Et le prix est extrêmement abordable pour le service rendu !

Le créateur de boutique est extrêmement simple à utiliser.

Overall it has been a good experience, but I do wish they had a few extra features and my bugs would get fixed. I like the price and features it has though. It does make like easier for a running a rental business.

Discounts:
Need more rules for coupons like start/end date, spending a certain amount of money, not being able to use more than one coupon code at a time and how many times a coupon code can be used.
Dynamic delivery:
Being able to make a delivery fee mandatory or charging more for certain distance.
Minimum order amount:
Need to be able to set a minimum order amount before people can check out.
Slow/ phoneless customer service:
Though they are helpful when you have questions, it takes entirely too long to get help. Sometimes you wait 12+ hrs for help and no help on the weekends.
Powered by Booqable:
Having to pay for the most expensive package to be able to remove this from the cart is something I don't like. You should be able to remove it with any package.
Coding bug fixes:
Right now I have two big issues I have been dealing with for over a week that still haven't been fixed that makes my site not look right. 1. My checkout page and pay page aren't fitting correct on mobile devices and 2. The continue to payment button shows over my terms and conditions pop up. I waiting for the programmers to fix this, but it's been over a week.

I really like the User Interface and Usability
Booqable's user interface is intuitive and well-organized. Me as a new user I can quickly find my way around as the dashboard is clearly structured, providing easy access to the most important features at a glance. Navigating through the various menus is smooth. Although i first did not setup a payment plan I got support via chat.
Inconvénients
The price is a little bit high but totally acceptable cause it is an all in one solution.

Great software for your business
My overall experience has been good. I have looked into other software programs and they either were way too difficult to set up or offered less options and charged a lot more.

Since I am just starting in business, I like the fact that it's affordable and that I can do a majority of the things I need to do on the first-tier/least expensive package
Inconvénients
There are a lot of extra steps to get everything working correctly. I find that I am learning something new or updating something every week to help my booking site work better.

Love Booqable
Overall I love it and find it very easy to use! It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for!

I love so much about Booqable, especially when adding to your inventory, the ai features that assist you with writing descriptions and finding photos. I love how easy it is to use too and the built in function of being able to take a bond for my bookings
Inconvénients
Some things can’t be changed and can confuse clients, such as “per day” when charging. I charge per night and clients keep overnight but when it says day they think they have to select the next day aswell and then it doubles the cost for them.

Ease of onboarding. The video documentation on how to set it up and the whole guidance. A very useful tool for any rental business!

Can be configured very granularly to support any rental business. Especially the pricing model has plenty of options. Also the fact that booqable can be integrated in the the website is a big plus. Of course the videos that explain all the configuration help tremendously

Booqable: Rental software that grows as you do.
It’s been a positive switch over to the booqable platform. Most importantly, our orders are running smoothly, we have better insights into our orders and customer workflow and the customer service whenever we hit a roadblock has been stellar.
Avantages
I liked the flexibility and growth that booqable allowed. It seemed like it was a fitting software that would scale with us, our operation and our team as we grow, from small equipment rental startup, to a fully functioning rental house.
Inconvénients
There are some functional limitations to the front end visual builder that I think will be resolved over time. Support has been great at taking and implementing our feedback on roadblocks quickly.

When i fisrt opened the account i thought was going to be a long extensive learning curve instead it ia very intuitive, instructions are clear and in combination with the videos. I could add all my inventory with all their details in a few hours. I love the web integration as well for my website. Works like intended. The fact that also has its own showcase website is fenomenal. You can actually design it. Let you use stripe as a payment service. And the final part i like is that keeps track of all my inventory activities, bookings, payments, customers and more. I like it very much. Thanks!

Because my website runs entirely on the Booqable system, I have no problems with the operation of everything. I used to work with external apps and that sometimes caused problems for the overall operation of the site. Booqable strongly supports this in offering a very stable unit and that is very nice to know. No worries about the website working properly... this is over and now I can fully focus on my work.

I was looking for a solution for my trailer rental business for a long time. Booqable has everything I need. Website template, booking program, payment program and customizable documents for a very good price.

At first I stumbled a bit trying to find my way around the system. But this was resolved very well by the helpdesk. I received a solution to every question.

Perfect rental software for a valid price
It's a really great tool. I just started to configure it and didn't had any public reservations, but all works till now perfectly fine!
Avantages
It's very easy to set-up and the webshop offered by them is also very useful - even without programming skills! Also I have to point out, that you can leave every month, so you don't have any fixed subscriptions. Also the support is very fast and helpful. And it looks very sleek!
Inconvénients
The pricedifference to the pro version is in my opinion a little bit high - but at the moment I don't need it so I'm fine with it.

One of the better booking/ tracking systems I have used
Myself, a non tech savvy, hairdresser by trade, was able to set up a product hire business! The system allowed me to offer online booking straight away, giving us an upper hand over other businesses in my field! I set up product tracking and basically everything we need, on my own while sitting in the couch!!

The customer service for this software is second to none! I have used many booking platforms across many different businesses. I found this the most straightforward to set up and manage. It is no nonsense and I don’t have to add or complete anything that is not relevant! If I have had any issues or couldn’t find something, the customer service team are always quick to help! Our customers find the booking system super easy to use!

I would like to have an option at check our suggesting upsales…. “Would you like to add XXXX to your order for only $XX”Also, an option to view emails that have been sent out and see if people have replied. These may already be available, but I can not find them

Great equipment rental software for small shops
Overall it's working out pretty well so far. The support team doesn't seem to be quite on my same business hours but they are very fast to respond during their hours.
Avantages
Speed of the application is a high priority for me, I don't like waiting for software to "think". Booqable is pretty fast getting things done. Overall the software is pretty intuitive and while I do want more features I appreciate that Booqable does the basics very well. Some other softwares are so full of features it's difficult to get started and a lot of them you don't need or won't actually use in practice. It is able to handle my unique business hours of being open in the morning and the afternoon with a break in the middle of the day.
Inconvénients
I'd like to have an actual card reader so I don't have to manually enter credit card information for each customer that walks in. I'd like to see more reporting built out so I can easily get better data on my businesses' operations.

I could add variations on each item for different lengths of time but it was cumbersome and hard to change quotes over the phone for customers asking about renting multiple items at the same time. A solid rental platform for a short-term rental business.
Booquable's low monthly price and support made them a great temporary solution for our company while we learned the ropes of online rental platforms. We knew we would invest in creating a custom rental website in the future, but needed a solution fast. and got a custom site together. Overall I found the Booquable team helpful and enthusiastic and willing to find creative solutions as long as the basic framework of their system supported a workaround. Where it didn't, I looked at how I could adjust our process to make it fit.
Avantages
Booquable is relatively easy to set up and doesn't require building a website from scratch to have a unique shop presence.
Inconvénients
Booquable is clearly modeled on a short-term rental business model. As long as you are taking full payment upfront for a simple fee, this site is a breeze. That said, it has some quirks when attempting long-term monthly contracts. The pricing display requires a workaround you'll need the Booquable team for. Most unusual is the need to express your first (or first and last) months rental payment as a percentage of the total contract. Making this match up to the round number you advertised the monthly rental rate at is nearly impossible. To top it off, there is no ability to set up automatic recurring payments. This means your staff gets to manually process every rental payment on the agreed-upon monthly date, and just put that in their calendars somewhere, I guess. As I say, if you do short-term rentals, none of these issues come up.

Avantages
Booqable is absolutely amazing! The online booking integration is hands down the most seamless and intuitive for the consumer/user. I love that we were able to create an online checkout process that felt inline with other e-commerce platforms but in a rental environment. This functionality reduces the friction to booking online and increases the experience before the customer even touches your products.
The backend calendar and inventory management is a delight to work with and the payment integration with Stripe is seamless. Honestly, this software is extremely well thought out and is perfect for rental businesses.
Inconvénients
There aren't any cons to this platform. They are constantly adding new features and offer superb customer service.

Flexible and easy to adapt the tool to a lot of different rental business models. Easy integration to stripe for payments and Wordpress for hosting. Got our site up in days.
Inconvénients
Inventory management is robust and in some ways burdensome for our line of work or industry but could be critical in other businesses. The app was a welcome recent addition and more mobile friendly tools would be great.

With Booqable a big leap forward for our E-bike rental business
The word that sticks for me is “easy”. Rental of E-bike can be really hectic, especially during high season. It’s good to know that Booqable helps you through the busy times. Both on desktop and mobile devices.

Saved my sanity during my first year in business
This has drastically simplified my life as my inventory grew in my first year of business. I would not have been able to stay organized without this software!
Avantages
The inventory management is the most critical component in my mind. While managing multiple rental products, I would have been unable to track each order easily, and manage knowing availability for each item based on what each client was interested in, given that this is a side business and was sometimes managing up to 10 clients per week during the summer. The orders are easy to create, the views and the sorting making it easy to find upcoming jobs to stay prepared for what’s to come, and I could confidently tell new clients what was available on their desired date!
Inconvénients
There are a few bugs in the software that resolve themselves when the page is refreshed. Not inhibiting my ability to accomplish desired tasks

We are able to have customers reserve, book and pay on there own. Authorizing cards for security deposits and a calendar showing availability is great! Our experience has been been awesome. We can have an affordable rental website that our customers and us enjoy!

Faster processing of rental orders and good integration with our website
Avantages
Booqable's rental software is intuitive, powerful and very fast. Being a browser based system running on the AWS cloud makes it secure and work smoothly, no matter from where we are using it.
Planning a rental, printing a rental agreement in front of a client or creating an invoice is just a matter of a few clicks. The modern UI of the program makes it really easy to understand and use. Our associates had a grip on the system in a matter of hours.
Barcode scanning to select a client and to start and stop rental items is a must for us, and Booqable supports it very well.
Our company manages over 1700 unique rental products within Booqable, and we have not had a single outage until now. The calendar function also offers a very easy method to check when products are available or rented out and by whom. This is also the only system we found with good online booking integration. Most of our clients use our website to choose the products online, so this feature is essential.
The Booqable support team around Arjen and Herman truly are masters of customer support. When ever we had a comment, question or needed help we received an answer in a matter of seconds. It's just great when you have a dedicated support agent with absolute knowledge, that knows your business and your story.
I would recommend this Service to anyone wanting a simple but powerful rental tracking solution.

Specific to our unique business segment, we are still missing a few extra features. These include reports, warehousing locations and package building. We are confident that these features will follow as part of the ongoing development of the system and the Booqable team have assured us that they will be available shortly.

Simple, powerful rental software with fantastic customer service.
Avantages
We are a small AV events company that needed a streamlined rental tracking solution. I looked around and did several free trials and Booqable came out on top. The platform is very easy to use, and being cloud-based means we can use it in various locations with ease (we're based on the Gold Coast so we often like to take laptops to the beach to work!)
For us, a huge pro is how easily you can take payments within Booqable. Several other services we trialled required integration with 3rd party accounting software to do this. While most users will probably still use accounting packages come tax time, all the actual payments we take can be processed within Booqable, which for us was a big time saver.
As others have mentioned, the customer service is always speedy and helpful. team is always on hand to guide in the use of the software, or to suggest better workflows. They even wrote a piece of code for me to enable me to perform a simple function I required but which wasn't yet part of the platform.
I'd certainly recommend Booqable to any small to mid-sized rental operations.
Inconvénients
There are features I'd love to have, but of course no software caters to everyone's needs, and Booqable is very reasonably priced. So the following aren't really cons, but just our dream additions to an already fantastic platform.
At present there is no packages feature to bundle products together, but this is in the late stages of development so will hopefully be released soon.
I'd also love to see some way of managing labour within the system (such as deliveries or, for us, event technicians) that is reflected in the calendar.
Lastly a companion smartphone app would be amazing (Booqable is designed to work on desktops or tablets). You can certainly login on a smartphone but the site isn't really optimised for that screen size. Again, I believe that such an app may be released as part of a future update.

Awesome interface, easy set-up, user friendly

At a glance, it just makes sense. The interface is easy to understand and navigate. Which in turn makes training staff to use it also very easy.
The online booking integration adds a professional touch to the website and is easy to use.
I love the automatic and integrated email templates. Another very professional touch to the customers experience. I send thank you emails with a google review link and it has boosted SEO enormously
Organizing inventory is comprehensive and thorough.
The development team is responsive to suggestions.
Customer service is really amazing! They have answered a million emails from me over the years and I appreciate the team at Booqable, especially as a green business owner.
Inconvénients
I found the locations feature to lack in many ways. The 'locations' in the software were not very separate and having all the inventory and all reservations for both shops appear each day was very confusing. Separate log-ins and interfaces would have made much more sense for us, as inventory is not shared across our locations. The work around was to pay for a second account and build them unique to each shop, which is annoying but worth it for us.
I dislike that there is not a maintenance feature. Being a bike shop, inventory goes down and I have to make pretend reservations or remove items from inventory. Having some kind of maintenance feature could be really useful our mechanics to track items in repair, share notes and timelines. Luckily we are not performing repairs at this time. If we were also a bike repair shop, we would likely have to go with a different platform.
