La plateforme est relativement intuitive, très simple à suivre et à utiliser. Le support à la clientèle est très réactif et très efficace dans la résolution de problème.

Inconvénients

Une intégration à Linkedin pour importer des entreprises comme celle disponible pour les candidats serait vraiment intéressante et pour le moment ce n'est pas disponible. Une fonctionnalité de mise à jour automatique des candidats serait aussi intéressante.

Avantages

Recruiterflow is a really robust recruiting software. The user interface unlike other traditional softwares is modern and really easy to use. Automated email tracking, integration with LinkedIn, resume parsing and team collaboration features also make Recruiterflow an amazing software.

Inconvénients

I would love to see click to call functionality in the software itself. Currently, you can only text from the software. I have been informed that it will be released in a few months. Looking forward to using and reviewing that feature.

The ease of use and automation.

Avantages

Crucial for us is the integration with Linkedin Recruiter, RF has proven to have the easiest way to get data. At the same time, the open API and minimal risk of locking our data with the ATS provider is important to us.

Inconvénients

I'm surprised at the little things RF developers think about, but some things they don't keep track of: the list of key technologies, exporting only excel data, not CSV, basic candidate search, or the lack of a matching system.

Avantages

Being that it's an ATS, it's better than not having one. It is about 1 step above keeping paper resumes.

It's much cheaper than other platforms

The customer service is prompt.

Inconvénients

This system is extremely glitchy and not intuitive compared to the other ATS platforms I have used.
- Setting up the application form is quite awkward within job set up is clunky. If you don't save the job on that particular screen, all that information will be lost (even though every other aspect of the job set up does not work this way)
- Invites randomly get sent out in the Monrovian time zone.
- You can't remove a job from your job board without it closing the job completely. Both Greenhouse and Workable allow you to take the job off your careers page, but leave it open.
- Formatting the job description is always off.
- About 20% of the resumes that come through are unable to be read by the software, even though they are either PDF or Word docs.

Recruiterflow is super simple to use. We could get started in no time. We are a distributed team over multiple locations and Recruiterflow makes it really easy for us to collaborate with each other. I could get rest of the team started in no time at all.

We love the chrome extension and automation. Life saver as it saves me atleast 30-40 minutes everyday.

Their support is awesome! The team always replies promptly and actually listens to what you say.

Inconvénients

Not much to say here. Genuinely love the software here. If I have to pick one, I would say it would be great if it had a mobile app.

User Simplicity and its an all in one package

Avantages

We are heavily candidate orientated and generally gather a large number of documents and information from international candidates. Recruiterflow unlike many other competitors I looked at allows documents to be easily renamed after they are uploaded saving a huge amount of time, plus being able to add customisable fields makes finding the required information easily.

Unlike other platforms with Recruiterflow you can edit each client's job board to have different recruitment/interview steps as opposed to one or a limited number of templates for all jobs.

Inconvénients

There are still some features that could be added to make it even better or easy to use but the Recruiterflow team do regularly update and add new features to constantly improve the platform.

After years of limited options, there are finally an increasing number of ATS platforms coming online that accomodate the nuanced process of external recruiters.

RecruiterFlow's greatest asset is their responsive support team. They are clearly working hard to develop a useful product in a somewhat crowded marketplace.

Inconvénients

RecruiterFlow is a fairly new software. After extensively canvassing the market, it's easy to look at the features of Lever or Loxo and think, why can't __________ do that, too?

There are absolutely limitations as it stands now when comparing them to the heavy hitters, but the trade offs are worth it. You get an easy-to-learn, solid software that is active and focused in rolling out new features when they are ready and not too early.

Our recruiters would love a mobile app, too.

After a few frustrating years on Bullhorn, we eventually dropped it in favor of a minimal Airtable database with some light custom code as a interface. While this was sufficient for a small firm with strong institutional memory, it couldn't scale with us as we added more distributed team members.

Avantages

Recruiterflow has everything you need in a recruiting ats/crm: candidate sourcing and contact info, job pipeline, email campaigns, job board integration, client management and more, all in an attractive and easy to use package.

Inconvénients

Universal search seems to only work with candidates and contacts, but not companies. Also, would be nice to have keyboard shortcuts.

Avantages

The platform is very easy to use and I love the automation options. I am still learning new tricks to make the process easier for recruiters.

Inconvénients

I would like to see a drag-and-drop option for resume uploads. I would also appreciate an integration with HireEZ.

It's a great entry to mid level ATS which is extremely user friendly with an easy parsing tool and browser extension.

Inconvénients

It's been a bit of a challenge to work out our email integration but that has more to do with our setup really and that they don't have a true ai component.

Value for money and features.

Avantages

Recruiterflow has helped us source number of candidates and clients. We are able to automate a number of repetitive tasks and save a lot of time which can be used to generate extra revenue. Their support is unmatched.

Inconvénients

There's not much to hate. The migration from your old CRM takes like 2 weeks but it's still faster than most of the other solutions.

The ease of use is incredible. The functionality and integrations/ extensions have a high degree of utility. It houses an all-in-one organized solution for resumes, notes, tasks, and emails. RF is also very customizable which is great if you work on a variety of roles with different stages. Lastly, it allows for collaboration between teammates!

Nothing much that hasn't already been fixed or is in the mix!

Avantages

This was super simple to deploy. I think it took me no more than 5 minutes if I recall correctly. From there, the widget makes it simple to add candidates and prospects on the fly.

Inconvénients

I would like to see some standardized dashboards for agencies. I understand the challenge around each agency having different KPI's so I'm not sure how but think that would be great.

I love Recruiterflow. It makes my job as a Recruiter so much easier and productive than previous software used.

I really don't see any "cons" with this software. However, the great team at Recruiterflow certainly adhere to the process of Continuous Improvement with their product including communication with all changes!

It has quite a few of automated features that save a lot of time, also is very intuitive and easy to use, even if the person is not specially techy, it's not hard to get the hang of it.

Is a bit complicated to use it as a data-base, you need to follow too many steps to do it, it should be more accessible.

Easy of use, clear and obvious functions and the ability to send multiple automated follow up emails to as many people as you wish. Unreal software!

Inconvénients

Nothing really, just would be good to track the process of pulling jobs in the same way we track candidates along a process... For example: initial conversation? Terms of business in place? Contact with decision maker? Etc...

Recruiterflow has an amazing amount of features and functionalities for a software at this price point.

Inconvénients

There are some minor bugs with cities and states being correct when bringing profiles in from LinkedIn.
