion for improvement.
Avantages
The development team at Bucketlist acts quickly on our suggestions/questions and seems to also be frequently updating the site to make it better.

Great Product
Started off slow and unfamiliar. Now I use it regularly.
Avantages
Obviously the answer is receiving Kudos, its pretty simple once you get started. I am an Amazon person so i Cash out on Amazon GC every chance I get.
Inconvénients
I wish there was some sort of reminder to distribute your kudos. On a few occasions I have forgotten and I Hate ending the week and losing out on an opportunity to reward someone.

My overall experience with Bucketlist, is having the opportunity in letting my co-workers know what a Great Job they do within our Company.
Avantages
There are Awesome advantages to having the Bucketlist, it really helps that individual employee know that they are appreciated for everything that they do within the Company. It shows that you and only you are acknowledged for the good work & helpfulness you give to other employees within the company.

There really isn't any Cons for me to mention. It's a Great Software to use within any Company.

Creating a loyal employee base.
I look forward to giving out points each week and it's a great opportunity to let your coworkers know their hard work is noticed. My overall experience with Bucketlist has been 9 out of 10 across the board! I love this software!
Avantages
Through Bucketlist we are able to recognize achievements of fellow employees. This allows our company to grow as a team and build rapport. I am loyal to my company because it is a company I want to grow with and a large part of that has to do with how they treat us as employees. Bucketlist is a perk that allows us to get what we want when we earn enough points. I like that there is the option to do an experience and that is exciting to save up points for a goal. Morale is high when you get points from your coworkers because they think you are doing a great job and show that through this software.
Inconvénients
The only think I wish we can do is leave a heart for recognitions given or achievements earned. As the recipient it does not allow you to heart what others gave to you.

Great tool for rewards and recognition
Avantages
I love that Bucketlist makes it easy to recognize my team for their accomplishments in and outside the office. It's also a great tool for helping our team stay connected to our core values.
Inconvénients
While I use the peer recognition Slack integration often, I find that I don't use all the features of Bucketlist on a regular basis. I do need a bit more incentive from Bucketlist to log into the dashboard and explore their product further.

Great app!
Overall myself and my colleagues enjoy Bucketlist as it gives us an easy way to recognize our team members who sometimes probably feel under appreciated until now.
Avantages
Its an incredibly easy platform to recognize and engage employees of different departments. It allows us to reward those who are going above and beyond and foster a sense of appreciation for our hardworking employees.
Inconvénients
It takes a bit to get used to and to ensure everyone is using it to its full potential you need to ensure everyone has been oriented to the new software. This requires more time and training.

Coworkers are finding personal growth in their role at the company. I also feel like natural, engaging conversations are being formed around our Bucketlist goals.

Easy to use!
Employees can connect with each other and work towards a common goal knowing that there is a reward at the end. In actuality they get the additional reward of bonding.
Avantages
When I have completed the work to earn the reward, the process of choosing it, and receiving it is a simple as a click of a mouse and it is promptly delivered to my inbox.
Inconvénients
I don't know of any negatives because my experience has only been good.
